Last year, Ronald Jones, his numbers were not great, you know, at 48th and 15 plus yard carries. He had three of them. Like, he was not the same Ronald Jones as two years ago. Now, he basically got, like, he was pretty much benched. It was not a committee. After week one, because he fumbled.

and Bruce Ariens was mad, and then Leonard Fernette fumbled, and he said, like, no, don't worry about that, bro. Just get, just get back in there because I like you more than Ronald Jones for this team. So Jones, yeah, Jones had a very impressive year two years ago. We'll see how it shapes out for him. But if Clyde is getting more use in the passing game, and what it really comes down to is goal line, who would.

Profile is the goal line running back between Clyde, Gore, and Ronald Jones, and I can't say 100% any of those three guys. It could be any of them. Yeah, this is not a positive for Clyde. Like there is a world that exists now where he is the second up, you know, where the first second down work goes to Ronald Jones because he's just faster and better. So it's one of those things where I still think Clyde is good and he'll be fine for fantasy, but now there is a giant variable in the equation where you cannot rely on Clyde as, you know, as the main guy for the Chiefs until after a couple weeks into the season and we see it. Are you in a position where you would take the, I know it's super early, so maybe a waste, but you're staring down Ronald Jones in drafts and you're saying, hey, I want.

Like, NBS was, I believe, the only player clocked faster than Tyree Kill last year. Yeah, he's fast on the field. But that is, again, that's straight line speed. That is not. Stop and go. Tiree wiggle. Right. So I think NBS is a better receiver than McCle Hardman. Agreed. I would agree with that. But I think that this actually brings a little bit of, you know, solidifies Juju's place as a really important piece of the offense. I know his contract was not. I mean, how funny that.

Juju got a one-year contract that is heavy incentive-laden. And the money would say, well, MVS is the more important receiver to this team. But I think MVS is not, he just has never proven himself as capable of being like a volume type receiver. So Juju has done that in the past. Obviously, he's coming off of the injury. The chiefs believe he's the guy. MVS. Yeah. Do they, though? You don't give.

That's not a lot of money. I mean, that's a three-year deal, but that's not a ton of money. But what was it, the guarantee, 18? 18. I mean, that's a three-year guarantee of six a year. That's very interesting, something to monitor. And what that says to me, if you, and I was thinking about this with Jacksonville as well, right? Like both of these teams, Jacksonville and the Ravens, have two relatively young, relatively good running backs. Like they don't need another running back if.

They're both healthy. But they don't know in either situation if they really have either guy to rely on. So this NFL draft, those two teams could be a surprise to draft a running back. And you think, oh, they don't need them. They've got these guys. But if they don't know for sure the health and they're not going to know that by the time the draft is over with, they might pull the trigger on a good running back. Yeah, that's interesting. Frank Reich Colts head coach said Naim Hines will have a bigger role in the team's offense with Matt Ryan at quarterback. Didn't they just give him a bunch of money last year? He didn't ask the team.

Like he got this surgery apart from the teams. I don't know if you would call it permission, but like knowledge? I think that at the end of this season, when you had the press conference, you literally had a press conference of Jimmy Garoppel saying goodbye. Like, I don't think he thought he needed to check with his former team anymore, even though he was under contract. Yeah, this is a tale of none of the other teams wanted Jimmy.
