going forward. And I think that the assumption going forward is that both of these guys are very involved. The targets are there. The deep shots are there for both. I think that Jamar Chase is not necessarily a guaranteed top 12 guy, you know, that you start in every single situation. At T. Higgins is someone that is absolutely a fantasy asset. Now, more context needs to go to that. We were talking in the office yesterday.

14:25 ↗

He was so banged up during this game at the end of the game, T. Higgins, and now he missed practice yesterday. So we'll have to pay attention to Thursday's, today's practice report to see if he's limited or practicing in full or if he misses the practice, him being T. Higgins. But if he's active and practicing and playing, I think T. Higgins and Jamar Chase, there's now an argument to be made between them going forward for fantasy, at least the...

14:51 ↗

this season. I think it's, what's very interesting is the stat of since week five, the target share and the air yard share between T. Higgins and Jemar Chase is nearly identical. You're talking a percentage point difference since week five. And so what that data is telling me is what's happened to Jemar Chase and what's happened to Higgins, it's just the natural variance of football. This isn't T. Higgins.

15:20 ↗

has replaced Jamar Chase. It's Higgins has hit on his opportunities, and Jamar Chase hasn't. And he was, we mentioned it, but he was one bobble away from a massive touchdown, which completely changes the landscape of last week for Jamar Chase versus T. Higgins. So this is a, you play the both with confidence, but the variance will hit, and you.

15:47 ↗

It's probably not going to be both of them smashing on the same exact week. Is this the best dynasty tandem in the NFL? That's a good question. Dynasty-wise, yeah, I think so. I've seen T. Higgins in the top 20 in terms of dynasty-wide receivers. And obviously, Jamar is one or two. Very young connected to Joe Burrow. Yeah, I mean, who are the other, I would say the Cowboys with C.D. Lam, Amari Cooper and Dak. That's a good combo for Dynasty.

16:16 ↗

I don't know if there's any others that I would throw out as as good a combo. That, yeah, that's, I mentioned it. Yeah, and then the other wide receiver court to take a look at is Los Angeles Rams. Obviously, they lost Robert Woods. We're wanting to know new toy in Odell Beckham. How are they utilizing these guys? Van Jefferson's role has changed. That's my biggest takeaway.

16:43 ↗

The first six weeks, he was only averaging 4.3 targets a game. From week seven on, seven point three targets. From week seven, he's seen more targets in the 10 to 19 area of the field than Cooper Cup. And the last two weeks, he was the wide receiver 9 and the wide receiver 20 was 17 total targets. He is becoming a really important part of this offense.

17:05 ↗

And Beckham has stepped in, and he is being used down the field a ton. It's kind of a blend between Deshaun Jackson's role and Robert Woods. He is tied for the second most 20-plus yard targets in the NFL over the last two weeks. Is ADOT as a RAM is 16.9, which would be by far the highest of his career. So he is being used as a down-the-field.

17:32 ↗

guy when they are, you know, away from the end zone. And so you've got to take that, you know, information and look at the upcoming schedule and try to, you know, Minnesota and Baltimore in the fantasy playoffs. Those teams give up a lot of big plays. Baltimore, they live for giving up big plays. That sounds like O'Dell Beckham to me. Arizona, high over under this coming week, tough defense.

17:56 ↗

Maybe more of those intermediate, maybe the Van Jefferson role. And then you got Seattle in between that with Jamal Adams gone. So really both of these guys, all four wide receivers, I think you can pretty much start. I'm really excited for Beckham as the season closes out because he's delivered. He's obviously had his best output with Stafford. Stafford, I think one of the reasons he wanted to go there was Baker wasn't the kind of quarterback that was going to just let it rip.

18:26 ↗

even when it didn't, you know what I mean? He needed to see Beckham completely open, and I think Stafford is willing to take those chances, and the team is willing to scheme plays to Beckham. So obviously Van Jefferson's been very good. Beckham has scored in consecutive weeks. There's a lot to be encouraged by there. So you can get up to 100% danderth protection. That is never, not working.

18:55 ↗

Wait, what? I sold you out. Oh, man. Head and shoulder scalp shield technology available at Walmart. My heart wasn't in it. I was going up so we would have like this cool, man. Jason didn't even try. I mean, Jason didn't even. I was letting you two ride. I took the segment. You guys could take the clothes. You guys suck. All right. Let's blitz the rest of the news. News and notes from around the league presented my sleeper. Isn't the new policy to just let the producers do it? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.

19:28 ↗

All right, tonight's game. Feedback on Twitter says, no, don't do that again. Okay, all right. All right. Well, it was fun for me. Adam Thieland out tonight. Dalvin Cook, we talked about it. He's going to play barring a setback. And the ride is going to be wild. It's going to be a very interesting evening. Mike Williams, news yesterday that he was placed on the reserve COVID list, was a close contact with Keenan Allen.

19:55 ↗

He is unvaccinated, which means he is out a minimum of five days from the contact. Brandon Staley referred to him as day to day. There is the opportunity for him to play Sunday. The variance on this entire offense is very wide right now. Yeah, it is. It could be no Keenan and Williams. It could be Keenan Ann Williams. It could be one or the other. And Austin Echler was also limited at practice on Wednesday due to the ankle that knocked him out of the end of the game. So we'll keep you posted.

20:24 ↗

Tomorrow is going to matter a lot, and you're going to want to pay close attention to the Injury Blitz podcast from Matthew Betts as well. Mark Ingram, news broke yesterday. He's been placed on the reserve COVID list. Alvin Camara will be back. Taysam Hill, full participant. This is a big deal because Ingram is, you know, potentially out this week with Camara's return. Hope Camara's healthy. Yes. Against the Jets? This is a big week.

20:52 ↗

Yeah, you could even see what, Tony Jones get some opportunities? Maybe. Yeah. I mean, he was a healthy scratch last week, but he is healthy. And if Mark Ingraham is unable to go, Tony, Tony Brooks, James Jones, Jr. is a fine dart throw of getting a touchdown. Pretty much every week, there are multiple running backs to get a touchdown against the Jets. All right. The other news from the Bears, Justin Fields, will start this week against the Packers. So that's number one.

21:22 ↗

Good luck. I believe that's in Green Bay. Yes. That's going to be a good first rodeo for Justin Fields. David Montgomery didn't practice Wednesday. Shoulder groin and glute. So it's all... Shoulder groin and glute. It's all hurting. Shoulder groin and glute. I doubt he's singing it the same way you are. Oh, yeah, he's not. But I need a beat. Shoulder groin and glute. It's pretty good. They didn't want to just say body. So they labeled it.

21:51 ↗

Um, that's all the same injuries that you got from foosball. Oh, man. That was an intense. His shoulder groin and glute. Alan Robinson returned to practice limited. He expects the play, uh, well, sorry, let me backtrack that. We think he might play this week against the Packers. 49 are injury news, which is a new segment on the show. It's a permanent fixture. Debo Samuel did not practice on Wednesday. We'll see. Elijah Mitchell.

22:18 ↗

Not just a concussion, but had an MRI. It showed knee irritation. I want to mention they added Brian Hill to their practice squad. So could be an indication that they're not expecting Elijah Mitchell or Jeff Wilson to be available. It is also possible that Wilson is unavailable as well. Yeah, I would say that while it's still early, you know, we've got several days before Sunday. We'll know more information. As of right now, I think.

22:45 ↗

I know mine, and I think yours, Andy. I haven't heard you, Mike, but our expectation is that Elijah Mitchell is not going to play this week. That's what I expect. So if you have Elijah Mitchell, you need to make their moves now in preparation. If Michael Hastie is still available, which is still possible in some of these leagues, he's a must pick up. You can learn a lot by these moves. You know, the signing of Brian Hill, they brought in running backs to work out. You also have a couple of other moves that I want to give people before.

23:15 ↗

The weekend, there might be indications. Last week, the Rams waited until, like, game day to bring up Mackay, I don't know how to pronounce his first name, Sergeant. They brought him up yesterday. So that could be an indication that Daryl Henderson is not expected to be. He might be active, but he might be in the same situation as last week. So that's one. And.

23:40 ↗

What's the other one that I... Maybe the Cowboys? Tony Pollard. There is news on Tony Pollard. He didn't practice where you did have Ezekiel Elliott fully practiced. And they signed Jason's guide, Edo Smith, to the practice squad. Take that, Cowboys. Yeah. And going back to the Sony Michelle...

24:05 ↗

Darrell Henderson news. If you listen to Sean McVeigh, he had this large quote talking about how, you know, no, Henderson's important. We're still going to use him. But Sony is like doing great. We want to really get him. He's a rhythm runner. We got to get him going. And so it was almost like I'm expecting, like when Darrell Henderson comes back, I don't think it's going to go straight to the, you know, it was all Darrell Henderson and Sony got, you know, a couple of got scraps. I don't think that's going to happen. Okay.

24:35 ↗

All right. Yeah, I'm concerned about it, too. T. Higgins didn't practice. We'll monitor that. Joe Mixon didn't practice due to an illness. It's not believed to be COVID-related. Tevin Coleman is in the concussion protocol. Implications there for the Jets running back room. And then Elijah Moore, this was big news. Day-to-day with a quad injury. Didn't practice Wednesday. They hope to have him back. But it's not a guarantee right now, and he's been on fire. That was today's news and notes brought to you by Sleeper, the leader in breaking news alerts.
