But in the second round, they take Quinn Sean Judkins out of Ohio State. I brought this up to you guys this morning. He's the bigger beefy. He's the thick boy. Thick boy at Ohio State. And then you had Trayvion Henderson, the flashier, multi-purpose guy. And we were talking on the show. I kind of reminded you of the Nick Chubb at Georgia with Sony Michelle at Georgia. And those guys went in the same draft class. Sonny Michelle went to New England. And Chubb went to Cleveland. Lo and behold, Trayvion Anderson goes to New England and Quinn Sean Judkins goes ahead of him. They had their pick of the two guys. And they went with Judkins moving forward after Nick Chub. I mean, this is a Nick Chub replacement. They have been a team that is used to being able to hammer the ball with a big bodied back and a bruising offense of line. And they wanted to.

do that again. I think it is as good. I was not as high on Quinchon Judkins as, I know you, Andy, and Kyle is a big Judkins believer. I like the tape. I thought it was okay. I thought he was, you know, a little bit good at everything, but great at nothing, kind of like a David Montgomery coming out of college. And there couldn't be a much better landing spot for him, his skill set, a team that, you know, wants to run the ball. is used to having a guy like this on the roster. I thought it was it was great. And if you didn't watch the draft, you might have missed him being the first, I believe historically the only player to ever have missed his call from the team. The only one we have data from that he had missed the call from the team about to draft him because he is taking a dump.

That's just a fact. I'm not even making a joke here. He was in the bathroom. The family had to answer the phone because when you got to do your business, do your business. Did he just not think? And then he went to the Browns. Okay. All right. You're really on one today, Jason. I mean, this one doesn't be. Your analysis is analysis. Oh, my goodness. Judkins, look at the, oh gosh, it keeps going. I love this. I think it's fabulous. Every year rookie running backs end up hyper-elevant for fantasy. Not always the names you expect. I realize that. But how can you not love this situation for Judkins? It's volume, opportunity, identity, I think, as a team talent. You know, I agree with you, but goodness, if he was David Montgomery, if you put David Montgomery on the Browns, he's going to have a great season.

I'm very excited. He's a touchdown guy. So I don't know. I think this is one of the home run fantasy destinations, Mike. I'm in full agreement here. They did take another running back in round four. The running back room reshaped in Cleveland. Dylan Samson went there. He's 5-8, 200 pounds. A compliment type of situation. They took Harold Fanon Jr. in the third round, very athletically gifted tight end out of Bowling Green. probably waiting, you know, if you're taking them in dynasty rookie drafts, you're waiting a while. Yeah, Harold Fanon, it was a faller and a loser to me. Even though you get the third round pick, he was, I believe, the sixth tight end taken off the board. That's not good. You end up behind David Nogoku. That's not good. And, you know, his combine testing was pretty disappointing. His production profile is great. That's usually less important for tight ends, though.

Five offensive draft picks in the first five rounds for the Browns, and none of them, wide receivers to take Cedric Tillman's job. Yeah. So if you look at- Tillman and Judy are- Winners and losers, they believe in Tillman. That's what it says to me. To draft two quarterbacks. Real quick on Nijoku, this is his last year under contract. Yeah. Like next year is void. They're all void years after this. That's good to know. And he'll be turning 30 next year. So. Yeah, you're going to be waiting. Most tight ends when you take them in your rookie draft, you're waiting. And Ford, by the way, last year of his contract, Jerome Ford. When you're in your rookie drafts, especially if you're in a super flex, but no matter what, like we're, you know, we're doing some drafts now live on Sleeper, and it has ADP from pre-NFL draft. Like, that's how all the ADP shows up for us. Scroll, scroll, scroll, and don't go by ADP. We published our rankings out if you've got the ultimate draft kit.

Use the dynasty rankings there. Do not go by ADB because they are wildly different. But what you're going to see is you're going to see Shadur Sanders, who has been being drafted in Superflexes, you know, is the top five pick. And you're going, he was a fifth round pick behind another quarterback for this team, the faller of fallers. Like literally in the last eight years, the biggest consensus faller. What is his outlook? It's wild to me because. That was the story of the draft. Did you have another qualifier on that question? No, not at all. Go. Take it away. I'm please answer it. If you're going to be drafted in the fifth round behind another quarterback in the same draft, might as well go to the Browns where they have Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett. I mean, you do have a chance to emerge from the debt chart. If you are what you say you are, right? Which we know the words of Shadour Sanders more than the actions sometimes on the field.

If you are what you say you are, you can win here. You should be able to win in that quarterback room. Man, it's so hard because... That's the truth because... He is a flyer that could work out at quarterback. Man, that is... And there are teams he could have gone to as a backup that would never happen. Really difficult, though, when he was the second quarterback drafted for this team. Like, would you... He's better than Dylan Gabriel. Would you draft Dylan Gabriel? Would you, in fantasy football? No. No, of course you win. No, because ceiling. I still believe the ceiling of Shador Sanders.

The reason he was talked about as being a first round pick and at this time last year, a top two pick is because it was very clear that at his best, he has a great ceiling. To me, Dylan Gabriel is an okay to good quarterback that has a backup ceiling in the NFL. And that's how you draft, you know, there are Jalen Milro. Right? Like his situation is kind of interesting because, you know, Sam Donald. If Sam Donald's cut in a year and he's got the rushing game. He's got real ceiling, yeah. He's got real ceiling, you know. And so that's how I look at it. It's like. It's just tough. A day two pick on a quarterback that wasn't Shador Sanders. I'm personally going to do what the entire NFL did. And I'm going to let someone else draft Shadur and, I mean, did he go in our mock draft? No, not a three-round single quarterback. Yeah, I mean, yeah. It's the super flex league. If you're in a super flex league and you want to throw it.

dart out there there you go you can that's your choice you do you i just i didn't know if mike had anything you wanted out no i'm in agreement of this is of any of the spots after what happened it's it seems like one of the very few where you can actually end up getting some starts now jerry judy like Is it good that you have five quarterbacks? No. No, it's not great. Isn't that just the shotgun approach, like may the best man win? Well, let's just be real about it. Deshawn Matson's not playing football for them ever again. Just delete him. It's fun to say they have five quarterbacks. They don't. They have four. One of them's Joe Flacco. He's 600 years old. Probably current leader. Yeah. One of them's Kenny Pickett. We've been here. We've done this. Yeah.

One of them is Dylan Gabriel, a rookie, undersized out of Oregon. And then one of them is Shador Sanders. Like, there is a non-zero chance. He's a starter on day one. Like, legitimately. It's not impossible. It is not impossible. It'll probably be Flacco. Yeah, it will. But it's not, of all the places to fall to, it could be worse. Yeah. I mean, go beat out Kenny Pickett. Yeah. If you're the backup to start the season, you've got, I mean, Joe Flacco goes, he's a statue. He's going to get sacked. and you're going to get a snap. Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh did not take Sodor Sanders. They had lots of opportunities to do so. They went Will Howard in the sixth. They waited another round. It seems, you know, if you want to say fantasy winner for a player that's not actually on the roster, it's Aaron Rogers because it seems like Aaron Rogers, the odds of him being a stealer went up after draft day. The rumors the reports were that.

The Steelers knew Aaron Rogers answer 48 hours ahead of the draft. They didn't say what it was, but their actions kind of said they're confident with Mason Rudolph. And they're not a dumb franchise. So I have to imagine Aaron Rogers is on his way. So Caleb Johnson. That is the pick to talk about here. Third round draft pick out of Iowa. The running back doesn't have to change any of his like if he colors. If he themed his, yeah, if he themed his Twitter page or something, he's good. It is funny too because when I watched him, I've brought this comp up several times, the comp of Levi-on-Bell for Caleb Johnson. It's not so much the athletic profile or anything. Caleb Johnson is a sprint away from you down the field and you're not going to catch him. Get up to 22 miles per hour.

despite his 40 times. He's a fast player. But the patience behind the line, it reminded me a lot of what Love Bell used to do. It looked like he's slow. He's not slow. He's smart. You liked him a lot. I was a little bit lower on him than you were. But how do you like the fit? I mean, Jaylon Warren has to be a player that, you know, he did not come out of this draft unscathed. He got the $5 million, but. Caleb Johnson is going to be a threat to him in some capacity. Earlier, I think it was two weeks ago or something, we had a quick question that was, what player do you want to see drafted where? And my initial thing I wrote down in that draft doc was I wanted this pick. I wanted Caleb Johnson to the Steelers. And then I, because Tomlin has always had that one back system until the last like year or two. And yeah, Jalen Warren's there. But I think they want the system Tomlin's had for.

you know, darn near 20 years over the course of a lot of different running backs. So I love this and then I remembered Arthur Smith. And I was like, ah, you're just going to be all wacky. So Mike, how about you? I would give this a B plus. Yeah, I think the landing spot is great. It will be, I think it goes pretty quick to the split that Warren and Najee had last year. It was a bit more Warren because he started last year injured, so it took him some time to get going. But, I mean, Neither will be elite for fantasy, but both will be usable players. You project Pittsburgh to be in the play winning football this year? I don't know how you bet against it. Because that is always a big impact on that running back. He's still at zero losing seasons, right? Correct. But what if he gets Aaron Rogers? Then you've got to project a loser season. Yeah, I mean, if it's Aaron Rogers or Mason Rudolph, it is not a great question.

Well, we don't have to take a long time with this team, but we can celebrate it a little bit. Cincinnati, Cincinnati didn't blow up any of our plans for Cincinnati. They did the right thing. Chase Brown's their guy. This is what you want to see for the Bengals offense. You want to see them not draft a single wide receiver, and I'm fine with a sixth round running back backup. This was just don't touch what isn't broken. Maybe they didn't have the money to send anybody to the draft. After all the money they gave to T. Higgins and trying to figure it out for Hutchinson, or not Hutchinson, goodness. Huh? Henderson? No, the Bengals. Hendrickson? Hendrickson. Thank you. Hey, we did it. But yeah, no, they grabbed up running back in the sixth round. No big deal. Chase Brown's a big time fantasy winner. Yes. And it's exciting. It is, I'm becoming more addicted to the teams with stability year to year. Yeah.

Predicting players. We've done it for, this is our 11th season. Very difficult. Really like it when there's elements that make it easier on us. We're not changing a coordinator. We don't have personnel changes all over the place. Turns out they must believe Zach Moss is enough to be a depth piece after they brought him back. I think with Moss and Taz Brooks, so they got in the sixth round, they're fine. Baltimore. Baltimore still has Mark Andrews. Under contract. Baltimore, for the first time in history drafted, or the first time in a long time drafted a kicker in the sixth round. So Justin Tucker's days may be done. But for a team that had apparently 9,000 picks, not a lot to talk about on the offensive side of all. No, they said we're okay here. We've got to fix the defense. Yeah. So, I mean, they went safety edge, tackle, linebacker, tackle, corner, kicker before they took an offensive piece.

Yeah, I mean, I think Mark Andrews really is the big winner. Yeah. He's on the roster and doesn't have to fight with any more. Is he going to be on your roster for fantasy? He will be on my dynasty roster because I already have them. In doing the dynasty startup rankings, because I'm, I've been more of the Mark Andrews apologist, I think, on this show. How far down is he? He was surprisingly above or below Isaiah likely. I have them back to back, and currently I have Mark Andrews ahead. Yeah, I'm going to throw Isaiah likely in as a winner there too. Sure, yeah. I was going to say to Rashad Bateman. Yeah, no, that's fair. That's fair. New England. Oh, we did it. We got Trayvion Henderson off the board. Mike was waiting. Didn't get him in the first round. I believe the bears had two picks immediately following there. They were immediately after the Patriot was out. The pick is in. I could see that the Chicago Bears are next.

I passed out. I lost consciousness. I lost consciousness for at least three to five minutes due to being so upset that the bears were right there. Finally came to. And I actually, like this is, I've been a big Henderson guy. I think this spot is awesome. Like long term, I really do like this spot. Part. Part. Partly. Partially. Partly is I don't know which one I was trying to say there. Partly is right. I like what they did in the draft. I love Will Campbell. Yeah. Oh, yeah. I think he's going to help that offensive line a ton. Henderson himself is a massive upgrade. And Kyle Williams, wide receiver in the third round is a, like, he's a sneaky good player. And so just what they did there to upgrade things for Drake May, thinking about this team, it.

It might take them a year or two to get the engines moving again, but like we believe more in the coaching staff. Like the way, I mean, these, these were the guys who got Derek Henry on that run and got him going. So I do, I think long term, I think the spot is fantastic for Henderson. I wanted to ask this question. So you've improved the office. Chicago would have been better, but just saying like, I, this is like, oh, the Patriots, are you kidding me? But then after spending some more time with it, I was like, oh, I think it's something good. When you've only got four wins and you've got the fourth pick, you expect to be a crappy franchise. But with that fourth pick, having an offensive line bolstered, you bring in Mike Vrable, you add Trayvion Henderson. I was talking earlier this morning with some of the other guys in the studio. What do you think is? I think Kyle just blew it for you.

No, no, no. I'm wanting to know what your guys is projection for the New England Patriots win total next year. Not what the line is. I could give two farts. I'd go about eight and a half. Is that what the actual line is? I have no clue. Yeah. Okay. So where would you go on that? That's higher than I thought it would be. I would go below. Yeah. I'm tempted to go on the above. I think this could be a sneaky good team. I would take. I mean, there are. That's fine. I'd go under eight and a half. But point being, like when you're in your rookie drafts, if they come out here and win seven games this year and you're just, the ship could be righted faster than we had thought. They paid remandre. They gave him a four-year contract. That was so strange. Trayvion is not the one of the reasons he didn't go in the first round. He didn't go to the Chargers. He didn't go to Cleveland is because.

It works with a, you know, a bigger-bodied Romandre Stevenson and then a more versatile jack-of-all-trades type of Trayon Henderson. That tandem works. So projected to be a winning team? No. So that's a discount on my view of Henderson in year one. Explosive player, a lot to work through on offense. It's going to be tough in year one. I mean, I'm willing to. I'm willing to believe a little bit of what you're saying about it, being a better long-term destination, and you need to believe in talent and things like that. But right now, what we do know is that he will not be the full-time starter, and he will not be on a team that's projected to win more than they lose. Correct. Another bonus here. And it hurts from Andre so much. He's such a big fantasy loser. But when you factor in like, this is Rabel's team. Like, Trayvion Henderson.

is an elite pass protector, and he doesn't fumble. These are traits that Vrable is going to quickly fall in love when. If you get a remandre fumble early on in the season, and you will. That could be the flip right there. But it's very possible to me that Henderson is the Gibson role of this year for that team. Because that's what he does. He can pass protect. He's still small. He's still an undersized back compared to a lot of the backs that you see get a big workload. So wide range of outcomes in year one for me with a bright future. Yeah, dynasty-wise, Ramandre Stevens, it's four-year deal. The last two years have no dead cap money. So really 26 is the last year where they cut them. And I know we're different on this. Mike. I have Judkins ahead of Henderson in my rookie running back rankings. So I like his profiling as a main back.

I think that the Judkins spot is probably a little bit better for this year. But I have Henderson just ahead of Judkins, of trying to project out long-term pass catching and things like that. Who do you have hired? I went back and forth and back and I've got Henderson ahead. All right. We'll take a break and be right back. The New York Jets. Not a ton to talk about here. Mason Taylor, I do like him second year or second round tight end out of LSU. Mike, you don't. They're just absolute zero out of 10 on the dog meter. That was your Mason Taylor evaluation? Yep. That's my evaluation. Some dogs, they rest until they get to the, you know, to the big. I mean, look, obviously the NFL liked them. I mean, with no dog to go in the second round. I know. The NFL liked him. I'm not saying I'm right. I'm saying I won't be on my teams. Well, he, yeah, he was a productive collegiate tight end that's going to.

You know, Tyler Conklin's gone. That was 72 targets last year. Weapons outside of Garrett Wilson. There aren't a lot of them. I just, for some reason, I just like the landing spot. Yeah, no, it's not a bad landing spot. I don't know that you love the quarterback situation here with Justin Fields, but this is a pro's son at tight end, which is. He should start. He should start. And he really, like when I look at my notes, when I scouted him, I, you know, I basically said this is a pro style. This is an NFL player. This is a pro tight end. He's going to be exactly where he's supposed to be every play and do what he's supposed to do. He didn't strike me as elite or game breaking. So for fantasy, I don't see him. Honestly, you can pretty much be like, oh, Tyler Conklin was a player. We would start. You know, as a streaming candidate over the last couple years, it's like, hey, this is a good conk week. I think we're going to have those weeks with Mason Taylor. I don't think he's going to be someone that's like, oh, wow, he's the tight end rookie that broke out.

It'd be hard for me to classify Justin Fields as a winner just because I don't feel like they added a difference-making offensive weapon. I mean, he's- Offensive line. Sure, yeah. I mean, that should help. I think that the Jets were one of those teams where you would not have been surprised if they took one of the quarterbacks in the second round. I think I would have. Really? I think I would have been surprised this year. I projected Milro to come here. Incorrectly. Yeah, what an idiot. If we want to talk picks, you did. You did buy a lot. We don't want to talk picks, though. But, and Garrett Wilson, too, there was, this was one of the teams where they thought, hey, maybe a high profile, high profile pass catcher is going to go here. But the Justin Fields throwing 150 targets at Garrett Wilson. How many are catchable? I don't know. Six. But there's going to be 150 plus targets. No, Breast Hall, you know, Jason kicked him off his team. He's going to be set up for success. Miami. Go be free, young man.

Miami didn't do much. I don't really have strong opinions on anything that happened during the draft. They got their quarterback of the future. You know, they went interior offensive line. They went detackle. They went de-line. They corner safety. Ollie Gordon dropped late six round. I think a big fantasy winner here. So Ollie Gordon, the second, he was a player that a lot of. draft Twitter love. Kyle, could he have gone into the draft last year and he made the decision? He was just a sophomore. Okay, so yeah, okay. But a lot of people were wondering, you know, will this be, could he sneak into a day two pick, a top three, you know, round pick? Because his sophomore year, so two years ago at okay state.

1,700 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns. He's a big boy. I did not... That fell apart the next year. Yeah, I did not love his tape. I watched the most recent season always, and he didn't look good this last year. Fell to the sixth round. And so even though they did add a running back here, I don't... Devon A. Chan, I think, is a big winner. Yes, agreed. This was a team that had a lot of mock drafts where you could have seen them add an impactful day two. style running back here and they waited to the sixth round. Yeah, it was fortunate that they had, I mean, they only had a first and a second. They didn't have a third, a fourth, and you avoided him getting, you know, messed up for fantasy. Buffalo. Okay. Next team. Yeah, I mean, look, Buffalo is going to, they're set up and it wasn't through the draft. Their offense, we know what it is. They went defensive heavy.

First five rounds? Cornerback, D-line, edge, D-line, cornerback, cornerback, offensive tackle in the sixth. I mean, this is not fantasy relevant. What is fantasy relevant is kind of like what we were saying with the Bengals. Continuity on offense. You know that, you know, you know kind of the wide receivers he's got. When you add Joshua Palmer to a team, you don't need to add anybody else. Oh, yeah. You saw the GM here. Oh, yeah, he was mad. He was mad. He's like, you guys all were complaining about. Josh Allen, you won a Josh Rosen, and now you're complaining we didn't have a wide receiver. Yeah, they're going to be fine. They're fine. AFC West, welcome home, Ashton Genty. Goes number six overall to the Raiders. They also spend a second round pick. Yeah, they did. Jack Besh, wide receiver, TCU. If you've tuned into the Dynasty podcast at all during this off season, you know that we have as a collective group fallen in love with Jack Besh.

It's a later breakout, but that last year at TCU, like this, this is a dude who absolutely gets it done. He's open all the time, making tough blocks against zone covers, 3.1 yards per route run. Like he was this player that we all were in love with and kept having to say, oh, man, I don't know what the NFL is going to think about this player. And but this was where everything united. I mean, two. to the Raiders who desperately need another wide receiver. The Raiders are, who have a quarterback. The Raiders are so fun now. Oh, yeah. This Raiders offense has, I don't know. Are you ready to root for Chip Kelly? Oh, yes. Are you okay with that? Oh, I am. I'm all the way in on it. Chip Kelly gave us fantasy goodness when, when he was around. Yeah.

He gave us a lot of different things. I don't care if he wins. Jack Bash. Ashton Gentie is a young, awesome core. You throw in Jacobi Myers as just a quality NFL veteran. This should be an offense with Gino Smith that provides a lot of fantasy goodness. Yeah, Gino gets a bump up with just Genty and Besh. For sure. So that's, that is, it is going to be a fun team. And they had two tackles picked in on day two. So this is. They went pretty heavy on offense. Yeah. The Denver Broncos. Yeah. This was what? We were on Henderson. Henderson watch at pick 20 in the first round. Mike was anticipating it. It didn't happen. They end up drafting RJ Harvey out of UCF, pick 60 in the draft. Somebody that Sean Payton came out and said he watched the film of for hours. I went and watched the film of RJ Harvey. You know, the small school storyline.

You know, this is an interesting opportunity for this guy. He is super old. Yeah. For a running back coming in, he's 24 years old. I mean, that is, I want my rookies to play their entire rookie season. Like, I hope that they play their entire rookie season at 21. Yeah. 22 is like, okay, that's pretty normal. What did he lose two seasons, right? 24? He's 24 years old. He lost one to COVID, and he lost one to an ACL tear. So I'm just saying the reason why he's that old. Sure, but no one didn't lose the COVID year. Well, he didn't. Not everyone is. But I mean, in terms of college eligibility and playing more seasons. So 2020, he only appeared in two games. It's not an excuse. I'm telling you the facts. Right. 21, no season data. And then three years of being a pretty strong player. So it was funny. You talked about Sean Payton and how he was talking.
