and Cleveland, they've averaged only 17.6 fantasy points given up to the running back, which would be the sixth fewest on the season. So I think, you know, Ryan Tannahill, who's been great, is a good start this one. I would like to petition to completely remove any and all narratives that could ever exist regarding a Derek Henry game or a Ryan Tanyhill game. I do not see Tennessee in any way, shape, or form in that lens.

147 passagesYou know what a Derek Henry game is? It's a play action pass game for Ryan Tannehill. When Henry has success, Tana Hill has more success. All last year, you could play Tannahill. It was a Derek Henry year, guys. It was a Derek Henry year. Here's what happens. Henry Chunk played 10 yards. Henry Chunk played 10 yards, A.J. Brown for 74. I mean, that's exactly what happened. I love that. I mean, it's the truth.
The better Henry does, the better Tannahill does. And it just comes down to the coin flip of touchdowns at the end of the day between them. Carson Wentz against Dallas is my start of the week. Four top 12 performances in the last five weeks, despite all the NFCEs jokes, despite all of the injuries, despite all of the Carson Wins running for his life. I mean, I posted yesterday in our Slack channel. I don't have the exact number in front of me. But Carson Wince is averaging more fantasy points on the ground.
per week than Josh Allen is right now. He is just carrying the load for them. Dallas, you watch them play defense? Is that what it's called? 23rd against opposing fantasy running backs. Carson Wins has been great on the road. More touchdowns per game on the road. Better pass a rating on the road. Might have Rager back. Still has Fulgham, which is not something that I would have said weeks ago, but it does look like an advantage right now. Richard Rogers. Mm-hmm.
The lack of Zach Earth. So Carson Wentz is my start of the week. All right. My running back start of the week. I want to give a confidence boost here. We didn't break down this game. We'll break it down tomorrow. But Clyde Edwards Allaire. The Kansas City Chiefs will be taking on the New York Jets. I get it. It is a revenge game for Levian. For Lev Bell. Lev Bell is definitely in play. Okay. I was going to ask you. As well. But the opportunity, it went down this past week against Denver.
And it will go down. This is what we talked about, Bell coming in. But Clyde is still in play. Great matchup. The Chiefs are going to put up a bunch of points. And last week, I don't think we can look at last week and say this is what everything is for the Kansas City Chiefs. It was a weird game, man. The snow game, blowout, starters pulled by the end of the game. Two defensive scores. It was just really bizarre. So I'm not taking a snapshot saying, well, Clyde's only going to be in on 53% of the snaps. Maybe he is.
but he's still going to get a bunch of work, and the matchup dictates against the New York Jets that Clyde Edwards Alarries in play. All right. I am re-rolling the oldest feeling 26-year-old out there, Todd Gurley. He's 26? Yeah, he's still a young man, but it doesn't feel like it. The mileage on them legs. He's 36. That's right. That's right. 26 is going on 37. Todd Gurley can't stop from scoring touchdowns, even when he doesn't want to score touchdown.
He's falling into the end zone giving up games. Oh, man. But Caroline is a great matchup. They're using him more and more. He was up to 71 snap percentage last week, Gurley was. That's the highest of the year. He's involved in the past game since Quinn has gone down. And here's, I don't think we realize Todd Gurley over the last five weeks. He's been the running back four. Yeah, he's just been great. Keep rolling Todd Gurley out there. What's really funny, we watched the video of they had the mic up.
of the Atlanta Falcons, of them calling the play right before the unfortunate touchdown. And Matt Ryan, don't score. Get the first down. Don't score. Get the first, but do not score. And Todd Gurley, the instincts kicked in. And it reminded me of back when we played flag football, and we're in the huddle. And it will be, okay, guys, we're going on to, looking at everyone in the eye, we're going on to, we're going on to, hike.
False start. Look, it happens. Even if you're a professional athlete. Just because they said it right before the play, your instincts take over. You can't stop. You know, I've watched that replay. It's first and goal when that play happens. It says first and goal. What first down did they want you to get? It wasn't first a goal. It might have said that, but that was an incorrect. They were, the first down was on like the.
Three or four yard line. There was plenty of room to get the first down. Wow, the telecast was wrong then. But yeah, you had room. Jonathan Taylor against Detroit is my start of the week. Let's go. Coming off the buy, we talked about him a lot. He just had his first top ten finish at the running back position against Cincinnati. Detroit, dead last against opposing fantasy running backs. He's much better in wins and they're favorite in this game. I'm excited to see what Jonathan Taylor can do this week.
All right, I'm jumping in my wide receiver start of the week. We are picking on Dallas. We are picking on the Dallas Cowboys. Travis Fulgum, Fulgum style. Travis Fulham, Travis Fulgum, man. Travis Fulgame. We're trying to lock this one down. You be the judge, but the matchup is fantastic for wide receivers. And believe in Travis Fulgum. People are dipping their toes in the pool. They're not ready. Cannonball.
Get in that water. It is refreshing. He is seeing a 29% target share in the past three games. The matchup is there, man. Just have confidence in Folgham. Nice. Funny name, serious result. Great tagline. It's like Schwatzky. All right. We.
Funny name, serious wide receiver. There we go. T. Higgins is my wide receiver start of the week. I know A.J. Green could be good. Tyler Boyd could be good, but I think the matchup is perfect for T. Higgins. The Titans are ranked 27th against wide receiver and points given up. Specifically, follow me here. Titans actually give up the most fantasy points allowed above opponent average, specifically to the wide receiver two, according to Draft King's.
pricing. That's a mouthful. That's a lot. It's a credit to Mike Beers on the dank stat. But the point is, T. Higgins is that wide receiver this week. They are bleeding points to that wide receiver. Perimeter wide receivers against Tennessee. Justin Jefferson went seven for 175 and one. Will Fuller went six for 123 and one. Stefan Diggs, 10 for 106. Deontay Johnson, nine for 80. Brandon Cook's nine for 61 and one.
He's on a run right now, and he is the perfect matchup this week. So I'm starting T. Higgins. All right. Mine is similar to Mike's, but I'm going to give you a pivot in case the weather does turn sour for Sunday. But Nelson Aguilar, wide receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders, taking on Cleveland. They are atrocious against opposing wide receivers. His target share jumped up to 25% last week. He has emerged as a viable starter. Now is the time for the spot start of Nelson Aguilar.
If the wind gets swirling and you don't feel comfortable because Jason has been quick to remind us that game could look a little bit scary. Scotty Miller on Monday night is a nice, interesting, terrifying, interesting, scary Halloween celebration type of situation. So that's where you can pivot to potentially, but I like Aguilar in this game.
My tight end started the week. I wish it was Jason's, but he beat me to it. So I will give you Jimmy Grandpa, the Saints matchup. Ladies and gentlemen, running backs against Carolina, tight ends against New Orleans Saints. Do not let the lack of Panthers tight end success this past week fool you. Ian Thomas.
I don't know what. He's not a thing, man. I don't know what happened, but Ian Thomas is not a thing. You cannot stream Ian Thomas in plus matches, but everybody else. Jimmy Grandpa, he is getting it done. You have Alan Robinson possibly may not play because he is in the concussion protocol. And the Saints are allowing the second most points to the position. The stream against that defense has worked far more than it hasn't. Jimmy, Grandpa. All right. Here's the one Mike want to go with. Wanted to keep.
Beat on them cowboys. Richard Rogers was very good. He's going to be utilized this week with no Dallas Goddard, no Zachards. If you can remember back to week five, Evan Ingram was a smash play because the Cowboys had given up back to back to back tight in one weeks. They're not good against anyone, but they're really not good against tight ends. Obviously, Evan Ingram let you down.
It's what he does. It is lately. But Richard Rogers is very needed. They won't have anyone covering him, and he'll have a fine off-the-wavers type of stream this week. I'm going to go Johnny Smith against Cincinnati. That was the one I wanted. Yeah, the defense Cincinnati giving up, you know, they're one of the worst in the league against opposing tight ends. Johnny's been great on the road, 7.5 targets per game on the road this year. It was a disappointing week last week, but he had been injured the week before.
Look, all tight ends. They're inconsistent, minus the big boys. And this is a bounce back week for John News Smith. I mean, he played Pittsburgh. He had a down game against Pittsburgh. Yeah. Forgive me. We all do. I had a horrible game against Pittsburgh. All right. One more special segment. Jason Moore's Ironclad, locked and loaded. 100% guaranteed boom, boom kicker of the week. I'm going to need your forgiveness because.
I'm going to be a hater. I'm going with the goggles opponent, the Lions Matt Prater. Also, the goggles is going to be great, too. He always is. How did you not just go with him? Because that would be three of the last four weeks. But I still got him in there. I still got him in there. It's a dome game. All right.
