Yeah, from what, at least compared to what pro football doc had originally projected, he was saying that that injury would be about a week. He's taken several off. Interesting. So it's one of those things where if he's healthy, he's going to have a great game against Arizona. He needs clearance from the team first. Yes. So he's boom bust. We didn't mention Joe Mixon. We should have mentioned Joe Mixon. Sure. He's running around. He's saying the same things as Doug Baldwin.

150 passagesThat's what reminded me of him. I do not believe that Mixon will be cleared to play this week, but next week. If he played, if it was a surprise play, would you sit, Geo? Yes. Yes. Yes. My start of the week, I'll pivot now to starting Bengals running back. Nice. Nice call. It's Geo or it's Mix. My start of the week is the running back from the AFC West.
Ooh. The good one? The number one. Whoever does best. All right. I'll give it to Jason. We've done that before. Yes, it's a fair call. Mixing hasn't practiced, though. I mean, it's a very unlikely he'll play. Josh Gordon. I believe he'll get in there this week. I do not. Rindle Cobb. This one was bizarre and awesome. Whoa, whoa, Jason. All right. Boo. Boo.
Sure. I mean, awesome for what? For Geronimo Allison. Okay. Come on, man. For Jimmy Graham. Boom. Look, Randall Cobb's been out there stinking it up the last couple weeks. And he's out of the way. Ty Montgomery. Can't wait until you get sick. Yeah. We're going to be like great for the ballers. It's sweet for the show. Dude, I'm feeling sick. Can I take off? I'm feeling my tum-tum is a little under the weather. Did you have a bad cook? Oh, get bodied.
I feel like I don't feel bad now that you destroyed Randall Cobb. How's Alshon Jeffrey looking this week, guys? That's a good question. Did we say what happened to Cobb? So Randall Cobb, yeah, the quote from McCarthy, it's unfortunate, but we'll see how it goes. That's ominous. The way that I view it is you cannot play. In a horror movie, I'll be right back. That's right. Randall Cobb has never.
been one to deal well with injuries or come back fast from injuries or avoid them or avoid them so i i see him as out whether or not he's in geoffrey he he was practicing cleared for contact missed thursday's practice with an illness yeah it's a little weird so i feel like there's air quotes around the illness i mean there's no reason to not believe him i don't i think he'll actually play that's so i'm going to vote in so would you play him no
Okay. Not week one. This is my policy. If I can avoid. Now, there are some players you can't avoid that with, right? Sure. But if you're coming back from an injury that has kept you out more than two weeks, or all of them, or all of them, then you be very careful when you come back and play them. Yeah. Because you risk. And it could work out. To be honest, Dalvin Cook owners were probably feeling great. He looked great.
He was out there. First half, 10 carries. The offensive lines sucked, but he looked great. Yeah, and then he went full like Copperfield. And if you have Alshund on your team, you have a starting roster because you have a starting for your fantasy lineup. I mean, you're already guys that you're playing. So you're okay. You can wait one more week without Alshund. All right, let's blitz the tight ends. Rob Gunkowski. In. Jimmy Graham. In. Jack Doyle. I don't think he's going to play. Yeah.
I think he's out. You know, do we have any update Brooks on Eric Ebron? Because I know Swoop was taking all the first team reps because both guys were out. Yeah. Eric Ebron was also missing practice. He returned yesterday to full practice. So he'll off the injury report. Take another shot with Ebron this week, guys? Yeah. I mean, look, the tight ends are, it's. Eber and a kiddle. Kiddle. Kiddle. That took me too long. Yeah. All right. Let's move on here. Foot clan. Remember, game day alert, it's one hour before.
The main Sunday kickoff. You can also catch Mike on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Periscope, Twitch on Sunday live. He comes live to give you advice, to make his own decisions on his roster, to tilt before your eyes. It's just a therapeutic session for me. Working through all the kinks of my own line. Well, the key to fantasy football is to get other people to agree with your decisions so you can both blame them and feel together with what happened. I mean, that's it.
If you get people on board with you, because that's why we get multiple thousands of questions a day. If somebody wants a little pat on the back to say, that's a good start. That's a really good start. I like what you're doing there. What is that? That's a weird voice. Well, that's, yeah, that's my voice when I answer questions. Oh, okay. That's good to know. I play another character. That's good to know. Here's my advice. Start Todd Gurley. Look, excellent. Thank you. I.
Can I let you guys in on something? Yeah. So I had mentioned, I had mentioned that I had offered a trade of David Johnson, Sony Michelle, Amari Cooper, and the number two, and a second round pick next year for Todd Gurley. And he turned that down. Yeah. But he actually countered with something where I could have received Todd Gurley. But you declined it. I declined it with regrets. Oh.
It was, it was, he replaced Sony with Dalvin Cook. Oh, so that's tough. I mean, David Johnson, Dalvin Cook, a Marty Cooper, and a two for Todd Gurley. Now, you did not know the Sony news or you did? No, this was prior to the Sony news. Because there's a decent chance Sony outperforms Cook rest of season. Oh, I'll take that water bet all year, all day. Well, of course you will. Yeah. Because you have no choice.
You don't have Sonny Michelle. You got Dalvin Cook. You need something to feed your soul. I don't believe in Sony Michelle. We've seen Dalvin Cook be awesome. I didn't say he will. I said there's a chance. Sure. The opportunity will be there. He's not dealing with the injury Dalvin Cook is dealing with. The team has made it. I'm just saying there's a chance. Sure. There's a world where I would rather trade Cook than Sony. And then you'd have Gurley. Yeah. Now, do you regret. I don't know if the deal is still on the table. Would you do that deal right now, Mike? DJ Cook.
Cooper 2 for Gurley. As the bystander, I can say yes. But if I'm actually, these guys are on my team and I'm shipping away what could be two really high level running back assets and a draft pick, I don't know that I would have been able to do it. That's a big trait. I love that Amari Cooper in this deal is not even thought of it. Get out of here, Cooper. It's just like an added. It's just salt. Cooper is salt and pepper on the top of the sandwich.
He is full purgatory for fantasy football. You can't trade him. You can't play him, and you cannot cut him. Yeah. I came up with it. He just is there. We're going to get into the forecast, but I believe that leagues should have a Cooper spot. Oh, like the IR spot. It's not the IR. It's not the bench. It's a separate spot, and only Amari Cooper can go there. And it basically just removes him from the league. Right. He's not allowed to go to waivers. You can't play him. You can't start him. No. It just, it.
Maybe we should just remove him. Maybe we can talk to the guys at ESPN. Talk to the guys at ESPN, Yahoo, CBS, My Fantasy League, and see if we can just have him removed from the player pool. I mean, that would fix a lot of issues. Why not? Hey, we're going to take a look at all the matchups. Before we look at all the NFL matchups, I want to thank today's sponsor NFL Game Pass. And genuinely, I want to thank today's sponsor NFL Game Pass because I love it.
You can filter Cooper out of it. I'm thankful for the tool itself. It is so valuable, you guys. If you love watching football and you want to go back and watch the unbelievable game that happened last night between the Rams and the Vikings, you just go to NFL.
Game Pass and you load it up. You want to watch it quick, the condensed film. You want to watch the amazing routes going on that you can't usually see and you want to watch the All-22 film. You can do that. You want to player search and just look at the Brandon Cook's place. You can do that. It is such a powerful, important, valuable, and fun tool. You will love it. Best of all, you can start a seven-day free trial of NFL Game Pass. Give it a whirl. All you have to do is sign up at NFL.com.
slash fantasy footballers. That's NFL.com slash fantasy footballers. You will love it. Game on. We good to go? Let's do it. Fantasy forecast. I just realized we may. We may want to change hanging with Mr. Cooper to Cooper Cup. I mean, at some point, I don't want to lose that drop. We got a little animation on the YouTube side. The Cooper Cup is very good.
Cooper Cup's going to be good for a long time. Would you argue that he is everything that Amari Cooper isn't? There are very different wide receivers. So then yes. But also included in that is one of them is good at football. Yeah. And the other one has yet to prove that. I will say this, Jason. The world of Bears fans is. Oh.
enraged with you. Oh, man. For your Mitch Trubisky conclusions yesterday, there were YouTubers threatening to unsubscribe. There are those that want to dance upon your grave when he becomes great. Yeah, Jay Gris unfollowed me. Jay Gris. Yeah, that makes sense. The J. Gris. Wow. I think I have a quote from him. Yeah, he was pretty pissed. So, look, if Tribisky comes out and becomes the future golf, you're going to.
Yeah. We'll go back and take a clip of that, and it'll be a funny bit, and it'll never happen. Now, remember that I was just saying this because I know what's going to happen this week. I'm going to get so many tweets after this week saying, oh, see, I told you who's good. I think this is a really good matchup for him, specifically this week. He's a streamer candidate, but as far as being a great quarterback, never going to happen. Wow.
QB purgatory for the Bears and that awesome defense? Maybe. Could be. I hope not. Fantasy forecast. Yesterday we had the first half of the matchups. A reminder, if you wondered where the preview was for the Thursday night game because somebody thought we missed it, it was on Wednesday. You missed it. We do it on Wednesday so that you get the full preview ahead of the Thursday night game. So we do the Thursday night game on Wednesday. We do half of the games on Thursday, and we do the second half.
right now. Dolphins 3-0 taking on the Patriots. Patriots are seven-point favorites at home. It's very interesting. Disrespect. I mean, Ryan Santa Hill, listen to this. Average 344 passing yards per game in the last three matchups in Foxborough. Wow. So when he goes on the road and he faces the Patriots, he puts up yardage. Usually that is because the...
Patriots put up points and you have to throw and keep up. It has been, I believe it is 2003 since the last time that the Patriots have lost three games in a row. It's not going to happen here. They're going to win this game. But could you even imagine if they lost at home to the dolphins and they're one and three and the dolphins are four out?
You would take a victory job. Of course you will. He started running right now. For sure. Limber up. But Ryan Tannahill, you bring up his past and the offense is looking good. I think he is a streamer candidate. He's your stream of the week, right? No, it was not. That was last week. I would not stream Ryan Tannahill on the road here despite that stat. I don't hate it.
Here's one of the interesting facts about the dolphins right now. They've had a lot of fluky wide receiver touchdowns. Their wide outs are averaging 7.8 yards after the catch this season. Best in the NFL. The average is about four. I mean, you had the tap that pass to Albert Wilson last week. You know, people need to know which wide receivers to even start. Stills, Wilson, Parker, Jakeem Grant with the big plays last week. The Patriots defense has been bad. They're giving up.
36.9 fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position. It's not been great. This is kind of how they start the season, and you wonder when they're going to get it together because they always do. So if you start one, who do you start?
You start Kenny Stills if you're going to start one. I mean, he's the guy that is the prototypical down the field wide receiver. I would also be willing to throw Albert Wilson in there. They use him in some creative ways with Adam Gase, and he's been able to find the end zone. Yeah, he's a low inflex for me. Yeah, those are the only two guys that I would be willing to start, much more so willing to start Kenny Stills because of targets over Albert Wilson. And where's your Kenyon Drake temperature at?
