No, sure. Alfred Brew is there. Okay. But this is a team that also brought in Carlos Hyde to do this for Leonard Forenett last year and force-fed him carries. And there are other, you know, Raquel Armstead is there a draft selection. And there will be opportunities for other guys to come in. I don't think what I'm saying is all the evidence of what they've done with Leonard Fernette over the last year tells me they don't believe that he is reliable enough.

27:59 ↗

including going out and trading a draft pick and wasting it on Carlos Hyde. So why are they going to renew confidence in a guy that has shown a lack of confidence? I just don't think on day one. I don't think they have a choice. I think at this point the moves they've made for better or for worse, I don't think Requal Armstead and Alford Blue are going to. Benny Cunningham there too. I mean, these are a rotation guys for sure. But it's a very close call. I do think he's riskier.

28:27 ↗

We have Fournett is a six out of ten on the risk rating. We have Marlon Mac is a four right now. Yeah. Better offense in Indianapolis. All right. Instagram question from W. Ryan East. He says, is there anyone you are targeting in the later rounds this year in the draft? That could be a possible keeper the following year of the draft. Definitely.

28:54 ↗

You know, right before we came in here, I was just watching pretty much every carry from Rashad Penny. Rashad Penny is to me. So how long did that take you, Tim is? He did not have as many carries as one would hope. Your point is taken. But he was, you know, he broke his finger early in training camp last year. It was missing preseason games and it went out with a knee injury. This season, there's no Mike Davis who had about 150.

29:21 ↗

touches, and right now Chris Carson is saying he's going to be ready for the start of the season. So Rashad Penny is a guy that if you listened last year coming out of college, him and Caryon Johnson, those were my two college love affairs. And college is a crazy place. You explore in college. Barely. So the thing is, I think he's a talented back. And if he gets an opportunity for a team that runs the ball as a bunch of Seahawks,

29:51 ↗

The following year, he could end up being a great keeper. If you're looking really deep, I mean, Devin Singletary jumps out off the page. I mean, you're talking on 11th, 12th round draft pick that could be a keeper. It could have the main job next year. Royce Freeman, Cortland Sutton, those are other super deep Denver Bronco picks that could end up surprising people. I like Kiki QT and PPR leagues. You know, Brooks loves his naeem Hines.

30:21 ↗

Brooks does love Naeem Hines. Naim Hines is so confident because of Brooks's just public endorsement on the show that he believes he can get a thousand yards this year. Naim Hines believes that because of Brooks. Wow. Brooks. This funny timing. And we were talking about Marlon Mack earlier, sleeper alert eight minutes ago.

30:42 ↗

Frank Wright head coach calls Marlon Mack the main guy in the backfield. Heinz main third down guy, but also says the presence of Paris Campbell could impact the role for Heinz. Yep. Yes. And Mac will not catch the ball. All I heard was Marlon Mac is the main guy. It's funny because all I heard was Marlon Mac will catch a zero pass is this year. That's what I heard. Joe Courtney on Facebook, would you be confident having Mitch Trubiske is your dynasty?

31:12 ↗

quarterback or would you prefer uh or who would you prefer as a backup dalton or stafford oof oh yuck um no i would not be confident i mean look i would like to have trabiscuit in a dynasty league i'm not anti trabiscuit in dynasty league but if he is my primary guy and you're talking about backups like dalton no i'm not confident i mean i would try to go out and trade for a guy who doesn't have

31:37 ↗

You know, like a, like a Dak Prescott level guy who I think he's young, he's been fantasy relevant and proven, and he could step forward this year with an actual competent wide receiving core and try to shore that up. If I had to pick between Dalton and Stafford, don't make me do that. I guess I go, I think I go Dalton. Put it this way. If there's a chance that one of those two guys, I would go Dolton. If there's a chance that Stafford or Dalton is not a starting quarterback,

32:10 ↗

Next year it's Dalton. Dalton could be cut. Yes. Could be gone. Matthew Stafford's contract is much better for, like even if the lions wanted to move on, they just can't. But I think that Dalton has the potential with Zach Taylor coming in, getting an offensive-minded guy replacing Marvin Lewis as a defensive head coach. I think he's got weapons with Mixing and A.J. Green and John Ross and.

32:39 ↗

Tyler Boyd. So I like Dalton. All right. I like Dalton. Okay. You don't need to have been in that. You don't want people to get the wrong impression. I don't want a sound bite that just says I like Dalton. I like Dalton. Okay. Next. Just wink or cross your fingers. Do something behind your back. Here's an AMA question that came in this morning. Some people had questions about the show, about the business, about us. Jason, it's a simple one.

33:08 ↗

Anton wants to know, do any of the fantasy footballers have pets? Oh, yeah, me. We do as well. You have fake pets. Oh, come on. Wait, so we have, okay, just because I know people aren't passionate about their pets. Nobody's passionate about their pets out there. Fake pet number one, we have a parakeet. Right. Fake pet number two, my son has a bearded dragon. Yes. Fake pet number three, my wife has two.

33:37 ↗

frogs, poison dart frogs. And fake pet number four, my daughter has a fish. Yes. So we have four fake pets. So you have pets. You definitely have pets. But I call them fake pets because you have dogs. You can't play with them. They're in a thing and you look at them. You have artwork. You have animal artwork. You know, so I've got two golden doodles.

34:06 ↗

These dogs that, you know, come up on the couch and lay on my lap and cuddle up. Yeah, you have portable messes. Well, let's just say, yes, that's true. That's true. You have a lot less mess than I do. But I say I can hear me pet them. Oh, well, yeah, I get it. I don't pet my fish as much. It's difficult to get the scuba. Or the poisoned art frogs. Yeah. We don't pet them as often. Very dangerous.

34:34 ↗

I think the beard of dragons is only when it gets held. Let's put it that way. There you go. I mean, they are real pets. You care for them. You guys love them, but their pet aren't. You're walking it back because you don't want all of the frog, bird. How dare you say those are pets? I almost earn some new fans there. If you're listening right now and you're like, oh, Jason, what a jerk. He's so, you know what I'm saying. Sure. And to be clear, to be clear.

35:00 ↗

neither of us have cats and that's the important thing oh thank goodness no uh we've actually got a rule with the three of us anybody that gets a cat yeah no longer you lose your equity you're out of the company you're done what if that's for sure going to be the first pet that i do get a cat yeah it is what you said it is yeah have you had pets cats before yeah yeah now you're not confusing those with dogs are they're both great they are they are

35:26 ↗

Oh, Mr. Switzerland. One of them is great, and that's a dog. You know, if you take the plunge Brooks, just, you know, get the dander off before you come in. You want to keep your job. That's all I'm saying. Yeah, Andy's very allergic to cats. It's funny because my wife believes that I would be a cat guy, but I'm really allergic to cats. But she thinks they're like the perfect pet for me because they just kind of leave you alone. They're off. They're chill, not high maintenance. I completely understand what she's saying.

35:56 ↗

But they will murder you. They would murder me. All right. Instagram question from Bogryff. Oh, hey, Bogryff. In 12-man standard, which Chargers player has better value? Mike Williams in the fifth round or Hunter Henry in the sixth round? I know my answer. I know your answer as well. Your answer is clearly going to be Mike Williams because... I'm going to spend so much time talking about Mike Williams this offseason. You really are. And...

36:25 ↗

I want to say you're going to make a mistake, but I see a lot of the rationale for it. It's just tough because he had 11 total touchdowns. He did. And so it's hard. He's not going north, I don't think, in the touchdown count. He probably won't go north in the touchdown count, but he will go north in the snap percentage. He was in the 60s in total snap percentage on the offense. And he's great. And Tyrell's gone. And Mike Williams is ascending. He was one of the best.

36:52 ↗

contested catch players in football. But Hunter Henry is there. Yes. And it's a standard league too. And both of these guys are touchdown guy. Yeah. So you're, you're, they're both values in this situation, right? Well, no, Hunter Henry's not. Hunter Henry is not. So Mike Williams is. Yes. Mike Williams is the pick because look, the difference between a touchdown guy like Hunter Henry and someone you're going to get six, seven, eight rounds later.

37:16 ↗

You go ahead and do the job of predicting which week the touchdown comes. It's not going to be easy. I'm basically on record or saying you've got the top three tight ends, and I would throw two more in there as consistent producers, and then otherwise I'm leaving tight end for a long time. Double-digit rounds. All right. A voicemail question.

37:37 ↗

Hey, guys. This is Corey from Pittsburgh. I have a question about Tariq Cohen and David Mopportunity. So I noticed that right now they are right next to each other in the rankings. You guys seem really high on David Montgomery, but Tariq Cohen has a lower ADP. And so I was wondering if you would suggest waiting a little bit to take Tarek, especially since early in the season, he's maybe going to get a bit more work. So thanks a lot, guys. Bye. Well, first of all, that's a...

38:07 ↗

It's a great question. And I think when you draft these players, you might be drafting them for different reasons. Right. I think in a full PPR format, I would 100% take the better value in Tariq Cohen, myself. Yeah, I mean, half PPR, I've got them back to back in my own person, not just like our consensus rankings, but in mine. My opportunity, one spot ahead of Tariq Cohen. I think the issue is...

38:36 ↗

one of these guys could become a three-down back, and it's not Tariq Cohen. No doubt. So that's why you see Tariq Cohen going later. It's the hope that David Montgomery comes in, gets the Jordan Howard workload of this is a team that really wants to run the ball, but also has the Kareem Hunt skill set of they can have the same people, the same.

39:02 ↗

personnel on the field through passing downs, through rushing downs. They couldn't do it last year. And so Montgomery's ceiling to me is higher. Generally, and I don't, I think it can go both ways depending on how you play it. But three down backs are hard to find. That's the thing to remember. There's a reason people take those chances. Even if you're rolling the dice on one, they're very difficult to find. And if you find one later in your draft, what an advantage that is.

39:31 ↗

If you have, you know, the common players on championship teams are the value running backs a lot of the times that you, you know, Philip Lindsay was essentially a three-down back last year for fantasy owners. Great value later in the draft. Same thing with Matt Breda last year. You had opportunity, you know, they helped you along because of the value got. So I think that's why my opportunity, Montgomery, so tempting for a lot of people. The issue is as we get closer to the seasons, rookies always go up in ADP.

40:01 ↗

That's what happens. They start low because people don't know them. They haven't seen them. Then they start scouting. Get a couple preseason games. And so Montgomery right now is top of the fifth. Yeah. He's not going. He very well might not be a value in the draft. If he's top of the fourth by draft season. Which he will be. Yeah. I mean, I think he's worth that pick. I'm not saying that's a bad pick, but it's not the Philip Lindsay. It's not the value. Right. Oh.

40:32 ↗
