The hosts say they need to choose Halloween costumes, then propose that Allen Robinson appear either as a ghost or as burnt toast because his career is over.
The hosts announce a live Colts-Broncos broadcast built around watching, calling the game, reacting with listeners, answering fantasy questions, screaming at the television, crying together, laughing together, and watching Melvin Gordon fumbles together.
Jason is first asked to pronounce a corner-injury term. The following paragraph turns highfalutin into an imagined high-level flute player until the desk repeatedly establishes that the word has no space or hyphen.
Kenny Pittsburgh is graded lukewarm, colder, and tepid. The hosts put new jokes on a Bunsen burner and threaten to pause for the lab, then score a Cooper Rush line above Kenny Pittsburgh and claim five-out-of-ten credit. A later Shakir 'hips don't lie' attempt fails on delivery, prompting the admission that the show is workshopping live without writers.
An accidental reversal of turf toe becomes toe turf: growth on a toe, a fungus, and a large patch. When the next turf-toe injury arrives, the host explicitly says turf toe, not toe turf.
During a Travis Etienne roster discussion, garbled ASR passes through 'work porn' and 'work pony extraordinary' before the desk clearly repeats and approves 'work pony.'
Immediately after Kyle is asked for news, the exchange turns to an Atlanta cap and a Red Sox-or-Braves allegiance test. The Atlanta-born cap wearer says he probably would not wear the Red Sox hat to an Atlanta game, calls cross-team hat limits the constitution of fandom, and says he must teach his children; another host can wear any baseball hat because he does not care. Paragraph flow likely identifies Kyle as the cap wearer, but individual voices are unlabeled.
The episode opens by asking the hosts to plan Halloween costumes, then supplies Allen Robinson with either a ghost sheet or burnt-toast costume. A Thursday Night Football livestream is framed as a communal watchalong where the hosts will call Colts-Broncos, answer fantasy questions, scream at the television, cry together, laugh together, and watch Melvin Gordon fumbles together. Medical wording starts two durable language tangents. Jason is directly asked to pronounce a corner injury, and the following discussion turns highfalutin into an imagined high-level flute player before the desk insists it is one word with no hyphen. Later, the accidental phrase toe turf becomes growth on a toe, a fungus, and a large patch before the show explicitly corrects a later injury to turf toe, not toe turf. The densest show-meta arc is an episode-long live joke workshop. Kenny Pickett in Pittsburgh becomes Kenny Pittsburgh and is rated lukewarm, then colder and tepid; the hosts put future jokes on a Bunsen burner, threaten to pause the show and hit the lab, rate a Cooper Rush line better, predict somebody in Pittsburgh will use Kenny Pittsburgh, and claim five-out-of-ten credit. A Shakir 'hips don't lie' attempt then draws criticism for its delivery, a claimed mid-joke switch from Tupac, and the admission that they are workshopping live because they have no writers. Near the end, garbled ASR still clearly repeats work pony while Travis Etienne is discussed, reinforcing the established Etienne work-pony label. After Kyle is directly asked for news, the exchange continues into an Atlanta-cap, Red Sox-or-Braves allegiance test. The Atlanta-born speaker says he would probably not wear the Red Sox hat to an Atlanta game, calls team-hat limits the constitution of fandom, and says having children gives him people to teach, while another host says he can wear any baseball hat because he does not care. The paragraph flow likely makes Kyle the cap-wearing speaker, but the transcript does not label individual voices. No League of Record consequence is identified in this episode.
He looks so bad. Jared Gough, though, would you stay in the flames with Jared Gough and play him over Winston, Lawrence and Wins? I think I would. Even though it's New England, Jared Gough and this, like you said, perfect scenario. Worst defense, best offense. I don't hate playing Jared Gough, but I would not play. If I had the choice between Trevor Lawrence. against Houston or Jared Goff on the road against New England, I would take Trevor Lawrence. QB5, Jared Goff. Oh, he's been great. And I love the fact that the offense is good and the defense is bad. But I would prefer him in a dome and I would prefer him not against the Patriots. If he was playing Seattle, heck yeah. I mean, if I'm in Ross back, I'm good playing golf. All right. Anything else to cover any news updates, Kyle? There is nothing right now. There is one.
bit of news. You're back with the Atlanta cap. We're going to clinch the division today. Oh, we? The Red Sox or the Braves? Come on. I'm from Atlanta. I know. I understand that. But we're just not happy about your. It's so weird. The socks. It's not a different sport. Yeah. It's just like if you showed up, would you ever go to a game in Atlanta with that hat on? With the Red Sox hat? Yeah. Probably not. Yeah. Coward. Show your allegiance. To your favorite team. I just can't even do it. Like there are teams. Like I've thought about this. I have a bunch of hats. And I like browsing for new hats. And there are some teams that have cool logos and stuff. But it's just, it's in the constitution of fandom. Like I don't, I'm not allowed to buy those hats. Which is great. Because I have children. I need to teach them in the way that they should go. I can wear any baseball hat I want. Right. Because I don't care. That's right.
I would just say, you wouldn't even know it's a baseball. What is this logo? I like it or I don't like it. The only other thing I'll point out before he push the button, I think we skipped over Rashad White. And it's worth knowing. Sure. He's only 38% rostered. He was much more involved than usually played 38% of snaps. And they were rotating entire drives. That's what was really exciting about it, is that they used. Tampa Bay. Yes, Tampa Bay rookie running back. They used him as essentially, you know, for the drive that they rotated as an every down back. So he was in on the pass catching downs and the short yardage. Should Leonard Fournett go down to injury, which obviously he's built for a workload and might never go down. He also misses games. Rashad White will be dominant for fantasy, given that opportunity.
