In 2021, his targets per route run were absolutely outrageous over 26%. So not last year, got it. Because he didn't play because he was hurt. And he was on. So I'm not going to hold that against him. He just, since 2020, he ranks top five in yards per route run. Out wide, that include, that's like, that's Amun Ra, Tyreek, A.J. Brown, Hardy and Devante Adams. The dude has, he is an absolute burner. I think he has good hands and the bills, they just got rid of McKenzie. Gabe Davis is highly suspect at playing that role for them. They've said he's the wide receiver too, but I don't, I don't know that he's actually that good where I think that Hardy is actually a good player. So he's very interesting. I liked Khalil Shakir, but with Trent Sherfield and Deontay Hardy coming in, it seems like it's going to be another Stefan Diggs and then smattering touchdowns around to a bunch of other players. So those are three guys this off season that just got contracts that impact Ramandre Stevenson, Kalea Herbert, and now Damien Pierce. Who is the one you're worried about the most? Yeah, I would be the most worried about Pierce. Especially everything Jason laid out about, you got to fight for your job. And this is.

This is a new regime now in Houston. Like doing what Pierce did last year, that would have earned you some favor with the previous coaching staff, but you aren't this regime's guy. Didn't he get banged up a couple of times last year and missed time? I feel like when you are a later round draft capital running back and you do have some injuries, that is, you know, you haven't earned anything long term. And if you go down, he missed the last three games of the season. Is that all he missed, though? As far as games missed, yes. Okay, okay. We'll keep bringing the breaking news, Brooksie. You got it. Unbelievable. Let's get it. Go get a job. Unbelievable. I mean, the second half of last year, last nine games played.

When Kareem Hunt got the ball. After they refused to trade him. After they refused to trade him, he ran for three and a half yards of carry, was not very efficient. Because he was bummed out. Sure. He had some hurt feelings as well. But I see Andy's point. When you're going to play this season at 28 and the last half of the most recent season, he wasn't that good. He's not signing a deal that Deont de Foreman and Devin Singletary. And who was the last one that I just mentioned, the one-year deal? But James Robinson, he's not signing those deals because Kareem Hunt came from a place of being a superstar in Kansas City. And so his worth and value is why he didn't resign. And it's why he won't find a team early because he thinks he's worth a lot more than those other players. And he's not. He's not worth a lot more than that. But I think he can still have a year or two. It's just he thinks he's worth more money. But.

He is not going to sign, at this point in free agency, I would be shocked if he signs any kind of deal that says a team is investing in Cream Hunt. To me, that's past. That's gone. There's no team here that's going to go out and say, hey, you're the dude for this team. He's just going to be a piece of the puzzle. So it's really disappointing offseason for Cream Hunt's values so far. Yeah, I think he's the kind of player in the situation right now where you might not have him. join a team for a long while. 100%. Like a camp injury deal. If I'm his agent, I'm saying let's hold off and wait for the situation to resolve itself via injury. All right. Let's get into the mailbag. Mailbag. Kareem do something. Save my dynasty team. Are you sure you're wanting to be invested in this league this year? Because we can, if we need to find a replacement, we'll find a replacement, you know, but whatever you want. That's, we did that for a couple of years in one of our leagues. Uh-huh. And it, because we had exactly this. We had someone that set their lineup every single year was, you know, he wasn't like.

In no way, shape, and form could you kick them out? Yeah, it sucks because they're like, you're your friend. Yeah, but it was like, man, you're not involved enough for this league. So eventually they were like, yeah, kind of, I am going to walk away. The problem is that any player that gets drafted or put on that team is now permanently off the table for everybody else because they don't respond to anything. You're like, oh, man, I'd love to go trade for that. Oh, he's on that team. A hundred percent. When there's a player and you're like, oh, I want to go make a buy low offer on Kareem Hunt right now. Let me see whose team he's on. You just close the browser because it's like, oh, yeah, he's in the graveyard. The only other thing I would throw in would be if this person isn't like your friend friend, they're just a league friend.

But if they have someone else in the league who is truly an IRL friend of theirs, when you're trying to get a hold of the person, text the friend and see if you can have them translate the information to try and open up the communication. We don't know how many games he's going to be suspended. If he's going to be suspended, if he gets off of the legal troubles and the NFL doesn't step in and then, you know, so if your keeper decision doesn't need to be made until the day before you draft, then that draft is in September, then wait. All that being said, if you have to select it now, not knowing the games missed potentially for Alvin-Kamara. Who are you keeping? Alvin-Kamara or Jamal-Williams, Andy and Mike? Alvin Camero.

He's missing games. Yes. So he is missing games. If I get four games that I wouldn't have Camara and the potential that Jamal could be competitive with Camara in production when he's back because he was with DeAndre Swift, who's probably better now than Camara is right now? I don't know how that works, but that's the facts. He represents himself. He got $60 million in guarantees, you know, the trade rumors and all that stuff going on with Houston and Laramie Tunzel. He's now the highest paid ever. He reset the market for the left tackle position. So like, Why don't we have people fighting over Lamar Jackson? Yeah, it's a crazy- Including the Ravens. Right. I mean, it's a pretty wild situation, but it's very different than Tunsell. Obviously, you're having to negotiate with two first-round picks as well as basically give a fully guaranteed contract that has only been done once ever in a bizarre situation. You know, Tunsell wanted the best.

deal for alignment, but it was still akin to normal NFL deals. And that's not what Lamar Jackson's looking for here. I am curious what the timeline is, because I remember hearing something about with the, the chicken tenders that they gave to Lamar Jackson, the franchise type that they gave. Yeah, spicy. Yeah, it was the spicy version. And that teams had a certain window to offer contracts. I think they couldn't get the offer in. Yeah, I need to look that up. But I'm curious if there is an upcoming timeline. Do tenders go bad? To be able to. Yeah, there only lasts for a few days. They expire for sure. And I don't know if this one is in the fridge. I don't know if they've put this in the refrigerator or if it's left out. You want to fridge it out. You certainly want to get that thing. Do they reheat? Only in an air friar. Okay. It's true. I understand that world of Tinder's a little bit better. I will throw this out because I haven't heard a lot with this team, but this conversation makes me think a little bit about Nashville and their hot chicken. And Tennessee could, you know, look, Tennessee should go after Lamar Jackson because there are so many teams that should. Well, all of, you know, yeah, most of the NFL should. You don't have one of the top eight quarterbacks in the league. Nashville hot chicken. is really good. So they should sign Lamar Jackson because of all this chicken tinder talk. Okay. I have my answer, but it's completely dependent upon whether or not Lamar Jackson plays because Lamar Jackson will be ahead of him. So we're going to assume that Lamar Jackson plays. Okay. Okay. The number for me is seven. The number for me is eight. The number for me is seven. Really? Yeah. Who do you have finishing behind him? Like Herbert or Lamar Jackson or Justin Fields. Who would you take Trevor Lawrence over? One of those three guys? No. Nope. Okay. So I think you have him at eight. Maybe I do. Because the other guys would be Burrow, Hertz, Alan Mahomes. I could see myself taking him over Lamar Jackson, yes. Because if Lamar, depending on the situation that he lands in.

Like if they don't fix the wide receiver room and he's back in Baltimore and he's been hurt for two years, yes, I could take Lawrence with the upside and Ridley and the wide open division that should be all theirs over Baltimore in that division.
