What a jerk? Was he doing this? Was he doing the fingers crossed? What if the GM actually believed Sean McDermott? Oh my goodness. You still have confidence? He's gone. Because you're going to start him again. Yeah, I don't trust you. It's the conversation for Moneyball.

14:17 ↗

You're Brad Pittwalks and he's like, you can't play him anymore. He's like, well, I'm the man. I had to make the decision. Yeah, but he's off the team. Yeah, exactly. That's pretty funny. Marvin Jones, day to day with a bone bruise. This is good news in the sense ACL, MCL intact. His, whether he's active this week is still in question. So he could miss a week, but it is good news for Marvin Jones owners. Devante Parker week to week with a sprained AC joint in his shoulder. Okay.

14:46 ↗

uh jean grant didn't tear his uh killies that i mean that's at least a positive report for the man jakeem grant he did not tear his achilles uh you can't expect him to be back anytime soon but at least he doesn't have to go through that recovery right sammy wakins is expected to return for week 11 against the ram oh yes it's very important monday night it's very important that you know this now

15:10 ↗

And he might have been able to go against the Cardinals, and they made the right decision to sit him down. But it's very important. It's a Monday night game. So you might have been sweating it as an owner. And I think he is going to play. I would have confidence in that. Watch the practice reports. Make sure he's practicing. But Sammy Watkins is supposed to go against the ramps. Pete Carroll said Chris Carson will play on Thursday night football against Green Bay. Sure he will, Pete. I think he will. Here's the thing.

15:40 ↗

And we're going to get into it. I know you guys both have Rashad Penny as a pickup. Yeah. I've owned the Carson Penny combo in a bunch of leagues, or not a bunch of leagues, but in the listener league and a couple others. And I am the one in this group. Now, you guys could be completely right. Rashad Penny could be a great ad. I get people adding him. I do not like it. I have not liked trying to dance around and find the right guy to start. And Rashad Penny, yes, the breakout game.

16:09 ↗

40% of offensive plays for Rashad Penny, 57% for Mike Davis. You add Chris Carson to that mix. I just get frightened. I agree with you in the sense that I hate Pete Carroll and trusting whatever Pete Cobbler is going to say about his running back. He says Chris Carson's in there. That's why I say, sure, he's going to play. Because you can't trust anything. Any reports coming out of Seattle so far this year have just been completely.

16:38 ↗

If you throw it against the wall, see what sticks. And if you blindly pin a tail on the donkey, you have as good a chance of getting the right backup pegged down as whatever Pete Carroll is saying. So the reason I think Penny is a pickup is because the talent is there. And if Carson's injured or if he takes over that number two roll, maybe. But I don't like it. I don't want to.

17:05 ↗

roll the gamble with Pete Carroll. I just wasted my bench spots on these running back rotations in Seattle in that league. And so that it's a little bit more like you're going to sign him. You're going to lock your bench spot down. And I think you have a equal chance at a zero as you do another good game for Rashad Penny. Yeah. I'm with Jason. Penny will.

17:27 ↗

He's not a pickup to play this week. We'll talk about guys. Unless Carson's out. Would you play him if Carson's out or no? I don't even know if I'd do that. Yeah, I probably would. But he's just, it's a stash at this point to see, does he actually rise to the top? Speaking of stashes, I need to talk about Joe Flacco. Joe Flacco is going to start if he's healthy enough to play. John Harbaugh said he doesn't need to practice. So you're not going to know. If he can't play.

17:58 ↗

Lamar Jackson and Robert Griffin the third are both going to get an opportunity to start potentially. You know, they'll compete for that. I think the perception in Baltimore would be that Robert Griffin might give them a better chance to win. And Lamar Jackson is the better, it's a better opportunity to develop him. And they're right on the cusp of like, what are we doing in this division? So I'm feeling uncomfortable stashing Lamar Jackson. I have them right now.

18:26 ↗

Because I got a home's buy coming up. But how do you guys feel about those players? Bench spots are very precious during a week in which six teams are on buy. It's very hard to stash guys right now. Yeah, I don't know that you have to stash these players through their buy. You know, you might be able to leave Lamar Jackson on waivers and still be able to pick him up next week, especially if Robert Griffin. Well, they play this week. They were on by last week. Oh, that's right. But if Robert Griffin is the starter.

18:54 ↗

If Robert Griffin is named the starter, I still think by the playoff matchups, you know, does Robert Griffin, you say gives him the best chance to win, will he pull out the victories? It's been a while since he's been successful. Yeah, but Flacco could be back then. If Flacco's going to miss a couple of weeks and Robert Griffin fills in, Lamar Jackson is a hold that may be too costly for your fantasy roster. Yeah, from what I have seen talking about the Joe Flacco injury, he doesn't need to practice.

19:22 ↗

but he has still been on crutches. And Pro Football Dog has talked about how it would blow his mind if you go from crutches on the sideline to plane. Like that's a different beast. If you need the crutches, there's a problem with the hip. He doesn't think it's as serious as the hip injury to Jack Doyle that costs him half the year. But it seems like this could be a multi-week injury. You just need to pay attention to reports, not practice, not that he...

19:50 ↗

participate. Right. But was he, you know, just normal on the sideline walking around or is he still using crutches? It's, it depends on your quarterback situation for me. I don't think he is an absolute mustache, but like you have Patrick Mahomes. If he's on by, I'm not stashing Lamar Jackson because there's.

20:10 ↗

There's no chance that you're going to play Lamar Jackson over Patrick Mahomes. But if you have one of those mid-level starter guys, like if you have Russell, if you have Russell Wilson, Kirk Cousins, Andy Dalton, Ryan Fitzpatrick, these guys are kind of the only quarterback on your team. Then I'm going to stash Lamar Jackson and just see what happens. And if Lamar starts this week, he is a top 10 quarterback because of the rushing yardage? Top 12. I won't say top 10.

20:38 ↗

I would go top 11 somewhere. Now, what about, we are kind of glossing over Robert Griffin. Sure. And he runs too. Not to that degree anymore. No, I agree. He's not the athlete. I have no interest in Robert Griffin if he's the starter myself. Buccaneers coach, Dirk Cutter says Ryan Fitzpatrick is going to start against the Giants. This is one of those very interesting situations for, by the way, I'm calling him lame duck.

21:06 ↗

Dirk cutter at this point, he's going to be fired. If they play James Winston, they get the opportunity to maybe double, triple check whether they don't want to keep him. But if they play him and he gets hurt, his contract is guaranteed for next year. So they're playing the game. Oh, the Robert Griffin game. Yeah, they're playing the game where it's like you might as well just put Fitzpatrick back out there to throw for 403 yards and no touchdowns. Buccaneers have waved Chandler Katanzaro in a yin-yang move. You lose C.J. Anderson, but.

21:35 ↗

You also lose Chandler Canton's army. Yeah. You win some, you lose some. Huge news, as Brooks put it in the dock. Bengals have hired Hugh Jackson, a special assistant to the head coach. Huge Jackson. Special assistant to the head coach? Oh, man. That's the kind of, if I was declared, I'm going to tell you guys this on this show right here right now. You love it. If I was named, no, I don't love it. If I was named the head coach of a football team and I wanted my buddies.

22:04 ↗

I wanted my buddies to be with me. Yeah. You would be a special assistant, Jason. Mike, you would be a special assistant. Oh, right. Heck yeah. Brooks, do you want to be a special assistant? What do I do? Sure. It doesn't even matter. We'll figure it out. I hope that you get a head coaching job in the National Football League, Andy. I feel like I could do as good of job as many of these head coaches. I would definitely prefer to be a special assistant to the head coach.

22:31 ↗

than the head coach. That job seems awesome. I feel like I would just be a hype man. Oh, no, no, no. You'd be my press secretaries. Oh, I can do that. So when we do the, when I do the pressers, I would just put you guys up front. Fantastic. You guys defend me like the president. Yeah. All right. Let's get into the waivers. I've done it. These fellows have done it. I've got, I've found out where my ancestry is from. I'm a man of the north. I'm a Nordic.

24:44 ↗

Man, explains the beard. Absolutely. And now through Thanksgiving, 23 Me Ancestry Service kits are only $49 per kit when you buy two or more. That's 50% off the regular kit price of $99 this holiday. I'm going to start a service where you just send me a picture and I'll just describe like you.

25:16 ↗

You have a beard. You have strange hair. Strange hair. Maybe I'll start a service where I tell you whether you should or shouldn't have a beard. See, that's valuable. So like Jason's situation. Yes. Yes. Man needs a beard. Yeah. So that means you have to send a pick beardless then. I can see that's the part of the service. I can determine. I can kind of see you both ways.

25:39 ↗

That's one of my gifts. That's why you make the big bucks. Like Ryan Fitzpatrick, if you've ever seen him without a beard, you know he needs the beard. Big beard bucks. Teams are turning from the by this week, the Vikings, Texans, Broncos, and Ravens. And then you've got six teams on by in week 11. The NFL likes to make it fun for fantasy owners. The 49ers, bills, browns, dolphins, jets and patriots.

26:03 ↗

And then next week is the final buy week, and the Chiefs and Rams are on by. So they get the Monday night game, and then they get some time off. And you get to replace, I don't know, like 13 players from those two amazing fantasy teams. Let's start with some waiver-wire pickups at the wide receiver position. Again, we want to pay attention to players coming back off the buy. Those are the most likely...

26:28 ↗

sneaky little pickups. And the big one there for me is Cortland Sutton. Big time. However, he is 56% owned. So the likelihood that he's owned in your league is high. If he's not, pay attention, take a search. See if he's there. Yeah, I want to point out if he is there. And I realize, you know, he's been held on to.

26:50 ↗

But what his situation is is just fantastic. After DT was traded to Houston and they played Houston, we said it's such a shame because I want Sutton so bad, but it was such a bad time because he's got a tough matchup in Houston and then a buy week. That's gone. Listen to the rest of the schedule here. The Los Angeles Chargers, that's not too bad.
