He will be on the roster that much is secure, and he will be given the first chance to be the lead running back. And I don't have all the numbers. I'm very excited to dive into this. But from what I recall, is Andy Reid is a one running back guy. And by one, of course, there's other people will be mixed in. Cream Hunt was never a one running back guy when there was other capable players on the team. Spencer Ware is an unrestricted free agent after the season. The only other person now.

13:54 ↗

under contract is Daryl Williams. Who I think it could be them to. Right. And if it is those, then you're in good chase. If it's those two guys, Damien Williams is going to be a hot draft pick. So if you would like to see Mike writhe in pain, we'll live stream during the NFL draft when Kansas City uses some third or fourth round pick on the next Kareem Hunt. And Foot Clan, the draft did not go well for my dynasty team last year at the running back position. It was just.

14:22 ↗

High profile guy going to the wrong team. Just multiple shots right into my goot. I mean, I left the draft feeling just like a defeated man. Yeah, what? You had Carlos Hayden and Nick Chubb got drafted by the Browns. That was part of it. I had Rex Burkhead, Sony Michelle went there. This is why, you know, people ask us for early dynasty pickups and targets. You can give some names, but you got to be aware of these circumstances where...

14:52 ↗

The draft is going to change a lot for you. I had Devante Booker, and then they drafted Royce Freeman. That is correct. It was not good. And we live in an NFL right now where the running back position is most often by committee. Most often you bring in another name. So it'll be interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if Atlanta picks up another back. It was Kevin Coleman leaving. And I stand by this so much, though. Committee is not a dirty word. If people want to say that, oh.

15:20 ↗

Like he got, like, oh, committee back. It's, to me, it's not, everyone's in a committee, except for Todd Gurley. Sequin Barclay. Sequin Barclay. Seek. Yeah. I mean, there's so few guys. And that's why those guys are the most valuable draft picks in general. People want to debate, oh, you've got to go get Hopkins and Adams and Brown. They're not going to be in my top. Right now, my top six are running backs for next year. It might end up being my top eight, nine. Sure. I might back them all up. Because if you've got, right now, you can't tell me whether.

15:50 ↗

Antonio Brown, Devante Adams, Julio Jones, O'Dell Beckham Jr. They're all top five guys. They're in the same category. Exactly. But picking up a running back that could have a workload like that, you know, is Nick Chubb going to be viewed as a workhorse back next year? Maybe. Joe Mixing. So those are guys that might sneak into that top 10. It's going to be fun. We'll talk about some next week and then, oh, for about six months. We'll be doing mock drafts.

16:19 ↗

Jason will be here. That way we get someone who doesn't drafts all bears. Yes. And my initial reaction, besides just zealous, selfish joy for myself, which is why this show is good is because we're invested. Is the fact that Jason will have no choice, but to speak kindly about Damien Williams. It happens sometimes. If Damien Williams is the primary guy.

16:48 ↗

for the chiefs next year. Like he has been this season since Kareem Hunt has been gone. That's relevant. That's fantasy points that Jason is not going to like. All right. Shout out to tight in Benjamin Watson. Yeah. 38 year old tight in. Drafted in 2004. He's going to retire after the season. He already has one ring with New England. Going for a second ring with New Orleans.

17:11 ↗

And great career, great person. Great man. Really respect Benjamin Watson. And, yeah, he's going to be hanging him up. That's a nice career. If you can go to 38 in the NFL, you did it right. You did it right. So let's go ahead and transition into the forecast. Fantasy forecast. You know what I'm forecasting, Mike? What's that? The gratitude in the hearts of our Foot Clan listeners when they check out pristine auction.com.

17:44 ↗

Sponsoring today's show every single day. Hundreds of daily sports memorabilia auctions with JSA certified autographs, incredible steals and deals. Amari Cooper signed NFL Draft logo football $67. That was yesterday. Stefan Diggs signed Minnesota Miracle Replicate game ticket, $52. Evan Engram, signed Giants jersey. Get this. This is a JSA witness signature, $61. I'm sorry, $43.

18:14 ↗

for that jersey. Hundreds of daily auctions. We've got a plethora of tweets, people getting gifts from pristineauction.com for Christmas. Look, you can stock up on your favorite players, favorite teams, pristineauction.com, P-R-I-S-T-I-N-E-Oction.com. And we thank them for sponsoring the show. Very excited to be partnered with them again next year.

18:36 ↗

And quick reminder for clan, fantasy champs.com. It's the one-stop shop. The only place you need to go for all of your fantasy football championship hardware. Yeah. My client. Taking on the role of Mike. I'm the hype man. The hype man. Andy highlighted in the beginning of the show, the gold trophy. Yes. Look, the gold trophy is amazing. It's incredible. Yeah. For me, though, I'm all about the crystal.

19:02 ↗

trophy. You can't find this anywhere else. It's an incredible trophy. It reminds you very much of the championship trophy that the NCAA hands out at the end of the season. It is beautiful. It is. If you thought you could injure somebody with the gold trophy. This thing is absolutely. You can really injure them with this bad boy. Absolutely heavy duty. It's incredible. It rings everything you need. Like I said, one stop shop, fantasy champs.com. Use that promo code ballers. Save a little bit of money.

19:30 ↗

uh fantasy champs does not endorse hurting people with their trophies i we should probably mention that yeah yeah uh all right the seven seven nor do we no nor do we disclaim them but we'd fully endorse blunt force trauma here at the podcast very pro blunt force trauma how do i shame the person in the last place in my league give them a good knock on the head with the trophy they won't wake up till next year uh

19:57 ↗

The seven and seven and one Browns take on the nine and six Ravens. Seven and one. The Browns can finish the season above 500 with a win. They would also knock out the Ravens. And really, unfortunately, for the Browns, they're putting one of their division mates into the playoffs. They either win and put the Steelers in or they lose and put the Ravens in. Sure. Either way.

20:23 ↗

They want to win. They want to have a positive situation going into next year. The Ravens are five and a half point favorites. It's a 41 point over under. I do think the Ravens are going to come out on top in this one, and that is just because they are at home. If this game was in Cleveland, end of the year, going for above 500, the way Baker Mayfield is playing, I might lean Cleveland. But what do we think for fantasy? Nick Chubb, you're starting. Absolutely. Even though the Ravens are a tough defense. But Baker, Jarvis.

20:51 ↗

Injoku, I'm hesitant to roll them out there in championship week in Baltimore. Yeah, I agree. Baker is, he would be right on that fringe of one. They did play earlier in the season, and Baker had 342 passing yards, only one score. But at least if you were bold enough to play him that week, he didn't hurt. He didn't destroy your week with those kinds of numbers. And I don't think he will in this matchup either.

21:20 ↗

But if you have other options like Nick Foles is on your way of wire, I would much rather play him. And Jarvis and David and Djoku I'm okay with because the Ravens, the only spot they're actually giving up fantasy points of any kind of note is at the tight end position, ranked 26 the past six weeks. But Jarvis, Antonio Calloway, I'm finding a different option. Duke Johnson, do you think he's sneaky at all? Not really. No, I mean, they might need. He was more involved.

21:49 ↗

Yeah, they might need him, but I'm concerned about banking on anybody in that matchup. That's where I'm at. Right. Who else are you looking out on the other side of the ball here for Baltimore? Because really, this team is built around the run in defense. So you're talking Lamar Jackson, Gus Edwards, Kenneth Dixon. I feel like the list really ends there. It's even hard. As much as I like Mark Andrews. You know, Nick Boyle got his catches last, so you can't start him. 100%. And I pumped the brakes on Gus Edwards.

22:20 ↗

I would still play him as a running back too. I'm very concerned about the way things are trending for him because it's on the surface it seems like everything is okay, but it's a trap door where when the bottom falls out, it's going to catch you, or I don't want it to catch you completely by surprise, but it's very possible. Gus Edwards comes into this matchup and gets 10 carries. You just don't know when it's going to happen. And he's been making big plays on top of that. So I think that's what.

22:49 ↗

has helped hide a potential transition. And what I really believe is I don't think that there's any intentionality to his reduction. I think it's a matter of hot hand. They have a lot of confidence in Kenneth Dixon. I think that's all it is. But it's hard to predict. I do think the matchup at home with what they want to do in this game, I think they're both pretty safe. Let's go ahead and transition now into...

23:17 ↗

The Raiders. The 4 and 11 Raiders. The 4 and 11 Raiders. They wish they were 4 and 8. They remember that time. They've been winning some games. Derek Carr and company. Doug Martin. Oh, gosh. What a roster. Jordy Nelson. Jared Cook. Look, you're probably starting Jared Cook because you have to. Tight-ins are very thin. Derek Carr disappointing last week. Doug Martin had a big 100-plus yard game.

23:45 ↗

Mike? Yeah, I'm Brooks. Part of that highlight videos, you should find where I proclaimed full endorsement of crampus. Because I was so all in on Doug Martin. I was mocked openly on this show. It was Christmas, too. For the record, if you're...

24:01 ↗

I did not support him. I just, I mentioned that it's very possible. He's going to get some carries. And he's been, he's been a serviceable fantasy running back. So to me, how bullish are you on Damian Williams if Spencer Ware returns in this game? And you still have Darrell Williams mixed in, you still have, but you have a great matchup against the Raiders. The Raiders are 24th against the running back. Honestly, it was, it was going to be waning. But the contract last night really boosts my opinion of Damien Williams. I think that it will be that.

24:31 ↗

that timeshare. But Spencer Ware, instead of coming back and being the lead guy, I think he just returns to the auxiliary role. I haven't seen anything from Spencer Ware that makes me think he's more than a plodder. Yeah. Not explosive. Damien Wines has been much more explosive. He does not look at all like the few years ago Spencer Ware when he had the big season. Completely agree with you. You're starting Tyreek Hill? Yep.

24:57 ↗

Sammy Watkins is out in this game. Travis Kelsey is in. There's not a lot of, you know, hot debates here. Week 13, Kansas City won 40 to 33. That's 73 points on the board. This game has a 52.5 point over under, so there will be value there. The sneaky play, yet again, who was our sneaky rater play of the week last week, was Jordy Nelson. Yeah. It came through, 10 targets, 7 for 75 last week. So that's...

25:23 ↗

Three of the past four games, Jordy Nelson has at least 75 yards. He's like you, the Raiders. Six catches in four straight games. The only predictable pass-catching weapon for them is Jordy because eight men has waned. Seth Roberts is here and there. Jared Cook has even been here and there, but Jordy has been targeted heavily. Yeah, he's come back to fantasy life and they've, like you said, they've been sneaking out some of these wins here. One thing we didn't mention in the news was Deshaun Jackson requesting.

25:52 ↗

He doesn't want to be back with Tampa next year. Right. Still leading the league in yards per catch. I think Deshaun Jackson needs to end up on the Green Bay Packers. I just want to throw that out there. That is my prediction right now. That is where I think he belongs. I think he would be a wonderful compliment to Devante Adams and company over there. When you talk about, you know, there are Green Bay Packer fans out there wondering, do we bring back Randall Kopp? You would be much better off spending your money on a Deshaun Jackson or.

26:22 ↗

You know, finding a way to get some other pieces in there, some, you know, a field stretcher. I think the reunion happens for Deshaun Jackson. I think he goes back home to Philadelphia. Yes, very, very possible. Yes, absolutely. He'd be great there, too. He's still a great player. Yes. That's the thing. Can he stay healthy? Can his quarterbacks find him when he's wide open? That's another question. The 11 and 4 Bears take on the 8, 6, and 1 Vikings a 40 point over under. The Vikings playing for their playoff lives. And the Bears...

26:49 ↗

Look, if they win and I believe if the, what, the Rams lose, then there's a shot for the Bears to take that two seed. But Minnesota needs to win or to make the playoffs or if they lose, they risk missing if Philadelphia wins. So a lot on the table for Minnesota. Fortunately for them, the game is at home and they are four and a half point favorites. Chicago beat them 2520 in week 11.
