you're going to be great when you are the number one target by a wide margin for your team with Aaron Rogers. He was just phenomenal. And as someone who in multiple dynasty leagues, I had Devante Adams. It didn't feel good the first half of the year. When you miss those for, you know, he had a bad week two. Then he missed a couple games because he was injured. Then a bye week. You're going into week six. Then a bad game coming out of the buying. Yeah. You're like, I wish I had Devante Adams. And then wish granted. The genie shows up and says,

My command. It felt really bad in week 15, too. Yeah, it did. By the way, he had, he scored more fantasy points than everybody in fantasy football from week seven on except for Aaron Rogers. So first player to lead wide receivers in fantasy points and fewer than 15 games played. That's incredible. 18 receiving touchdowns is incredible. I mean, that's not something that you can.

You can't bake on 18 from any wide receiver ever. But if there was one that you could bank on double digits from, Devante Adams is certainly in that category. Yeah, 18 touchdowns is more than 20 other teams had at their wide receiver positions combined. That's insane. That's absurd. Yeah. I don't even want to know how few receiving wide receiver touchdowns the Patriots had this year.

Somebody should vet that over this. I'm on it. I'm on it. That's up on one. I imagine that number is not high. It's probably bad. All right. Let all wide receivers in yards are out per run. Look, the story with Devante Adams is that he's the best receiver in fantasy football when he's healthy. The only kind of problem that Devante Adams has had at all over the last couple of years is health. So are you both vetting that number right now? I am.

I'm not doing why. That's not helping the show very much. Sorry, but now you send me down the rabbit hole. I had to know because it's like, man. Let's take a guess. Well, I don't have the wide receiver touchdowns in front of me. I have Cam Newton who he played 15 games. I mean, he did miss that one, the one game. Yeah, but running backs were catching touchdowns from him. I'm guessing they had 10 receiving touchdowns, a wide receiver position. I know the answer, so you get to guess. I would take the under on 10.

I'll go seven. Well, it was four. It was four. You had Nikiel Harry with 50% of the wide receiver touchdowns with two. Yeah, Jacoby with one maybe. Yep, you had and Demir Bird with one. Just saying those four days. Yeah, this year you're going, you're going to have no Tom Brady, but you know.

You'll end up with four receiving touchdowns at the wide receiver position. Actually, Jacobi had none. It was it was Gunner. Oh, yeah. Gunner on a jet ski. Gunner on a jet ski. All right. Cam Newton had half the receiving touchdowns that Nickeel Harry had. Oh, man, it's only funny because they've won so many championships. Yes. Tyree Kiel was number two. He was the number one most consistent fantasy wide receiver. Number one. Which is.

Also absurd. I mean, that feels almost equally as absurd as how good Devante Adams was. Tyreek Hill, you knew that he would give you these high-ceiling games where he would be the number one guy. He would be a top three player very frequently. But he had been inconsistent. That had been the problem with Tyree Kill. Let me highlight that. I mean, 2016, I won't go that far back. But last year.

Yeah, he was 11th inconsistency the year before, 15th inconsistency despite finishing first. So he had a number one overall finish. Yeah, that's what I mean. Finish 15th. Ninth overall consistency the year before that. This year he's the number one most consistent wide receiver and number two overall finisher. He was dominant. And he only busted one time. He had one bus game, 80% good, 33% great. Great on the road. Great against, I mean, he scored more fancy points against.

top 16 defenses. So this was a matchup-proof, consistent dominator for your fantasy team, 15 touchdowns, 135 targets. There were no negatives to speak of for Tyree Kills season. No, what the chiefs did, and this is something I absolutely love when a team can accomplish this, is they said, we're going to take our two best pieces, and we're going to give them everything.

We're going to say that we could beat you with two. And Travis Kelsey and Tyree Kill, that is all they needed. You didn't have Sammy Watkins and Demer Marcus Robinson and all these guys really eating into the pie. So that helped. And obviously the talent and skill of Tyree Kill, he is an unguardable weapon. And so going forward, you know, you look at Tyree Kill and Devante Adams, both outstanding. But.

Which one has the likelihood to repeat at this level? I think if you just look at the percentage of touchdowns Aaron Rogers through and you say, well, that just naturally has to come down a little bit, just to his career average, which is great, but not outlandish like it was this year. It's probably more likely that Tyree Kill continues, I believe.

Well, I mean, he's so helpful to have a coach that's so creative and puts him in a position to get his no matter what happens. And it doesn't always have to be the deep bomb anymore for Tyree Kill. That's what it was. It's not what it is. 71 of his targets came from the slot. He gets into rounds. He gets handoffs. He gets tap passes. Yeah. It's just, I love Michael Key. And he turns 27 years old in a month. So the, you know.

Things are going to be very, very, very cozy for the Kansas City office for at least the next couple of years when you have Mahomes, Clyde, Kelsey, and Hill together. Yep. And those pieces are not moving. So things happen. I mean, they always do, just like last year with Mahomes's injury. But there you go. Number three, Stefan Diggs. Consistency number three. He was good. He was great. I mean, he, uh,

He was everything that this team needed, and he was very, very consistent for your fantasy team. He was great on the road. Same performances against good and bad defenses. Jason, I mean, you can hang your hat on Stefan Diggs and your confidence level with him arguing with Mike all offseason about your belief. Just place the hat. I will be your hat wreck. Oh, thank you. Hold on to this for me. That's what I deserve. Yeah, well.

obviously the big deal with Stefan Diggs was, and you could say is a chicken or the egg situation, but it was the improvement of Josh Allen, a leap forward the likes of which I can't remember when you talk about a quarterback going from okay at best. I mean, going from the most inaccurate.

inaccurate quarterback in the league. To one of the most. And obviously Diggs played a role in that, but it wouldn't have happened by him alone. I think it's chicken and the egg situation. But going forward into next season, you already know he's a great wide receiver. You already know he's got the, you know, the rapport with Josh Allen. And you expect more of the same, whether or not it's to this level and, you know, the Bill's offense might regress as it does from year to year.

There's a lot of confidence, I think, at Stefan Diggs going into next season. Stefan Diggs was the best fantasy-wide receiver, if not for the touchdown disparity between him and Devante Adams. I mean, he had 127 catches. He had 1,500 plus yards. He was absolutely dominant, just 10 fewer touchdowns than Devante Adams had. Yeah, you want your fantasy options to lead the NFL in targets, receptions, and yards. That's good. That's a decent thing.

especially with a new team. I mean, that narrative of like these players coming into new teams and having down years, it didn't come true with DeAndre Hopkins. It didn't come true with Stefan Diggs. So absolutely great last year for what it's worth in Minnesota, wide receiver 22, consistency of 25. So it was a huge upgrade for him. And he's 27 years old as well. In a dynasty league, I still assume you guys are both on the Hillside versus Diggs. Yes. Yep.

All right. I think he could do the exact same thing next year very easily, Stefan Diggs, with what the team is doing. So Calvin Ridley. Wow. Calvin Ridley ended up at four. And he was the fourth most consistent. Number four. Yeah, it is surprising because, you know, start the year, Julio was great, getting all the yardage. He was still the number one. But as Julio went down, Calvin Ridley, you know, he said, I'm here. I could step up.

I'm good enough, and he was just, you know, phenomenal. I'm strong enough. I'm fast enough. I'm smart enough. Doggone to people like me. 143 targets, 19, 13, 74, and 9. I am surprised at the finish because there was no doubt that Ridley's great, but he would have these burst games, right? Like he started the year with 29 fantasy points and 26 fancy points. Then he kind of disappeared, had a goose in week four. Yeah, the goose. The goose, the fact that he is.

Number four. How is he number four in consistency? I'm just shocked by that. Here's how. And we say this throughout the entire year. We say this in the off season. You'll hear this again and again and again. Wide receivers aren't consistent. So it's not like he was this unbelievable model of consistency. He was the number four, best, most consistent wide receiver. But it's compared to the field. And even great wide receivers.

DeAndre Hopkins and phenomenal guys. They don't all have good games, which is why at the beginning of the season, when you have bad games from great wide receivers, buy them. You know, get the stock in those wide receivers because if they're great, they're great and they're going to have bad games, you know, you just can't always tell when they're going to be. And the reality is you had three really, really bad games from Calvin Ridley. That is a great number to have. Well, in one of those games, he got hurting.

It's the week four, that was a disaster. That was the goose egg. Then you had week eight is when he went down with the injury because then he missed the following game. Atlanta had the most vacated targets coming into the year. It's why we loved Ridley. It's why he was a breakout pick. It's why he looked like this year's Chris Godwin from the get-go and people were on board with that. You know, when Godwin broke out last year and that's where he ended up. I mean, he led the NFL in air yards. He seems to have the ability to.

When combined with the offense that Mount Ryan was running, you know, same thing happened with Julio Jones. There's just a lot of deep value targets available, those deep routes where Ridley just has massive amounts of separation. Julio's what, 32 years old or he's going to be 32 year old? Next week. Yeah. Is it official? He's going to be 32? No. Yeah, that's definitely official. I see the date of birth.

Hey, look, we've learned in the past that birth dates, Cameron Artis Payne taught us that birthdays are not official, Jason. He aged four years in a day. Yeah. Look, it's really going to be hard to know. Is it official that Ridley has surpassed Julio Jones? Is that the question? It was the question. And I do mean that in terms of fantasy value and where he's going to go in drafts. Now, I think he should go higher. But I will say this, if both players are out on the field.

and both are healthy. I do think Matt Ryan prefers throwing the ball to Julio Jones, which makes the whole, I mean, the offseason narrative there's going to be interesting. I would agree with you that when both players are on the field, the first target is Julio. The better wide receiver is Julio, but more fantasy.

That number two position, we've seen it before, how valuable it can be a la Juju Smith-Schuster across from Antonio Brown. Number two. And the touchdowns, which are so important for fantasy, that's Calvin Ridley's, you know, Calvin Ridley over Julio for sure. He's got a knack for the zones near the end zone. And Julio just has not. He's got a knack for the zones near the zone, baby. Get in the zone. The end zone.

I'm just saying the zone coverage is phenomenal at in the red zone, which is inside the 20. I don't know. He's great. Zones. So I would take Calvin Ridley, and then you also have to include the injury and age reality for Julio, which factors in. So Ridley will go ahead of Julio Jones. Loves a good Calzone too. Oh, man. From what I understand. You know what? The true answer to the Calzone question is,
