Andy's Halloween sacrifice costs irrecoverable time

The day before the Halloween show, Andy admits regretting his choice and says he is sacrificing for the greater good. The hosts clarify that the cost is time that cannot be recovered, and Andy closes by saying he will live to regret tomorrow.

moment

Monday Punday turns Foot Clan pain into catharsis

The desk reads positive and negative player-name mutations including CD Lamborghini, Dak Imprescott, DeAndre Hopwins, Tanked Dell, and Romandre Stephen Sucks, then thanks the Foot Clan for submissions from Instagram and Twitter and calls the ritual cathartic.

moment

Jason fails to avoid the Wheel, and Jay means Jason

One host celebrates avoiding the Wheel of Shame and asks 'Did you, Jay?' Jason answers that he did not. The published three-host shot establishes the addressee as Jason Moore rather than Jay Griz, and no Wheel punishment occurs in this episode.

moment

The Foot Clan receives a Banana Rama drop hunt

Will Levis's debut revives Banana Rama, and Mike says he searched for a pop-culture clip of someone shouting the phrase but found only the band. He asks the Foot Clan to find usable material and considers 'Cruel Summer,' without actually playing a recovered drop.

moment

Arthur Smith hates fantasy football and runs a clown show

After Will Levis ruins the popular Falcons-defense start, the hosts say Arthur Smith made everyone look foolish because he hates fantasy football and call Jonnu Smith's pass a clown show.

moment

The Gus Bus inspires a twenty-yard forward tap pass

The Gus Bus gets three touchdown beeps, after which the hosts try to preserve future Lamar Jackson credit by turning a handoff into a forward tap pass. Their final solution places Lamar twenty yards behind the normal running-back spot before he throws to Gus Edwards.

moment

Andy accepts Kamara for Jacobs live after Jason advises against himself

In the main dynasty league, Andy considers Alvin Kamara plus extra for 25-year-old Josh Jacobs as a win-now move. Jason admits Andy is his strongest rival but says he has to accept; later Andy announces that he completed the trade, and Jason immediately regrets helping him.

moment

Papa Josh's Shaheed pain earns a live Ducers Alley cut

The desk asks Papa Josh whether he faced Rashid Shaheed, and Josh answers that losing to a boom-play starter 'sucked.' The published program immediately cuts to a full three-human producer row beneath the DUCERS ALLEY sign.

moment

A.J. Brown becomes a Decepticon and Brooks says yep

The hosts call dark-visored A.J. Brown a terrifying Decepticon and joke that he can wear his own uniform for Halloween. They address Brooks, who answers 'Yep,' before rejecting a host's attempt to switch costumes without A.J.'s muscles.

moment

Jason's flag-football lineman pick-six dream resurfaces

A real NFL lineman catch reminds the hosts that Jason always dreamed of raising his hands while rushing the quarterback in their flag-football leagues, grabbing the pass overhead, and returning it for a pick six.

moment

The duds genuinely poop in their big-boy pants

The not-so-good transition says Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes pooped in their big-boy pants. Unlike the episode's many spoken visual jokes, the published video actually cuts to a green full-screen POOPED IN HIS BIG BOY PANTS animation with host portraits and manure splash effects.

moment

Al keeps four-out-of-ten faith in Jordan Love

The hosts ask Al Borland to rate the Packers season and next-season outlook. Al answers four out of ten, admits the current team is not fun to watch, but retains faith that Jordan Love will get it together while Jason says hope is the only basis.

moment

Fournette's dump truck rolls into Buffalo breaking news

Leonard Fournette's Buffalo signing interrupts the show as breaking news. The hosts call him the dump truck, make an audible beep-beep cue, and later request the drop again; the program genuinely plays a purple BREAKING NEWS animation but never shows a literal truck.

summary

Episode notes

Complete published-video review shows Andy, Jason, and Mike in ordinary clothes at the main desk, preceded by the standard WITH THE DUCERS card for Brooks/Judge Giamatti, Jeremy/Owl Borland, and Kyle/The Borgogon. Andy says tomorrow's Halloween choice cost time and will leave him regretting the show, but this episode contains no costume, reveal, or Halloween graphic. Monday Punday turns listener submissions into both positive and negative player-name mutations; it remains a regular desk conversation with no dedicated Punday visual. A host asks Jason, shortened to Jay, whether he avoided the Wheel of Shame, and Jason says he did not; the three-host shot establishes that this is not Jay Griz, and no bear, cutout, Jay image, theme, or sound drop appears. Mike asks the Foot Clan to find a pop-culture Banana Rama clip for Will Levis because his search found only the band; no Banana Rama graphic or recovered drop plays. The Gus Bus receives an audible beep-beep cue before the hosts design an absurd but technically forward Lamar Jackson tap pass by moving the shotgun snap twenty yards back; the bus and field mechanics are dialogue-only. In the main dynasty league, Andy reveals an offer of Alvin Kamara plus extra for Josh Jacobs, Jason reluctantly tells his strongest rival to accept, and Andy completes the trade during the show; video stays on the ordinary desk and laptop with no trade overlay. Papa Josh is directly asked about losing to Rashid Shaheed, answers that it sucked, and receives an immediate live cut to the three-human Ducers Alley row. Brooks later answers a Halloween prompt with a single off-camera 'Yep.' Jeremy, addressed as Al Borland, receives a sustained booth cut and rates the Packers a four while retaining faith in Jordan Love. A.J. Brown becomes a terrifying Decepticon and Jason recalls his old flag-football dream of intercepting a pass as a rushing lineman, but neither image is produced on screen. By contrast, the dud transition genuinely becomes a green full-screen POOPED IN HIS BIG BOY PANTS animation with host portraits and manure effects. Fournette's Buffalo signing genuinely triggers a purple generic BREAKING NEWS animation and an audible dump-truck beep; no literal truck appears.

he wasn't out on the field a lot. Like if you look in the second half of that game, because I was looking, there was tons of McKinnon out there. Yep. Because they were in two-minute drill offense. By the way, I don't know if he's not going to show up in the wide receiver duds, but I'll just mention him with Pacheco. Rashi Rice had this ball. Did you see this one? Yep. He had a ball in the middle of the field on a scramble from Mahomes. I may have been playing him. And he did the... so wide open that I turn my head to run because he's a great runner. I'm not sure he doesn't score a 60-yard touchdown on that play. And he dropped it. He dropped it. Madison, 16 for 31, Chuba, 15 for 28, Miles Sanders, two carries. Yeah, the Chuba start did end up very disappointing and was exponentially frustrating when you saw how many times they were inside the five. And it was, just give the ball to Chuba. Oh, they did.

57:28 ↗

Did you miss the time that they gave him three straight goal line carries? Apparently I did. Because they gave him three straight goal line carries and he was stuffed, stuff, stuffed. Yeah. It was, um, they didn't score a lot for being inside the five so much. Yeah, I watched the, it was one of the opening drives. And yeah. So two carries inside the five. Three inside the 10, two inside the five. But even with, look, I get it stuffed two times in a row. You want to move away for it on the, in that series. But for how many times I saw them down there, Chuba should have had at least a touchdown. But he did not. All right. So the Deonti Foreman, Roshan Johnson question. It's just a hot fart is the answer. Stinky? Yeah, real windy. Like would move your hair if you had long hair. It's a fart of your face. Like if you put your head up to it? Oh, yeah. It's a hot fart in your face. It's a rocket fart. Yeah. We've all had rocket farts. Sounds like that?

58:29 ↗

I mean, this was, people asked me on Sunday morning. It's like Rochon or Foreman. Rochon by hair. Darrington Evans ends up with the touchdown. Yeah, what is that all about? Damian Pierce, 12 for 46, no targets. Devin Singletary 10 for 30. Pierce did score. Then it was called back. Yeah. Then he got another goal line opportunity. I don't know what Pierce's goal line success rate is this year. But it's not good. No, it is not very good. And this is going to be five zone carries. He's had one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and he has one touchdown. Wow. That is eight five zones. That is not. But he's also has a total of negative five yards on those carries. And they gave the ball, it was the fantasy football insult to. Oh, yeah. It went to the fullback. The next play on fourth down, they just snuck it to Andrew Beck.

59:23 ↗

who coaches history or teaches history at the local high school. Yeah, Arthur high fived him after that. I feel like whenever a player goes down on the like inch line, whenever they are given the touchdown in the game, but then upon review, it was just short. There should be a law. There should be a law that they get first dibs at that next play. Like they, you know, you're at least the first read in a route. Or you get the handoff. Should start awarding one point for called back touchdowns. Yeah. It's like, oh. Just for our like emotional point. Yeah. It's like a, you know. But Damien Pierce is not involved in the passing game. And he has a 50% time share of a bad offense. You'd rather have Brian Robinson. Yeah. You'd rather have Brian. I mean, you think about. I'm trying to think of some other guys that are kind of like grinders. Well, I'm looking at this. There's a handful of these like.

60:16 ↗

50, 50, you know, Damien Pierce might be worse than Zeke. Zeke is getting targets. You know, he's about a 50% player. He's 40%, but like 40% plus targets. That's a good point. It might be the better option. He might legit be Zeke. Yeah. Chris Olave. Chris Oliva is the wide receiver 30 on the season with no buys. Wow. So when you look at Jason, maybe check on points per game for Oliva and see where he ranks. 30th in total points. Chris Olivae this season is on pace for 1,000 yards, two touchdowns, 90 receptions. None of those are bad. One touchdown on the year is really costing him. And he gets open. Always. He's so good. He has the seventh most, I know he hasn't had the buy week, but he has the seventh most targets at the wide receiver position. I think he is a buy. I do too. I completely do.

61:10 ↗

I said that before this last week. You would have been super upset if you bought him. I don't think you will be by the end of the season. Here's a tough one. To answer your question, points per game, he is 30. No, he is way lower than that. Oh, okay. So he's 30 at the points. Yeah. We'll get to the bottom of this. Would you trade Cooper Cup for Crystal Lobby, knowing the Stafford injury and the buy week coming up? And Crystal Lave is underwhelming. It's not like you're trading Cooper Cup for a high commodity. I'd still keep Cup. Would you try to trade Cup in? Maybe it's not a lot of it. Would you try to get out of the, like trade the name before the backup takes over? Yeah, I mean, I think that maybe. I would be, I would be far more willing with Puka. Puka to me is deleted until Stafford is back. I think Cup will still have relevance with a backup. So you had both Puka and Addison.

62:09 ↗

Yes. Well, different things. Oh, that is differently. I've got Pooka in the league of record. But both quarterback situation. And Addison and in our dynasty. When you get done counting, let us know. Christian Watson, a dud of a game. Honestly, the Packers, let's take a temperature check on a scale of 1 to 10. Al Borland, how are you feeling about your Packers? This season? Yeah. Just not like your fandom for life. This season. Going into next season, four. Oh, that's higher than I've seen. I've seen the Packers fans saying this is the worst season of 40 years. They said that at least you wanted to watch them in the past when they were bad. Yeah, it's not fun to watch right now, but I do have faith that Jordan Love will get it together. Oh, wow. Based upon what? Did you speak to somebody? Hope, Jason. Did Mrs. Love give you a call? The more I watch, the more I'm like, I think we know the answer here. I think we got it. I think we know he ain't it.

63:09 ↗

Hope will do crazy things to a person. Hope and love. That is so... Just need some faith. Like, Packers fans, you are so ready to jettison Aaron Rogers into the sun. Look what happens when your quarterback stinks. Like, it is not a fun place to be riding high with Brett Farr right into Rogers. There are 40-year-olds that don't know what it's like in Green Bay. Right? I mean, there are 40-year-olds that don't know what it's like to lose and don't know what it's like to not have a good quarterback. Yeah. And maybe Jordan Love figures it out, but here's the thing. He's got a lot to figure out. He's got a lot to figure out. And what's their record now? They are 2 and 5. The Bears are 2 and 6. So they're just staying alive. Also, I finished counting. Oh, did you finish counting? Christian Olavé points per game is wide receiver 37. Okay. That did it. Yeah. That's not, okay.

64:07 ↗

Okay. Christian Kirk didn't have the game we hope for. No, he did not. Ugh. Zay Flowers was a, I mean, this was a huge dud of a game for Zayflowers. I'm going to be honest with you. I've watched a lot of Baltimore. I don't know what Zayflowers really is, but the truth is, right now he's worse than Oliva is on the year. Like, because of the kind of type of player that Zayflowers is, it's the way they're using him, yeah. I just don't know what his, like I have my worries. Like the ceiling for Zay Flowers is that, you know, they start using him in some better ways. But the floor is you have, this is Rondale Moore in Baltimore. And you have no finishes as a wide receiver won this year for Zay Flowers. You have one touchdown in the receiving game this year for Zay Flowers. You have a whole pile of targets, but these are, like I remember when Rondale Moore had a pile of targets.

65:04 ↗

in Arizona and the yardage, right? Five catches for 19 yards. That's hard to only gain three yards. It is. That's called screen game. So I guess I'm getting a little concerned. I think it's fair. Eight weeks in. I think it's fair to have concerns for the rest of the season. I think the... And remember, some of his games, though, were like, Mark Andrews is hurt. Or Bateman and OBJ are out. And so that was something that got brought up early in the year. And we do have... Here we go. Breaking news. Oh, no. Oh, no. The bills. No. Our signing. Wait a second. Leonard Fournett, the dump truck coming to Buffalo. Oh, my. Beep, Beep. Buffalo. Buffalo. Buffalo. Dyes like what? What are you doing, baby? Why? Lennie. Boy, that'll be a good waiver show tomorrow.

66:10 ↗

Glad I traded James Cook. Oh, man. Why? The dump truck. The man who will, like, we want more tigers for James Cook. Uh-oh. Yeah. Hmm. Lennie finds a home in Buffalo before, I mean, hit that drop again. Good, good for you for Nett. Okay. First reaction. I mean, Penn is he going to try to. Is he worth picking up? Speculatively. Yeah. Sure. He could end up. I mean, we've been playing Latavius Murray. And if they think that he is. Well, we watch Murray get like stuffed up on the goal line three or four times. Yeah. Might have been enough. They're like, yeah, this old vet isn't getting it done. Let's go get Leonard Ford. Dallas got her four for 36. Disappointing Dalton Schultz. Two for five. Disappointing. Josh Palmer, hey, he was three for 24, but he gutted it out. I mean, he stayed in the game. When he went down for that injury, like just at the beginning of the game immediately goes down.

67:14 ↗

grabs the knee that was hurting him all week. And then does the hop jump all the way to the blue tent? How is this guy not ruled out immediately? We have no details of the injury, right? Right. Is this like a bruise or something? I'm not aware. That would make sense. That makes more sense. That makes more sense. All right. We got to wrap it up. We got a waiver show tomorrow. We have a Halloween show tomorrow. Yeah. Way to keep it. Keep it down. YouTube.com slash the fantasy footballers. I will live to regret tomorrow. But we got waiver information for you.
