You don't want to take the guy with a chance to be the number one where you know with certainty that Duke Johnson isn't? And with the last positional pick that you have in your draft? Because you're going to drop somebody. Right. You know what Duke Johnson is going to be. You're not going to start in week one or two with this roster. You might end up wanting to start Devante Booker if he's going to be the guy. It's just my thought. It's a very logical argument. It really is. I just feel like I already know that Devante Booker is not good enough.

55:34 ↗

Jason make the pick. Okay, Duke Johnson. All right. Terrible pick. No, not really. All right. So why don't you guys read back the team and I'll go ahead and draft us one of those beautiful defenses. Our quarterback, Kirk Cousins, we'll be rolling out there with running backs. Levion Bell, Jerich McKinnon, Rashad, and Duke Johnson with wide receiver core, Keenan, Allen, Larry Fitzgerald, Marvin Jones, Robbie Anderson, and Cooper Cup.

56:03 ↗

Really happy with that roster. It seems like we've got some high upside guys, some safe, consistent guys. I've got- Great value on quarterback in the double-digit rounds on Kirk Cousins. What do we end up with with defensive kicker, Andy? The Broncos and Chris Boswell. Yes. Oh, baby. Yes. Oh, Boswell. Oh, man. Yeah. So we did it. So.

56:29 ↗

Kickers. Give me one thing you like, one thing you like, one thing you don't like about the team. That's the cherry. I know what I don't like about the team. I have my one. Look, what I like is the top end, obviously. I mean, I'm really, really happy with the, what I view is stability at the wide receiver position with Alan Fitzgerald Jones, Robbie Anderson with the upside, Cooper Cup with stability. I love the wide receiver position. I think we've got a great value on Kirk Cousins in the 10th round.

56:59 ↗

and I'm pretty happy all the way around. The thing that I think stands out to me, and this is just the way I play, right? We're three people picking one team. When I see McKinnon, Penny, Burkhead, Johnson, I'm not, I wish one of those guys was a Crowell. I wish one of those guys was a lynch. Which one of those guys was a guaranteed carry guy? There are weeks where Burkhead and Johnson... Did you say you feel like Penny is not a guaranteed carry guy? I just don't know.

57:30 ↗

I don't know yet. I think he probably is. I mean, we took him in the fourth round. I'm just saying we haven't seen it in the NFL yet. And I would love to have, like, Burkhead and Johnson could have a week where they combined for zero carries. That's, yeah, that's possible. So I would have been nice to me. When I look at the guys that went around that range, Corwell, Ronald Jones, even time Montgomery. See, Ronald Jones is not a guaranteed carry guy if you're saying. Right. If you're worried about Penny.

57:59 ↗

I'm not worried about Penny. I just think that I like having one more proven name. One thing I like, one thing I didn't like, that's what I didn't like. One thing I like about this roster is I think that it is extremely balanced. I like that there is upside, there is safety, there is depth. It's well-rounded. Chris Boswell. Oh, Chris! Yes! Oh, we did it!

58:24 ↗

Kick those field goals, man. The one regret that I would have, when you named all those, when you, no, that's great. When you named all those running backs, Jared McKinnon, Rashad Penny, Rex Burkett, Duke Johnson, we missed on some other guys we chose not to draft later that, you know, Isaiah Crowell we could have had. When I recap that, I wish we took Grong.

58:53 ↗

I would have rather had a pool of one fewer of those guys. And we probably would have drafted a little differently later, loaded up a little bit more on safer running backs. But that to me would have made a top end change. Mike, other than liking Boswell, is there one thing you don't like about this team? Or is this, do you just take the Mike Wright approach? This is the best team that's ever been. It's a tribute. It's a tribute to the best team.

59:22 ↗

I'll give it a third place because I'm only responsible for a third of it. So it just can't be the best. So what would you have improved here, Mike? Honestly, I really, really like this roster. Thinking back of the pick, as much as I believe in Evan Engram and the unknown that is Trey Burton, if there was a situation where we had Sammy Watkins and Trey Burton instead of.

59:50 ↗

Ingram and Robbie Anderson. Which we could have done. I think I would have liked that a little bit more. Okay. That's fair. But that's really my only negative going into the season with this lineup. That's not bad. And I want to remind you one last time before we close out today's show. Obviously, share your thoughts and opinions about the mock draft on Twitter at the FF Ballers.
