from June 11th. He said it was one of our best because he got to hear the advice we gave and put it into practice, or hear us put it into practice during the draft. So he's asking, are we willing to do some more of those shows with different configurations? I think we need to. I think we need to do a PPR draft. And we did standard, correct? Yeah, and we've talked about this. We definitely will. We got a lot of really good feedback from that show where we did a full live draft, well, basically through what, the seventh or eighth round? No, we went all the way to...

165 passageskickers defense we just didn't grab those yeah so we did a full live draft on the show using fantasy draft wizard and we um we chose one team and one draft spot and we did a standard league we're going to come back we're going to do a show for um ppr league for ppr players we'll do a live mock draft and we'll probably do another standard mock uh closer to this season as we see more things in camp uh
play out so stay tuned for those for sure yeah if we move to more shows a week we might just throw in maybe a special kind of like we did with the saturday mailbag just throwing a couple special mock drafts or something where here's us drafting early here's us drafting late yep the middle i also want to make a quick comment we have our uh rankings on the website or some of our rankings on the website we're we're still getting them all up mike as it's the tortoise
The tortoise wins the race. Yeah, so Mike's got his full rankings up there. Jason's the tortoise. Thank you. You understand the effort goes in. Well, that's because he double-stuffs his rankings, so it takes longer. I have, I went through and I updated my quarterbacks and running backs today. I just want to speak to the, I've got a little bit of feedback over putting Colin Kaepernick fourth on my standard rankings. We talked about him on the last show. I just want you guys to know he's no longer fourth.
He is six. You coward. He's six. You coward. I only say that because I realize you would call me a coward. Shame. No, stop. Take the bell away. The reason he dropped from four to six, I want you to understand how close these are. I took one passing touchdown away from Colin Kaepernick from 25 to 24. And that dropped him.
Four points, two spots. It dropped him back two spots. So it just tells you how close in a standard league I had him. And so if you want to hear more about my rationale about Colin Kaepernick before you light me up on Twitter, you can go ahead and listen to the last show and we talked to the NFC West and the San Francisco 49ers and some of the outlook.
for him and decide if I'm crazy and then let me know. Or if the double stuff's got that perfect spot on number nine. Yeah. And also, thank you for all the amazing entries into the listener league. Amazing. We haven't written all of you back, obviously. And obviously, we only have 11 spots to give out. And so there will be a lot of people that we love your entry and we love your contribution to this show and your loyalty to this show. But obviously...
there's only so many spots. So we are going to try to get back to everybody who did send an entry in, but just bear in mind that there's only so many spots people. And I will say this, since we have a, since the dawn of time when we announced this, the equality and the level of thought and time and effort, these people are, the game is increasing.
Exponentially. The standards have been raised. Every single time we let somebody in, the standards go up. Not just because of us, but because of what people are doing. Yeah. The creativity people are putting in the time and the effort. It's great. And if you want to be in, all you have to do is supersede that by just giving us $10,000 cash. Right. No creativity required. Yeah, we could be. We can be bribed. That's very creative, if you ask me. The most creative.
But if you do have an entry or an idea, you can email us, mail at the fantasy footballers.com. Oftentimes we get people asking, like, what's the best way to ask questions about your team or about any of those things? Any way is fine. Facebook, Twitter are fine, but mail at the fancy footballers.com is probably the easiest for most people. And obviously you can call the show 302-464 TFFB. Don't forget to follow us on Twitter.
at the FF Ballers and visit us on the web. You can check out those rankings. You can check out our water bets. We have an NFC East set of articles that are coming out this week from some of our guest contributors. They should be very good. Any other parting thoughts, gentlemen, before I bid. Jason is about to eat. That is a plastic. Oh, it was plastic toast. No, that's a plastic piece of toast that one of my kids left. I thought you had a Newton.
Oh, man. I thought you had, wait. I don't cheat on an Oreo. I thought you had a cookie. No. No, that's toast. Oh, you got, it's not a cookie. It's a fig Newton. Come on. I stick to my Oreos, man. They're magically delicious. See you a Thursday. For listening to another edition of the Fantasy Footballers podcast. Don't forget to visit us on the web at www.com and follow us on Twitter.
