Yeah, well, no, it's fine. It's fine to discuss it. And why I'm saying this is because I'm not 100% sold on Latavius Murray. Not yet. My confidence in him is growing, but Roy Hulu was brought in. Yeah, it was the Raiders. They do spend some more money, but Hulu got a decent contract to come in and be a passing down's guy. So there's just, there's a potential opportunity for that. He got paid. Yeah.

Yeah, it's possible. And I think we would be making a mistake if we didn't just whisper, Fred. Don't give him too much. The deal is you've got to whisper that name because Fred Jack, if you say Fred Jackson three times in front of the mirror, he takes out your kneecap. Yeah, all the running back is dead. The real fantasy reaper, Fred Jackson. A lot of injuries in the back field on a team that will run the ball of tons. Can he make it four years in a row being underdrafted? Yeah. You know what he does? I bet he does.

is he pretends, he's like, oh, I'm kind of injured. And then he just rests through training camp. And he slowly, like, puts his catburger mask on and he takes everybody out. He's really a good player. He's just a great player. And if that team had more guys around him that were like him, they'd win more games. And he's a good guy, too. So it's kind of shameful of us to be talking about him as some of taking on kneecaps. I do too. I've really enjoyed Fred Jackson. There's a lot of mistakes, you know, that people make. People make mistakes constantly by looking at.

Don't say that. My question is, I have Zach Ertz that I drafted, and I want to know if it's too soon to drop him and pick up maybe Delaney Walker.

I know it's just questionable, and they're not sure how long he's going to be out, and Delaney Walker is the best available option. I want to walk in before someone else does. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks. Thoughts on that? We can't talk about the tattoo first. It's like the Superman size right on the chest. Wow. Yeah, I like it. I like it. I would not drop Ertz yet and get Delaney Walker. I do like Delaney Walker. I think he's a valuable play and is undervalued. But I cannot possibly, especially with my personal rankings, believe that Delaney Walker is the only good tight end on the waivers. I feel like when I look at waivers, even when, you know, 15, 16 tight ends are taken, which is crazy. There should be 12 in a 12 team league.

You know, even in that sense, I think there's four or five guys that are worth playing in week one. So I like Ertz a lot better. I wouldn't drop him. I would hold on. And if it comes, you know, week one that he's not going to play, then sure, swap him out. And if at that point Delaney Walker has been picked up, which I don't expect to happen, write us in. Maybe we'll help you out. I agree. Maybe. Maybe. Well, the only thing I'd say is the question might be, what do you really need from your tight-in? Because if you don't need upside,

Maybe you lock in the other guy. Because Earth represents upside to me. And downside of not playing. Right, right. So, all right, let's go ahead and answer another question. Hey, guys. I have a keeper question. I can either keep Bob Grancowski in the fourth round or Antonio Brown in the second round. It's a 10-team PPR League. I have no idea where I'll be picking until draft day. What would you do?

So you guys hear that? Was it Grunkowski in the fourth or Antonio Brown in the second round? Yeah, Grunk for sure. Keep your first three picks and get Grunk and is a 10 team and I think Grunk has added value in a 10 team league. Both guys to me are back half first round guys, so why not take the value of the fourth? Okay, let's go ahead and answer this question. Nate in Illinois. Illinois? Illinois. Did I say Illinois?

Yeah. He might be in Chicago. Oh. All right. Nate in Illinois. I have the number one pick in a 10-person snake draft. I'm thinking of taking... Did you just do a snake? Yeah. Oh, okay. A snake draft. I am thinking of taking Andrew Luck with the number one pick. What are your thoughts on draft strategy for those first five picks? Would it be crazy to load up and take the quarterback with the first?

Take a quarterback with one of his first three picks. One of your first three picks, I don't think is crazy. Taking Andrew Luck with the first pick, I think is crazy. I don't think it's valuable there. Andrew Luck specifically, I mean, I think he's phenomenal, but we have to remember he's only been a fantasy phenom for one season. So I expect him to be this year. I've got him as the number two quarterback.

When you've got that number one spot, you have an option to get a running back stud that other people don't have the option to get. And that is what separates those first two or three picks. So I would absolutely take a running back. Crazy? No, but it is not how I would play it. Okay. I tend to agree. Let's do another voicemail question. Hey, guys, it's Tom from Chicago. I picked you guys up this year and deleted every podcast after, I'd say, about your second episode.

You guys are awesome. A quick question. Ten team half point PPR. I got my keeper and Mark Ingram in the 14th with Nelson and Benjamin out. If I'm picking in the later half of the first round, should I go receiver and probably maybe target like Jonathan Stewart, Frank Gore and guys like that? Let me know what you think. All right. So that's a good question. What was his name? Tom, I think. From Illinois?

Yeah, oh, sorry about that. Sometimes I just read real fast, and they put an S, there's an S at the end of the word Illinois. Silly. Right? And so sometimes, I'm sorry. Like Arkansas. So this question here, he has, like Arkansas. It's a 10-team half-PPR. He has Ingram in the 14th. That's fantastic. Yeah. So his question is, does he go receive a receiver? And his thought process is, you know, if I can get Jay Stu and what was the other guy? Gore? Wait, Jonathan Stewart and.

Somebody else. My thought is I've seen this work. We did a bunch of draft reports yesterday, and I've seen this work out well. He has a keeper running back. So if he can get super top-end wide receiver talent with those first two and still get Jonathan Stewart and another running back with those third and four, I'm okay with it. I mean, I saw you shaking your head. I understand it, but.

Well, the truth is, the reason I shake my head, and this is one of the mistakes, we'll probably go over on our other podcast. But when you get that plan and you say, I know I'm going receiver receiver...

Well, you know, you don't know who's going to be there at 10. So that's where I shake my head is like, what if it just so happens that C.J. Anderson is not liked in your league and he drops to 10. Would you not rather have a stud receiver with C.J. Anderson and Mark Ingram. And so I don't think I have any problem with that strategy. I would presume that that might be the best thing there. I'm just saying don't lock yourself into something that could be a mistake just because you think it's a good idea a week before a draft.

Yes, be water, my friend. Flow with the draft. Fair enough. All right, Brett and Milwaukee. Milwaukee's. Sweet, I didn't mess that one up. What are your thoughts about drafting two starters from the same NFL team, example being Lacey Cobb Rogers or... That's three. Des and Randall. With some picks in the draft, players from the same team line up perfectly. It happened to me many times in mocks, and I'm curious if you think I should pass on this situation or take these guys.

It's pretty simple. You take them when they're on high power offenses, and you don't take them when they are on bad offenses, I believe. I mean, that's a simple rule of thumb, and of course it depends on what pick you're getting different guys and what value you're giving up. But generally, if you're on the Broncos, the Colts, the Packers, the Eagles. The Eagles, I got no problem, just grabbing pieces from that team. Yeah, but if you're on a low-powered offense and you're talking DeAndre Hopkins, Arian Foster,

Do you change your opinion? Well, now that you can get him in the 10th round or wherever he's going... That's different, I guess. Yeah, it's a little different. You know, that's where I say if you... It just depends on what you're giving up. For set, Steve Smith? Even then you're getting Steve Smith so late. I mean, what is a team that is really bad that you're going to pay two... Well, that's not really the question, though. It's just... Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's a good one. Yeah, I wouldn't want both of those guys. Yeah. I wouldn't want Doug Martin and...

Vincent Jackson or... Yeah, no doubt. Because then you're just going to get killed on weeks when they don't produce. And that's kind of the philosophy I would take, too. So we agree on that. Should I be looking for a better option at RB1 or roll the dice? Now, obviously, he got some wide receivers. He has Julio Des and Cooks. Wow. I wish I knew how many people were in this league. But either way, well done. So, no, I don't think you need any better options at RB1 with that depth. But you...

could go after it because you have, you could combine a couple of these running backs, or you could combine a running back with one of your wide receivers and go get an AP, I love Bell, a Lacey, Charles, and just solidify that front position. Yeah, never stop improving your team, but do not. I think the real thing to stress here for Jeremy is do not go and get a bad trade value because you think you need and are desperate for a top-end running back. You're really not with this team and this roster and this depth. Use the depth.

to take advantage of someone in a trade, not to take an advantage of to get that top guy. I think Jeremy's in a league with, like, his pets. And they drafted poorly. Yeah, and you really did some raking of the coals of your parrot. Well, think about the guys that drop, though. These guys drop because they're not big names anymore. You know, four sets, not a big name, and Gore is...

It has been for people. I'll say this. Week three with this team, I'm not going to want to make the starting lineup decisions. Because you've got Chris Ivory, you've got Joseph Randall, Abdullah, Gorham Forset. You have depth there to actually trade and get a bigger. Yeah. Oh, we love two for trades here. We really do. And we love two for Oreos. Oh my good. Double stuff. Double stuff. Twofer.com. No, that doesn't exist. Not yet.

Yeah, let's stick with Jointhefoot.com and keep those URLs to a minimum. So, guys, quick question for you to end the show here. Is there a name or two that you're super excited to see in week three? This is kind of the preseason week three is known as the dress rehearsal. You know, most guys' starters don't play week four for the sake of injury. So week three, is there somebody that you want to see really, really badly to see if they've got it? I mean, is it a Duke Johnson? Who is it?

For me, it's T.J. Yeldin, because we haven't seen what he's done. Dinar Robinson looked great. T.J. Yelden is supposed to get the workload, which I'm not totally buying. But that preseason game is going to be really important for him. How good is he, how does he look in that offense? So that's the guy I'm going to be paying attention to. The only one. I'm just going to ignore everyone else. A guy that I'm going to watch very closely is Lageret Blunt because he has, he's not looked.
