Really? No, it does not. No, it does not. No, you're crazy. What is streaming like it's hot? Quarterbacks and tight ends. We're talking about the merits and benefits of streaming these positions in your league. Now, the biggest point that we like to make, and we are going to repeat it as you draft, is position scarcity matters. Quarterbacks are not position scarce. You are normally in a league, and now that changes if you're in a two-quarterback league. But most leagues are one quarterback, which means 10 to 12 quarterbacks are being...

86 passagesstarted every week. That does not make a scarce position. However, running backs, you've got two to three with the flex position starting. That's like 36 guys. So... You're good at man. I know. I'm real quick. I stream it like it's hot. Now, quarterbacks and tight-ins are both positions you start one of. And so we advocate. Now, obviously, this is a value thing. Sometimes if a really great quarterback, if an Andrew Luck is sitting there...
at a high value position where you're not reaching for them, go ahead and take them. We're not saying don't take them. In fact, if you like playing the way you play with drafting quarterbacks early, do that too. But for us, we like waiting because of the position scarcity. I'd rather have a combination later in the draft of a Matt Ryan and a Teddy Bridgewater or a Ryan Tanahill and an Eli Manning and play matchups with the two guys. Now, somebody sent me a message the other day and said, well, my league has seven bench spots, so streaming isn't really viable.
So do you buy that? Because I don't. I can buy that. Here's where it is viable and isn't viable. It's not a matter of how many bench spots. It's how many quarterbacks are on those bench spots. Because if people are in that league are using those bench spots just to take up extra running back on wide receivers, then stream the position. You have to know your league. But if there are, you know, if every team, if every team has two quarterbacks on their roster, you know, then it gets a little bit tougher. You're now looking at, you know,
QB 25 on the waiver. Yeah, and in my, one of my main leagues, we have a huge bench. And I found streaming quarterbacks a little bit more difficult. I was still able to find one to two guys who I loved for a matchup per week. But my advice for a bench that big, grab, just draft two quarterback. So where I usually, if I have a five bench, exactly what I said. Yeah, and I'm agreeing with you. If I have a five bench,
I'm probably just going to hold one quarterback. I'm not going to care. I know that a couple teams will hold two, but there'll be plenty of guys on the wire. If I have seven bench spots, then I'm going to take two guys, and then I can pair the matchups with who I have. And if you don't have Aaron Rogers or Andrew Luck, you lose. No, no, no, no. That's in the real NFL. We're talking about. Yeah, in fantasy, if you don't have those two guys this year.
streaming and playing matchups will be a benefit to you no matter who else you have at times through the year. So listen through the year. We're going to every week have our picks of quarterbacks to pick up. Well, because that's the question is, okay, I got to stream quarterbacks, but which guys? And so that's part of the key to listening to the show is that we're going to tell you which guys we like for this week. Yeah, each and every week. We absolutely are going to do that. And if you have some more questions on it, just go back. I think last week we talked about quarterbacks, and we talked at length about this.
So let's go ahead and get into the mailbag. Mailbag. All right. Like a tiger. No. No? Katie Perry. You're having a weird show today, Mike. I just want to say that. It was a weird morning. You okay? Did you get your coffee? I did. That's probably the problem. It was too much. You're a little too high. A little too much coffee. Wait, did you have the Starbucks experience again? No. Oh, geez. We have to wait in line and you get like performance anxiety on ordering.
Thankfully, I was not out at home when I didn't, was not thrust into that uncomfortable position of weird words and ordering coffee and I have no idea what I'm doing. Yeah. So, all right, mailbag time. If you have a question, go to the website, click the submit a question button. We're happy to answer as many as humanly possible. You can also call us 302-464 TFFB. We are here to help. And actually today, if you've submitted a question, you haven't got an answer from us.
Rest assured there are a lot of questions that have been submitted, but we're going to do a little blitz today. We're going to try to get through a bunch of those, and so hopefully you can hear back from us today. If not, we're sorry, but we're doing our best to get through them and help you out. This one comes in from John in Charles. Did you write that right? I pasted it. John in Charles. So that must be a city. Yeah, I hope. I hope. I feel like you left off the in-charge part. Oh, man.
John and Charles in Charge? Was there a John on the show? No. I remember that show. Do you know that theme song? Charles in charge. Come on. I know. I just had to have you singing about me. All right. First off, love the show. He's listened to every single episode. He said he asked C.J. Anderson on his team. He's thinking he needs to handcuff him with Hillman, just in case. So should he drop either Bernard, Rashad Parringman, or Charles Johnson?
to sign Hillman or does he wait? This is a tough question. I think you do drop someone. I'm surprised if these are the two worst guys on your roster that you can drop, that you don't have anybody else. But I do think if you have C.J. Anderson right now, you should have a handcuff there. So for me, I think it's worth dropping either one of those guys if you have to because you've got the other. There's three guys. G.O. G. O. Perryman and Charles Johnson. So which of those three do you drop? I would drop Paramen right now.
That's what I would probably do, too. I would agree. And we're not saying everyone needs to have handcuffs. Don't handcuff every single running back, but that offense, Hillman would be great if Anderson unfortunately went down. Well, and we don't really know. We haven't seen CJ for an entire season. We think he's got what it takes, but you kind of have some doubt. So I think it's worth grabbing Hillman because Hillman's looked good. So let's go to a voicemail question from an old friend. Hey, yo.
With Tony Meatballs, I just did my drizzly draft, and I just got two rookies in my starting lineup. I was wondering how you guys feel about having two rookies in your lineup starting week one. I got Nelson Aglow, that dude's my boy. I'm actually going to start a hype train from. Tony Meatball Hype Train, Nelson Aglar, that's it, that you guys, we're going to start a train up. And I also got Abdulah. I was wondering how you feel to have those two.
rookies in the lineup and I'm pumped for the season. I'm really, really pumped. I'm going to lift you guys and we're going to win me a championship. That's the goal. I like how he said his name was plural today. He's Tony meatballs. That was nice. Thanks, he's growing. Is he excited? I think so. He's really excited for the Aguilar, Abdullah. Aguilar? The AA. Aguilar? Aguilar? I think it's Aguilar.
Somebody correct this on that. Aglilar. They do every single show. Every single show. And they say it's Aglilar. Aguilar. Aguilar. No, that's not correct. Aglilar. I looked up the pronunciation and I couldn't read the pronunciation. That's what I did. It's Aguilar is the way I read it. I was making lasagna last night. I think I put some Aguilar on my. Oh, my gosh. I love Aguilar on top of my spaghetti. Yeah. All pasta needs aglolar. Wait, are we going to answer Tony Meabal's question? Yes. So, Abdullah.
Completely on board. Would you want to start two rookies, though? That is difficult. Because he said in the lineup. Yeah, I would say, I would be afraid. It's not just a rookie, like grand sweeping question of rookies. Because if you say two rookies, yeah, I'm immediately a little bit nervous. Those are two pretty good rookies to start with. Everything's pointing to...
Aguilar, Lazzania Man, getting a starting role up in Philadelphia. So I would be okay with it. Okay. I love both of these players, but I am drafting both of these players as backups on my fantasy roster. I expect them to be starters at some point and get in there. Not a flex play? Well, I mean, yeah, depending on where, I mean, if you're taking them in the fifth, he's probably going to have to be a flex, but certainly not both, right? But my hope,
And when I go into a draft is to grab either one of these guys as a backup or at worst to flex, and they're obviously not both going to be. All right. Help me out. Help Nate out here. Nate is in Michigan. He said pick two keepers. It is a 10-man league. C.J.M. P.J. Demarco-Mur-Murray, Calvin. Oof, man. I'm going to go. Anderson, Calvin Johnson. You have any?
Difference is there, Jason? No, I think I'm going to go the same. I was... So much conviction. You couldn't even... Well, these three guys, if you want to take any combination of those three guys, I would have no beef with that. That's why I was comparing every single combo, but that's what I would go as well. He has a good decision. C.J. Anderson and Calvin Jones. Yeah, I agree with that as well. Kevin in Huntington Beach said, uh, Buenos Aires. Bonjour. Mm-hmm. I drafted Jordy Nelson. Now he's hurting with his team's depth. He was offered Devante Adams.
Ryan Matthews, and Alan Robinson for AJ Green. That, no. It's hard not knowing the rest of your roster. I would probably take it to. Really? I would take it. I mean, Alan Robinson plus Adams, and then you get Matthews thrown in just for AJ Green. I miss read the first player. Adams, Matthews, Robinson for AJ Green. Obviously, you can't see the rest of the roster, but if he's hurting, I do it. Yeah, I probably. Well, I don't know. You guys saw AJ Green tip that interceptionally. He stinks.
Right? No, AJ Green is going to be incredible. They showed clips of him doing it a bunch of times, though. He's really bad. No. I think this is a good trade to do, though. I mean, most of the time you want the best player back in a trade, but when you suffer injury, a lot of the times you need to reassemble your team. So for me personally, this is a half-point PPR. You pick up Alan Robinson and a half-point PPR. You pick up Devonty Adams, who should have, be able to replace Nelson at least to, what, 80% or something like that. And Ryan Matthews could be a steal of the draft. And you pick up a DeMarco Murray voodoo doll.
Oh, yeah, you get that in the deal, too. So what is your take, Mike? Are you doing this? Yeah, I'm going to do it. All right. I want to remind everybody about Fantasy Draft Wizard.
