excellent per route. Now he's actually running more routes. And now healthy. Doesn't it feel like they got two new receivers? Yeah, it really does. Like Donald Kincaid has not been a thing yet. No, I mean, he was struggling with that knee injury all last year, played, I want to say 38% of snaps. And now they have a full-time second-round-pick player who has been really good. First. Was he a first round pick? Dalton was the first, yeah. Oh, man. I mean, he's, we loved them. We spent years believing that this was the, this was the.

27:43 ↗

year he was going to get it together. Pick 25. Yeah, so our all-season fire pick looks good. Hampton. Hampton is a great matchup for him. Hampton's a great play. Gadsden, if you're desperate. Man. I think Gadsden is an okay start. I mean, he hasn't done much on the season. He had a touchdown last week, but only two targets in the game. But it's the fact that the injuries are going to force him to be on the field. Yeah, I.

28:11 ↗

I hate the part of that it's had to be forced, whereas, like, does McDaniel and Company, do they like Gadsden? Do they really want him as part of the plan? I just think he's not a complete tight-in in any way, shape, and form. He's an athletic freak who can go catch the football. It's a little bit like, you know, we've seen what likely can do in the passing game, right? Now, with the Giants and in, but it was always, you know, Mark Andrews and Smyth and other guys getting snaps ahead of him sometimes because the incomplete nature of it. But Gadsden right now, I mean, these guys are on IR.

28:42 ↗

So it's over for them. It's Gadsden almost every play. Yeah, and Q's, Hugh is reverted back to a pumpkin. Yeah. Yeah. Carolina 101. Cleveland, one and one. In Cleveland. Carolina minus two and a half over under 42 and a half. Good for you, Carolina. And Cleveland's one and one too, Mike. I just mean like Carolina is on the road and favored. Yeah.

29:12 ↗

Yeah, I mean, we talked about Bryce Young on the Unsolved Mysteries episode yesterday, whether, you know, Mike and I were kind of very much on the side that we believe it's a level up. We believe that the math of Carolina right now. You should take some chances that it could be for real. Well, yeah, and Carolina is, you know, they've got weapons. Tet McMillan and Jalen Coker is a viable twosome.

29:36 ↗

each and every week, and then you bring Darren Waller into the equation. Their prize picks projections. Are they the same? Yeah, they're the same, both at 59 and a half receiving guys. That's a lot. Yeah. Both of those guys are plays, right? Darren Waller, Jason, would you rather start? Let me put it this way. Waller seems like as good of a bet as a touchdown opportunity as any tied in right now. For sure, because he's enormous. And I think that the snap counts are going to rise for him. They're very low right now. Would you play him?

30:03 ↗

Or I guess you'd play Schultz. I would play Ferguson. And I would play Ferguson. Then it would be Waller. Then it would be Gadsden. Would you play Waller or the other Ferguson? Jake Ferguson, who had two touchdowns last week. I still, oh, man, I think I would go I would go Ferguson over Waller because he's out on the field more. He's used between the 20s more. And they both can catch touchdowns. I still would put the odds of a touchdown higher with Waller than Ferguson, but it's not a big enough gap.

30:31 ↗

to take the fewer snaps. But I think Waller is a great player to roster. As the season goes on, I expect him to get more and more involved. But the great thing is, is that he is always involved around the Red Zone. And so that's all you really need from the middling, tight end pool is a touchdown. Waller or Fanon? Oh, and the same game. Cut that, cut that. I think I go Waller.

31:03 ↗

I think a much better chance at a touchdown. That hurts, though. That hurts big time. I mean, Harold Fannin's at 17% target share through two weeks. That's not. It's not. It's not the end of the world. No, it's not good enough. And I, you know, Watson was 24 for 30 last week, 238 and 2. Bryce Young six touchdowns through two games. And there are only five running backs that are top 12 in each of the first two weeks. Ken Bone.

31:33 ↗

Gibbs, Henry, John the Taylor. Oh, wait, and Chuba. Chuba is the other one. And John the Brooks just went to IR. And A.J. Dillon is not good. And they didn't sign Austin Eccler. So in this week, in particular, Chuba is a must start. For sure. And who would have thought you much rather draft him than Judkins? Much rather. I know you weren't. I know someone that would. I know you weren't in on Judkins. I wasn't in on Chubb. But you wouldn't have been in on Chubbler. No, I was not. I thought Brooks would be more of a impact. But.

32:01 ↗

This is all Chuba, and if this team is, I give, if they're for real, then Chuba is going to be awesome. I think the biggest question in this game is actually Bryce Young, because we've talked about picking them up, taking shots on them, is it real or not? This matchup is one where so far through two weeks this season, it looks like a, not a terrible matchup. Last year, obviously it was very, you didn't necessarily want to play against the Browns, but Miles Garrett is gone. I don't think this is a bad defense.

32:30 ↗

So this is a perfect matchup to me where it's like you push. It's a pretty bad defense. Push has come to shove and you've got to make your call right now as to whether or not you believe in Bryce Young. I am. I would start him this week. Justin Herbert or Bryce Young. Oh, that's an easy Herbert for me. I'm going to start Bryce Young. I'm not going to go back to this well where it's like there's no way that that's a guarantee that Herbert's better. And why not take the guy that's had two prolific weeks.

32:59 ↗

Like I give zero credit to the Cleveland defense last week relative to the, I mean, the Tampa Bay offense is abysmal. Yes. And they still, you know, they're 22nd in terms of fancy points giving up to quarterback through two weeks. I'm taking, I'm taking Bryce. That could be a water bet. Oh, Jason wants to make, Jason just literally. Yeah. Oh, we're doing. Oh, easy.

33:21 ↗

Water bet. I think the water in this one is money because he just made me a $100 bet about Bryce Young versus Herbert. I just think that'll be a fun thing to watch for in this week. And I think both are good starts this week. The matchups aren't too bad, but let's go with others. You don't have to start Herbert.

33:42 ↗

You've got no reason. You don't have to do it. It's just a matchup to me. I think that there's going to be a caglionty points. Was the Cardinal and Raider matchups pretty good for Herbert? Were those decent? I mean, the Cardinals, while they won, it wasn't an environment where you were going to keep passing the ball.

33:58 ↗

A lot. I do think in this one... He scored 7.9 fantasy points against the Raiders. So let me give you some... I'm not saying you're going to be wrong. I'm just saying the evidence right now is like, hey, why go through the pain of trying it again? Right now, we've got Bryce Young as our consensus quarterback 15. Is he going to her bro? Is he going to her bro right now? Jason? Yeah. What are you talking about? Jason is being... I am always going to be a her bro. Jason is interlocked arm and arm up the street for the her bros. But I also think...

34:26 ↗

Yeah, I mean, that's why I'm smiling. It's fun. It is fun. There's two things here. My primary belief here is more anti-Buffalo Bill's defense. I am targeting the Buffalo Bills defense the way that, you know, in years past, we were targeting, you know, when you're playing against the Bengals, when you're playing against the Cowboys, you want pieces in that game. That's how I feel. But also, I really do believe the lack of lad has been the biggest problem for Herbert. But let's talk about other players. Would you start Bryce Young or Tyler Shuck?

34:56 ↗

I think those are neck and neck this week. They're close. I lean Tyler Shuck in that one. I like Bryce. But it's it. What about Drake May at Jacksonville? Bryce. I'm making the switch. I'm putting Bryce above. And what about last one? Matthew Stafford been on fire, but at Denver. Bryce. I'm okay going Bryce there. I think we need to adjust our rankings. Yeah, I'm looking at 15. I just moved him up. I.

35:23 ↗

Moved to my, oh, and he's sitting one spot ahead of Justin Herbert. Okay, there it is. Yeah, look, I guess I have the confidence in Bryce Young right now. He's feeling it. You know, like, Shuck's been good. Mm-hmm. But, like, Bryce has done the three touchdown thing two weeks and a while. Yeah, I don't feel like extremely confident saying Shuck over Bryce. Yeah, yeah, but way to walk us through it, Jay, because I needed to tweak the rankings a little bit there.

35:51 ↗

Ted McMillan and Coker, yes, Waller, we talked about it. The other side, you know, I don't feel good about any of it, really. I think Boston is the one that you could probably play because you're going to get, you're going to get the targets, you're going to get some high value targets, but I'm not messing around with the rest of those guys. If Quinn Sean Judkins is bad in this matchup, you've got to put them on a boat, you give it a shove, you light your arrow.

36:20 ↗

and you fire. Judkins should be okay. That's what, this is a... But I'm saying if he's bad in this matchup, I don't know when you're going to have hope to actually play. It's so hard. It's like a start of the week candidate because you don't want to start him, but you can't mention him against the Panthers. There were two players in my start of the week finalists. I don't know if you saw that. No, I didn't. It was David Montgomery and Quinch on Judkins. Yeah. And I didn't choose Judkins.

36:45 ↗

I don't blame you. You're holding your breath. I mean, but those are the type of players where people are going to really, really want a bench. And it should work. Carolina's dead last in giving up yards per carry, rushing touchdowns allowed, and EPA per rush. This is the time, Judkins, you better show up. That's so far this year. Also, they sucked last year. And the year prior, they were one of the worst of all time against the run. This run funnel, baby. Come on. New York Jets one-on-one. Detroit Lions one-on-one.

37:15 ↗

Vegas line is Detroit minus six and a half, over under 47 and a half. Under a touchdown, huh? Yeah, I mean, this is the game to me that is, this is going to tell me a heck of a lot about the Detroit Lions long-term situation because I think this should be the game that they destroy. Yes, it should be. At home against the Jets, the Aaron Glenn Revenge game, whatever, they should massacre the Jets in this game.

37:44 ↗

And if they don't, it will tell me that they don't quite have the defensive personnel and the vibes right now with the blobfish to get this thing going at home against the Jets. But the nice thing is for fantasy players, the over has hit in each of the last six Detroit games. It's a 47 and a half already. That's cool. Yeah, we'll take that. Start of the week, Jason, Jared Gough.

38:12 ↗

I love golf at home. I mean, you're going to love all the lions pretty much every week. I don't know. There's one to talk about. Yeah, I'm still throwing James and Williams out there. Okay. I mean, Jameson Williams is the type of player when you drafted him. You knew you were getting volatility. You knew you were going to have some games where you had an absolutely dud of a matchup. But you keep him in, first of all, you were drafting him as your wide receiver three. You were drafting him as a flex. This isn't a guy you were drafting in the third round.

38:36 ↗

He is out there to go nuclear and win you matchups, and that is worth taking some of the duds along the way, because as opposed to finding someone off the waivers who's getting eight targets every game and who's going to get out there and give you seven fantasy points or eight fantasy points or nine fantasy points regularly. That's not going to help you win matchups. You put James and. So you'd start him over like a popular free agent pick up this week, Adonai Mitchell, who is currently ahead of Garrett Wilson and Target share. Yeah. Speaking of targets, what if I told you my boy?

39:06 ↗

Isaac Tesla had one more target than Jamo Williams last week. I'm not worried about that. If at the end of the season he has more targets to Jameson Williams, I will eat my shorts. Yeah, I mean, Jaymo played 97% of snaps. I'm mostly with you on everything you said. You know what's funny about this game? I was looking at someone put together the pace of play of matchups. I think it was Jared Smola.

39:33 ↗

I apologize if I'm getting that wrong. And it was like based on both teams in the game. You look at the pace of both teams. You go, okay, what's the pace of the game environment? And I saw this matchup and they were like bottom five. And I was like, what? The Lions? How is that possible? The Lions are top five in the league and pace of play. And that's how slow the Jets are playing right now. That when you combine them, they're like one of the slowest games. It's outrageous. Very tortoise.

40:03 ↗

The Gino-Smith-led Jets have yet to commit a turnover this year. But Gino will be under fire. You know, the Aidan Hutchinson, Lions' highest pressure rate in the NFL. It'll be put to the test. Breece Hall, yeah, you play him. You play Garrett Wilson, and I think you play Ad9 Mitchell this week. I'm okay with it. I would play him over Boston in the previous game, so I like him more than Denzel Boston.

40:28 ↗

You should put Kenyon Sadiq on your bench. There was a start sit question that Brooks put in here. I'm sorry, I'm going to say it out loud. Would you start Adonai Mitchell in this game or Adonai Mitchell in this game? Oh, man. I'd go with AD Mitchell. It was Kyle. Oh, Kyle. Brooks would never. Yeah. Kyle, do you feel comfortable with me letting the people know what you're going through right now? Oh, that is probably related. Sure.
