He'd be all about it. Yes. Yeah. Let's just run this one bat. Let's run this back about seven more times. We need to get the Raiders versus the Giants. Oh, gosh. Let's see what happens. Zero, zero ties. Honestly, the Raiders cardinals are coming up soon, a couple weeks. Oh, the Cardinals, the Super Bowl champs compared to the Raiders right now. That's not true. They stink. All right. Sunday live with Mike on Periscope, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, wherever you're able to stream.

124 passagesMike is there on Sunday morning. Now, this week, there's a bit of a time change, right? No. No. Only if you're in Arizona. Us in Hawaii. Is that how that works? Yes. Because the rest of the country does that stupid daylight savings time. So it's the same time for them? Yes. Is that really? So one hour before main kickoff. Okay. I mean, they have to move their clocks. Oh, they move the clocks. But.
It was to start at the same time. If you didn't know, Arizona doesn't mess around with any of this clock switch and stuff. Hey, we get one thing right. You know, we believe in the fidelity of the dial there. Yeah, it's time. You must honor it. You can't just shift it willy-nilly back and forth when you feel like it. Arizona. We did that right. All right. Let's get back into the forecast. Fantasy forecast.
All right, if you missed a matchup or you don't hear one today, that means it was on yesterday's show. The Steelers, Ravens, Bears, Bills, Bucks, Panthers, Chiefs, Browns, Jets, Dolphins, Lions, Vikings, all on yesterday's show. Jason is smiling. Yeah, I'm having a good time. I'm having a good time. I am very lucky to be here with you two gentlemen. You are. Yes. No, I know. I'm honored to be in your presence. Thank you.
Don't forget Bengals, Cardinals, Colts, Eagles, Giants, Jags, all on by, don't play them. The three and four Falcons take on the five and two Redskins. Redskins are one and a half point favorites. Yes, I said five and two Redskins. 47 point over under in this game. And Mike made Alex Smith a desperation stream. Start. Yeah. Well, he was in the start, but he was called the desperate stream of the week. Okay. All right. I should have gone with Alex Smith over Derek Carr, you bum.
You should have listened to yourself. Yeah. Which one of you guys have the streaming car, the car stream? The stream car stream? I put the car in the stream and sailed it down the river. Yeah, my stream of the week. Yeah. Alex Smith, Adrian Peterson, and company, who can you count on in the Washington side? Adrian Peterson. Yeah.
Can Chris Thompson be a top 24 play this week? If he plays? No. If he plays, I think he can. The matchup is perfect. I was actually going to bring up Capri Bibbs. I guess it's a good point of the past catching. Yeah, the past catching running back against the Falcons has been just an excellent play so far this year with the way that their defense is banged up. And I don't anticipate Chris Thompson's going to play. If he does, I...
I would start him. If he doesn't play and Capri Bibbs is in, which I believe is the same situation. Well, last week, Chris Thompson left the game, right? But Bibbs didn't do anything at all. Right. He was zero. Yeah, zero fantasy points. But we talked yesterday, the break the glass situation of Quiz Rogers, if you are in the situation where I got by weeks, I literally have nobody, I have to get someone off of waiver wire who is going to put up like five points. Quiz will.
be involved. Would you rather use someone like Capri Bibbs who has the chance in this matchup? Right. Down against the Falcons. I'm a big no because he's also got a shoulder injury. Yeah. Any goose last week. That's exactly where I go. Because of the separated shoulder, I would lean with quiz. Adrian Peterson, 10th in the league in opportunities per game, at least 26 in back-to-back games, third in yards after contact behind Gurley and Hunt.
Somehow still doing it. What about Jordan Reed? He's the tight-in 13 on the year. He's averaging just four catches per game. Everything about what's happened to the Redskins offense with the amount of injuries to the wide receivers has told us that we should expect more from Jordan Reed. But the big names, both Grankowski and Reed, have underwhelmed immensely this year. The Falcons are giving up the third most passing yards per game. Does Jordan Reed have upside? Yes.
He has upside because I believe that the Falcons defense is so atrocious. And I mean, if you haven't been paying attention to Washington, like Andy said, they're five and two. They're actually a good team. I mean, they're not fun by what we consider fun for NFL standards, but they're getting it done. And I think that Washington is going to allow a few more points than they have been to the Atlanta Falcons. So they will.
be forced to score a bit more. And Jordan Reed has an opportunity, but it's going to be touchdowns. So right now the Redskins defense, they've been pretty good. Yes. And they are at home. And the Falcons, while they've put up a ton of points this year, look, the Redskins added, ha ha, Clinton Dicks. They have a nice secondary. What are your expectations for the Falcons offense in this one? My expectations are definitely lower.
Missing Devonte Freeman. You know, they have some good secondary pieces here. I don't love, I mean, look, obviously you're playing Julio. I don't want to take the gamble this week on Ridley, Sunu. They're both banged up. This doesn't look to me like the Redskins are going to be able to just score on the Falcons as readily, as easily as everyone else has done. Maybe I'm wrong there. That's what it would take for Ridley and Sunu to be more valuable.
But for the most part, you know, I'm not. Usually the Falcons game is like, you're going back for dessert. I get a second helping. I want all the players all reach as low as I can go. But for the most part, it's like Tevin Coleman, Julio Jones. You can obviously still start Matt Ryan if you need to. But the ancillary pieces, I'm not excited about Edo Smith. Austin Hooper. Austin Hooper. Ridley.
Tevin Coleman's our RB22 this week, right at the tail end of RB2. Since the week four by, Washington is allowing the third fewest rushing yards per game. And if he's splitting some time with Edo, he's going to have to pop one. He's going to have to hit one. Yeah, his ceiling is limited. All right, the five and three Texans take on the three and five Broncos. Demarius Thomas changes jerseys in this one. It's still weird for me to look at. Do you think he's going to end up in the wrong locker room?
Dude, I just want him to one time during the game, run to the wrong sideline. Just once. Because how do you get that muscle memory? That muscle memory has got to be there from. Or when Sanders comes down with a deep ball. He's like, yeah. I mean, pat's him on the butt. Oh, why? How do you change loyalties like that? Especially when you're at home in your old building. I don't know. All right. We'll get into the matchup before we do. I want to remind you about seat geek. We want to thank Seatgeek for sponsoring the show today.

I-Neauction.com. You make that completely free account. And when you do it, you let them know that the fantasy footballers sent you. Do you know how many games in a row Lamar Miller had without 100 rushing yards? I think it was 26. You hit it. 26 straight games without it. We talked about it on the DFS show. Well, that makes it easier to know that number. And then Miller has 100 plus and two straight games. Denver does not know how to play.
Defense against running back, giving up 5.1 yards per attempt, second most in the league. Is this another great Lamar Miller start? Yeah, absolutely. Lamar Miller is solid. I think a little bit too much is being made with the absence of Will Fuller. I do not. And yeah, I guess that's the discussion to be had because right when Will Fuller went down, it was catastrophe in my...
mind to the Houston Texans offense, what he allows them to open up. And seemingly, Mike, you still are on that side. It's going to affect this offense in big ways. I have reversed ship. I think Deshaun Watson is going to be just fine. With Demarius Thomas, with DeAndre Hopkins, Lamar Miller coming into his own, the offense and the defense clicking on a win streak, I think they're going to be just fine.
I'm not worried about the Houston Texas offense. Look, adding Demarius Thomas to the offense helps. And Will Fuller has been anything but the pinnacle of help. So Deshaun Watson has had to play without him before. It's been rough, though. It hurts the big play. It hurts the big play. But Demarius Thomas, what kind of impact can he make on this team? Because, look, he was the wide receiver 42 before the trade. This was why when the trade happened, you know, I don't think that having some excitement for him is a bad thing.
A lot of the times changing teams is not great. But when you're the wide receiver 42 and had high expectations, it changes things a little bit for me. Yeah, his touchdown upside goes up compared to what he was dealing with in Denver. But I still expected to be around that wide receiver 3, especially this week. If you're playing Thomas this particular week, I think you are in a desperate mode.
Yeah, I agree completely. I did, just to speak to the concerns you have on having lost Fuller. I think we did the same thing. Realizing that there have been four games where he hasn't played with Fuller as a, you know, he's lost them in games. But in those four games, the difference in Deshaun Watson, he goes from 30 PPR points a game in the 11 games with them to 17. Yeah, it's a big drop. Because a lot of Watson's points are scramble, scramble,
Well, Fuller is wide open because he's faster than everyone on the field. We don't expect Royce Freeman to play. I don't think we brought him up on in or out, but he's mispractice this week. Is Philip Lindsay and RB1 in this matchup against the Texans defense? He had a season high 21 touches last week and a very nice game for fantasy owners. Fringe. Yeah, he's a solid play because of opportunity, but the Texans defensive line is very good. You know, at...
Overall, they haven't shut down the running backs from a fantasy output stand, but you still have to keep in mind. Like the human beings that are on that line are very talented. Houston's only allowed one running back, and that was Seguan Barclay to have 100 plus scrimmage yards. So he's, Lindsay, you're going to play him, but just saying you don't think you have a top 10 guy, in my opinion. Okay. All right. Right now, by the way, Deshaunson is our quarterback 11.
on our consensus rankings. So we're tempering some expectations up in Denver. I still think the Denver defense is interesting in this matchup. But look, I can see getting burned by it too. Right. Right now, by the way, you can go to the website the fancy footballers.com. You can use the start sit tool and see how things break down. We update those rankings every single day. Now, Cortland Sutton is the last name I want to bring up because this is his opportunity. The team...
They set it both in action with the trade of Demarius Thomas, and they set it in words saying, look, we think he's ready to be the guy, to be out there more often. 50 yards are a touchdown in five straight games, and that was with Demarius Thomas. Corlin Sutton rest of season is what? A wide receiver. A wide receiver, too. Yeah, I got him in that lower wide receiver two. Yeah, I really like Sutton. I'm sad that his first matchup is this one because it's not.
