Jarvis Landry finally got back in the PPR column with 11 receptions for 87 yards. So those two guys came back to life. Who do you trust more out of those two guys going forward? Hopkins or Landry? I'll go with Landry. I mean, they were getting boat race. So obviously they were throwing the ball the whole game. Their winning streak just stopped. And I was kind of amazed how the announcer seemed to turn on Tennehill.

despite the winning streak. You won six straight games, and it was like maybe it's time for him to be benched. And I'm just like, wow, that's quick. We're savage. Quarterbacks, man. I trust Landry, though. Yeah, I would as well. Like we said, do you think he'll get Patrick Peterson next week? Or Peterson be on Parker. No, I think Peterson will move. I assume he'll be on Landry. Well, then maybe, maybe not.

Yeah. Maybe you slow down because DeAndre Hopkins at least gets Indianapolis. Yeah. I'd probably go Hopkins in for next week. I agree. But yeah, you know, Julio had a big game. Brown had a big game. What about these names that broke out of nowhere? Is there anybody that you're looking at and saying, yeah, I guess we're going to talk about Golden Tate. Yeah. Yeah. Jason has a lot of thoughts on Golden Tate. We're going to talk about. And hey, Tyler Lockett. There's the guy I drafted. Yeah, there's a speed held on for four, five weeks. Finally had to drop him and move on.

but he's healthy. Russell Wilson looks healthy. And this could be big things moving forward for Tyler Lockett. Brandon LaFelle play. You know what one thing? I'm going to stay on Lockett for one second. You know what helps Lockett too? It's not just, I mean, his speed is back and you see it even on the kick returns. It's what made him great last year was Russell wasn't getting out of the pocket. He can escape. And Lockett has this like ability to.

you know, be a great wide receiver and find an open space in the defense when the play breaks down. Yeah, I mean, I had Russell Wilson as by start of the week this last week almost fully because what we saw the game before against Tampa was that he's mobile. He's back. And so going home, obviously, he was still okay. I think he finished his quarterback 11. Because Thomas Rawls was doing everything for the first half. Yeah, but.

But, I mean, you could see. They would get a pass rush through. And it's like, oh, Russell's going down. And then he does that patented, the spin move that is always annoying. How do you not see that coming? I know. Do you need to run at him? And before he makes that move, just duke to the right. Because he's coming back. Do you watch? Do they watch tape?

He does the same thing. One-on-one, it's impossible to stop that. I suppose. It's momentum. I know we're going to get into the waivers on tomorrow's show, but Brandon Lafell, five for 95-and-one, has Cleveland and Pittsburgh coming up on the schedule. Do you bind to Brandon Lafell's good game? He's done this a few times. I don't know that he can be consistent, but wide receiver three, if you are struggling there and you want to pick up a guy, I'm okay with that. Tide-ins that stud muffins this week, Pitta, Lidarius Green.

Zach Ertz had a good game. 15 targets. Yeah. Travis Kelsey. They were trailing. You know, it wasn't just trailing for Earths either. It was, you know, Jordan Matthews was out of the game. Yeah. Like before, before when we heard that, I moved Earths up in my rankings because there's only so many targets there. Yeah. And the headliner to me, La Darius Green, six for 110. Career high. With a hush down. 11 targets. The Steelers need.

They need desperately another pass-catching weapon. Sammy Coates can't do it because he's banged up. Eli Rogers is a limited player. Ladarius Green is the guy they paid. They paid some serious keesh to have him come be that weapon. And it looks like he is emerging at just the right time, especially for fantasy players, when all the tight ends, it seems besides Travis Kelsey, who is, Travis Kelsey is kind of the best option right now.

Ladarius Green is a guy who I think is an absolute must pick up. And he's probably at the top of my waiver list. I would say I'd spend the most money on La Darius Green than just about anybody. Yeah. Because he could be a difference maker in your playoffs. With a playoffs that doesn't have Rob Grancel. They might not have healthy Jordan Reed. You know, I don't bind a pit or repeating what he did. No. Brate had a good game. Graham had a good game. And then Fleener had a good game. And Josh Hill might be out. So he may see some more snaps.

Those are guys to pay attention to for sure. Fleener, uh, Fleener definitely patted his numbers there at the end of the game as they were doing a garbage drive. All right. Let's talk about a couple more of these names in our Raising Cain segment. Raising Cains, Rising Stars of the Week. Now, we had some tweets from people that were enjoying a Raising Cain's tailgate while they watched the games this week. And you know what?

You are the best and the worst at the exact same time because you make you jealous. I was not eating Keynes at that particular moment. It's a bad tweet to get. We do troll each other with Keynes. I notice that. I'll be in the drive-thru. I'll be like, I'll take a little selfie of me by the sign. I'll be like, hey, Mike, how you doing? All right. This might be the, is this the first time we've had back-to-back the same name in the Rising Stars? This is. This is. This is the first time we've had the same name for the same person back-to-back. I believe we've like,

Right. Mike is just, he's just leaving it with what he had last week. Hey, it worked out. Malcolm Mitchell, wide receiver for the New England Patriots, 84% of Patriots plays. Look, 10 targets, 8 for 82. No gronk. Amadola tweaked his ankle. He was my rising star last week because he had an opportunity or was it was last week or was a couple weeks ago. But Chris Hogan was out. We saw the opportunity for Mitchell and he came through.

Tom Brady loves him. And then it was, you got to pick him up, but just you got to be patient with him because Chris Hogan was still the guy. Malcolm Mitchell, you start him. He stole Chris Hogan's lunch money. You know that Danny Amadola is out now, right? That's why I said Amadola tweaked his ankle. So there's targets that have to go around. And Julian Edelman, I think it might have been because of the matchup, but they actually limited him on snaps as well. And they were going to Malcolm Mitchell. He's a guy who.

Down the stretch could pay big dividends. The comparison is immediately to Brandon Lafell, who you saw as the number two wide receiver in that role a couple years ago and be highly, highly productive, especially now with the grunk. With Grunk out, they've got to throw the ball to someone and Mitchell's good. The comparison that I can make as well, not just, okay, so going back on the Patriots, but you could almost say very similar to Michael Thomas, you have a talented rookie who has a Hall of Fame quarterback.

He can get it done in fantasy. Combo. I agree. I agree. I'm going to go with... The box combo. Yeah, the box combo. I'm going to go with Spencer Ware. This is more of a piggyback on... Look, we said positive regression was coming with Spencer Ware. There was a lot of Ware questions yesterday of why do you keep liking Spencer Ware? Because you watch football and you see how many snaps he's in on the field. Look, he had a great game.

You remember when he played Denver a couple weeks ago, because I think he has Denver in like two weeks, he grinded out nearly 100 total yards against Denver's defense. He finally got into the end zone a couple times this past week, and man alive did Alex Smith miss him on what would have been about a, I don't know, 60-yard passing touchdown wide open down the sideline, just barely missed him. And I just think what you're seeing from where with the workload is something you can lean on. You know, it might be.

It might not be fair to throw him in the rising stars, but I think it is because the positive regression will continue with Ware. I think he's good for those touchdown opportunities, and he's the best guy in that backfield right now, and they need him. With Ware and Pitta, Brandon LaFell, I mean, there was positive regression Sunday for a lot of guys. And it was the opposite for some of these guys, Taylor Gabriel, Kenneth Dixon. You know, if it's hard for a guy like Julio Jones to have a great week every single week, which, by the way, he has like four single-digit weeks.

you're not going to get a guy like Taylor Gabriel giving it to you every single week. So maybe tomorrow we'll have a chance to talk more about some of those negative guys and in the poop segment. Because just because a guy like Taylor Gabriel has a lower week does not mean you necessarily throw them out. Right. Right. So there, but some guys you may. So Jason, who are you going with? I'm going with a guy who was thrown out of almost all teams early in the season.

A guy that I really liked going into draft season. Blake Bordles? No, don't you put that evil on me. No, Golden Tate, the number one wide receiver this past week so far with Monday not concluded yet. But Golden Tate has really shown that he, look, coming into the season, I liked him because he had such a good rapport with Matthew Stafford, and he's had.

you know, basically back-to-back years with almost 100 receptions, he was going to be the guy, but maybe it was Marvin Jones. Well, Marvin Jones took over those first five weeks of the season. And so Golden Tate was thrown in the garbage can. Get rid of those first five weeks, okay? Because that was a long time ago now. We're in week 13. Where do you think Golden Tate ranks from week six, all the way back in week six, on to now? Ooh, that's a good question. It's a great question. I'm going to go wide receiver 14.

I'm going to go 12. You nailed it. He is wide receiver 12. He is a wide receiver 1 for the last two months, and he's been playing well. But everybody's angry with him. Because of the first. And so I'm saying, hey, look, you got to give the guy the due. Plus Marvin Jones, obviously he missed this last game. We don't know his health for next game. The mountain do? You give him the mountain do? He is definitely good enough to be started at this point. All right. Those were the Raising Keynes, Rising Stars of the Week. Don't forget.

pooped in his big boy pants. There is, uh, there's one thing that Drew Breeze is very thankful for yesterday. Colin Kaepernick? Colin Kaepernick. Because Colin Kaepernick is burying the lead of Drew Bree. Drew Breeze had a Drew Breeze game. If you look at this line, 31 for 44, 326 and 3. That sounds like Drew Breeze had a great game.

Except it wasn't three touchdowns. It was zero touchdowns and three interceptions. It's like we say. When Drew Breeze is at home and gets in a positive game script, you got to bench him. I mean, this was. Honestly, you're right, Mike. Yeah, he's the lead. Colin Kaepernick's not the lead. Drew Breeze team was down at the Superdome.

against a horrible defense. What happened? You know what happened? The stars of sadness aligned. I will say that's what happened. That will never happen again. First, I think it's time we stop calling the Lions a horrible defense. These guys are division leaders getting into the playoffs. You're right. No, you're right. But even if it's a good defense. Let's call them a vulnerable defense. That's fair. In the secondary, especially when all defenses are vulnerable against the Saints at home. Yes. So Breeze let you down.

And he let you down in a big way. And I tweeted this last week in our scoring format, which is half point league, six point per touchdown. These two guys combined for 86.3 points last week. Both over 40, Kaepernick and Breeze. This week they combined for about 10 points. Total. And here's a hint. Nine of it. Eight of it was Breeze. Okay. Kaepernick, one for five. Wow. For four yards. This was the worst poop.

in the pants I've ever, ever experienced with a guy that just put up a 45 point week. We had Brandon Cooks with possibly the poopiest pants of the year award. No, not anymore. With the almost 50 points and zero targets. Colin Kaepernick was sacked more times. There was a higher sack total than he had passing yards. It's unbelievable. Five sacks, four passers. And look, people, a couple people tweet and say, oh, I hope this is an anomaly.

Yeah, with Breeze, it's an anomaly. With Kaepernick, here's the problem. And I'm not overreacting to say this. When you get pulled and you're benched, it changes the entire equation. We know, we said we love the playoff schedule. We all know, and you can go look back at the previous six, seven weeks, and how great he was for fantasy. He's the number seven quarterback. But none of that matters anymore. Because once you're benched, like that, the confidence level you have in that playoff schedule is gone. I would be finding, you want to go to the playoffs with Winston and Cap? No.

Let cap. I'd get somebody else. Because if you're streaming two quarterbacks in the playoffs, I don't want Cap to be the other one because this is too frightening. Well, you're also at a position. I think the scariest part of that is not knowing what the coach will think should he have a bad first half. You know, because... Yeah, that's what I mean. Yeah, in general, you got, okay, he had a bad first half. So many people have terrible first halves, especially at quarterback. And because of that, they've got to throw the ball a bunch of the second half. They have to come back and have a fine fantasy game. But now...
