He was not the starting quarterback for Minnesota week one. He was thrown into action on the road against Pittsburgh in week two where he fell completely on his face and then recovered from the time that he was really the starter. So I'm giving him week three through the rest of the year. And that includes a game against Chicago where he only got to play half the game because the Vikings tried to go back to San Bradford.

He was the quarterback 10. He was a top 10 guy. You don't know something funny about Denver that people don't realize. You look at Arizona, Baltimore. We just talked about the Cowboys. Maybe you look at them and you say how many targets they've lost. You know who was number one in targets lost? It was a Denver Broncos. The Denver Broncos were the number one team in targets lost. Yeah.

because Benny Fowler, C.J. Anderson, A.J. Derby, Cody Latimer, all the different sub pieces they didn't replace, and they've lost the most actual targets. And replace them with better players. And so that speaks, that speaks. That speaks less, I mean, that doesn't really relevant for Keenham. It means more to, like, Sutton having a possibility of being involved or Deshaun Hamilton. But, like, that whole passing offense is going to be different this year. Didn't even talk about Jake Butt. Yeah, additional attraction there.

Yeah, you spent some pristine auction money on a Jake Butt jersey. Just wait. Yeah, my sleeper, I mean, I've been in love with this guy lately. The last few weeks I've been talking them up. And look, I've got something. I've got a snake. I got a snake, man. Blake, the snake, Bortles. The one quarterback, Jaylon Ramsey's okay with. I mean, yes, exactly. Well, that's part of it, right? For now. Who does Blake Bortles get to practice against?

Every single week he's practicing against the Jacksonville Jaguars defense. That makes you better. When you practice against the greats, you get better. He is a decent quarterback in a very good fantasy quarterback. The last three years, he's averaged the quarterback eight. His worst ranking was last year, the quarterback 13. Do you remember the beginning of the year for Blake Bortles, how bad it was when he was coming in? I feel like you need to wear the hate blockers for this segment.

Because Blake has... He'll put him on. He'll put him on. Because Blake has essentially put the hay blockers on for two seasons and just gone about his business. Yeah. And you know what happened at the beginning of last season when he thought he was going to be able to play with D.D. Westbrook and Alan Robinson and Alan Hearns and he couldn't. He wasn't that good. But later in the season, the second half, he brought people to fantasy championships and was very good. Weeks 12. I got a snake, man. Yes, he does. Week 12.

through 16. He was the number two fantasy quarterback. Exactly. Say that again. Weeks 12 through 16, number two. And here's the deal for whatever. Wow. You can't do that if you stink. You cannot luck into a string of games like that where you finish is the quarterback 7, 3, 10, 6, 3.

You can't lock into that. This is such a balanced offense. Fournette gives him the ability to not be. They have to account for Fournette. I will have a lot of Blake Bortles in my leagues to start the year. You get Bortles. You get Tyrod. That's the clip to grab Brooks. He's wearing the glasses. And he just said, I will have a lot of Blake Bortles. That is what you need. Yeah. I mean, New York Giants, the Patriots, Tennessee, New York Jets. That's the first four.

games and three of them are at home. I'm happy with place. He's got a snake. All right. Let's get into the mailbag. Mailbag. Mailbag. Hey guys, this is Danny from Orlando. I'm just wondering, what's your temperature on Alan Robinson in a Dynasty League? Would you try to move him now, or do you think there's a chance he has more value next off season? Love the show. Thank you guys. I'm lukewarm. That's my temperature. He is extremely tough. Extremely tough the gates right now. I feel like his value, let's ask it this way. Percentage chance that it gets better or worse.

Do you think it's more likely that his value in dynasty goes up after the season or down? I think it's more likely it goes down. I think it's 70% that it goes up. Okay. I lean that it would go up as well because you'll be heading into year two of an offensive system. The rapport will be there. It's so hard. Well, I mean, if he doesn't perform for fantasy, it goes down.

It doesn't matter about the optimistic argument. But I think he'll perform well enough. I don't think he's going to, you know, I'm not saying he's going to go up because he's going to finish as a wide receiver one, but I think that he's going to do enough to where the following season they'll expect bigger things. It's just been so long with missing an entire season to injury and the one right before that happened to be a down year.

compared to his monster breakout season. So it's been so long. It's been a while. It's hard to remember how good Alan Robinson actually is. Might be. Is. Was. You can say was, but 1,400 yards, 14 touchdowns. Like I said about Blake, you don't luck into those numbers. Bobby in Wisconsin has a question about Darius Guys. How far will Darius guys fall in a standard dynasty rookie draft now that he is out for the year?

And is he worth a high pick in spite of the fact you will not get to play him this season? He's a back of the first rookie draft pick for me now, yeah. Wow. I still fully believe that in the talent and he will be back. Guys come back from ACLs. If you're going to have that injury, you never say it's great that you did it now, but it's better now than week 10 for his future dynasty value. Yeah, it's just tough to.

Take an asset that you don't get an entire year out of. You can't help your team this season win a championship. And so when I find myself faced with the decision and dynasty startups of, am I drafting this running back who's he doesn't have the upside, might not have the career of guys, but I can use them to win this year. That usually always wins my timebreaker. Who are those guys, though? Just Royce Freeman? Well, Royce Freeman, sure. I'm talking rookie. Penny's banged up. Michelle's banged up. Royce Freeman.

It wouldn't shock me if people are taking him in the top four now. Royce Freeman's way up. Carry on Johnson has moved way up. He's just, he's a back of the first because at that range, once you're past Cortland Sutton, you're in the Hopeville of Calvin Ridley. When is he going to turn into anything for fantasy? Christian Kirk. When is it going to happen for Kirk? I mean, there's only so many rookie running backs in general. I'm speaking more of like the startup.

When you're drafting with vets. Sure, but the question was about a rookie draft. It was about a rookie draft. Yeah. Oh, all right. I thought it was. Listen to the question, Jason. All right. Jador in New Jersey. Would you pull the trigger on Aaron Rogers if he falls to the fifth round? It's a good question, especially for this show. We're talking about all the streaming options. Would you grab Rogers in the fifth? I personally probably would. I would think about it. I.

It's always, there's an aspect of roster construction there. What did you do those first four rounds? In most scenarios, like if I had spent a pick in the first four rounds, Mike, like a lot of your mocks, you've ended up with Rob Grankowski. Oh, then it's a no. So then it's a firm no. It's a hard pass. But if I had two wideouts, two running backs, three running backs in a whiteout, I would probably do it. Yeah, I agree. Josh in D.C., my PPR League already drafted, and I ended up with a great team. Except... Uh-oh.

I have Tyler Eifford as my one and only tight in. What should I do? You're fine. Just play him until he gets hurt and then grab somebody. Yeah. You don't need to load another guy up. Look, half the league at least is going to be streaming tight end. You're not going to lock yourself into a bottom half guy, week in, week out. Play the matchups. Tight ends are streamable from waivers.
