I'm so excited for Dak this year. I'm not out on Michael Gallup, especially if you're saying, is he the fourth option this year? I'm not going to put C.D. Lamb over Michael Gallup in his rookie year. I wouldn't do that either, but C.D. Lamb behind Gallop versus Randall behind Gallup is a different story. Sure. Yeah, yeah. It's a different picture. But, you know, when a guy puts up 1,100 yards in 14 games.

41:45 ↗

And is going in, this is the third year? Am I remembering that right? It is his third year. Yeah, like I'm still in on the, on the talent of Michael Gallup. Let's let's let C.D. Lamb prove that he is enough of a force to take that many targets away. But let me ask you a simple question because it will define looking at Michael Gallup this year differently. Are you projecting better numbers than last year for Michael Gallup or worse numbers?

42:13 ↗

this year for Michael Gallup. Because you just read him out, right? He had 11306 last year. Is it a better or worse fantasy season for him? Man, I'm going to take the under. It's probably a good, worse season. You know what I mean? I don't know what you mean. He has a thousand yards and five touchdowns. Exactly. It's still taking the under on what he did his sophomore year. That's only 14 games.

42:45 ↗

Yeah, Amari missed how many? Well, he was on the field. Mentally, not just physically. But not there for several. He was a decoy for a handful of those games. Mike, you didn't make a selection. Oh, I thought we were just moving. Look, man, I'll buy. I'll take the over. Okay. So you don't agree with the biggest loser of the draft situation there then? I do not know. The New York Giants.

43:12 ↗

They end up going Andrew Thomas with the fourth overall pick, get Daniel Jones some protection. I think that makes Daniel Jones a winner whenever he can stay upright and maybe be less turnover prone. They also took a tackle again in the third round. Yeah, and a guard in the fifth. In the first five rounds, the winners are Daniel Jones and Saquan Barkley.

43:35 ↗

Not just stopping there. I mean, the winners is this wide receiver core. You talk about Sterling Shepherd, Golden Tate, and why am I blanking on? I want to say the area is Slay. There we go. Slayton. Those are huge winners to me in this draft. They had a ton of opportunity in a deep wide receiver draft to say, maybe we want to replace someone. Maybe our core is not good enough. And they are fine with this set of wide receivers. Slayton, to me,

44:05 ↗

was a clear winner. Yeah, yeah, absolutely. The Washington Redskins, Antonio Gibson, third round, wide receiver out of Memphis. Maybe running back. Yeah, yeah. They went Antonio Gandy Golden in the fourth round as well out of Liberty. Winners and losers on this team. I mean, McLaurin is a winner to me because there was some fear that the Redskins after the Mari Cooper rumors.

44:32 ↗

might invest a high draft capital selection on somebody that could influence McClorin's role as the one on the outside. Gibson's not going to do that. Well, Gibson is going to be like an Austin Echler. I know that they were right there. It says wide receiver, but he at least tweeted out a picture of him and he was wearing a 24.

44:59 ↗

He, I think, is going to be used more as a running back. Like, if you go watch Ron Rivera talk about him, the first player out of his mouth when he's talking about Antonio Gibson is comping him to Christian McCaffrey and that skill set. So he's going to be used more as a running back than a wide receiver. And that's what I mean. Right. They didn't draft a wide receiver with their second pick that will threaten McLaurin as a wide receiver. Yeah, 100%. They dropped it a running back, really.

45:26 ↗

When I was scouting my running backs and I asked everybody, you know, who's the next, you know, after I was done with the first couple tiers of running back, I was asking people, who's the next running back I need to look at? And everyone was saying, Antonio Gibson. And then I went, I love Gibson. He's not a running back, but he's not a wide receiver. So I completely agree with you that Terry McLorn is a very big winner here.

45:46 ↗

And I would say, you know, if you look at Gibson and them using him in the offense, they also signed what Peyton Barber this offseason, they still have Adrian Peterson, they still have Bryce Love and they still have Darius Geis at running back? Yes. That's a five-pack in Washington. Yeah, there are recent rumors that they think AP might get the cut in this offseason. Didn't they just re-sign him? Yeah, they did. But they won't hit, it won't hit opening day and all of those guys will still be on the roster.

46:14 ↗

Okay, they just signed Peyton Barber, so they could cut AP and go with... They could cut AP and Barber and move forward with the other guys. Okay. The Green Bay Packers, they drafted some football players. Oh, man. Biggest loser. Yeah, you want to know why Mike says that Michael Gallup wasn't the biggest loser in the draft?

46:39 ↗

Is Aaron Rogers the biggest loser? Yes, Aaron Rogers is the biggest loser. He has had no help. Look, I'm, I'm, I'm like soured on Aaron Rogers over the last couple years. I'm sick of his sourpuss face and his, you know, whining attitude. You're soured on his sour face? I have. He's made me pucker. And I, how do you know the man doesn't just love warheads? Yeah, maybe he's out there playing. He loves warheads.

47:03 ↗

But I can't stand him, but I still have empathy and I feel bad for him because for the last four or five years, since Randall Cobb had that nice year two, they have got him no talent. And here, they had all the chance in the world in the deepest wide receiver draft to go get him some help. And they're like, nah, we're getting your replacement. And we're going to wait to get the help until after you're out of here. It was really brutal. And then we'll get the guy to replace Aaron Jones.

47:28 ↗

Yeah, and you know, this is a new regime in Green Bay. This was not the regime that drafted Aaron Jones. This is not, you know, they inherited what McCarthy had. And for whatever reason, despite being 13 and 3, they are making moves that look more two, three years down the line than they did, you know, where they are right now. Three, sixth round picks, a fifth round pick, no weapons for Aaron Rogers, a draft class that, you know, Al Borland, are you on the line right now?

47:59 ↗

Can we page Al Borland? Yeah. Biggest Packers fan I know. How did you feel about what took place on draft day? I'm still not over it, man. It was bad. Look, all right. Hey, let's get some positive vibes here. Winner, Alan Lazard. Let's go. That's true, though. I mean, he played enough last year for me to say he's worthy of a glance. More often than not in the last five years, those glances have not paid off for the

48:30 ↗

speculative non-devante Adams wide receiver in Green Bay. But Lazard is talented enough to where I would be feeling better about him than I would, you know, anybody else outside of Adams. We had all the Aaron Rogers hype last year of him saying that he wanted Alan Lazard on the field. The GM, when he was talking about why they didn't draft a wide receiver.

48:57 ↗

And in his defense is he started talking about the other players. And the first guy he mentioned was Alan Lazard. Like Alan Lizard is the two for this team. Did they mention anybody else? I mean, he ran through the rest of the. Yeah, I mean, you know, they mentioned. Yes, Devin S. scrumptious. It's so good that he's back. I think Coomero got mentioned to. Oh, boy. Right. But my point was simply, Alan Lazard was the first man up. So he was top of mind.

49:28 ↗

Yeah, top of mind. I don't inherently give him the number two role. I mean, I don't really, at this point, I've stopped caring about the number two role. That's fun. You don't have to care about it. I'm just saying like the last three years, Jason, this might be what you're referencing. In 2017, the wide receiver two for Aaron Rogers was the wide receiver 39 in fantasy. Then it was the wide receiver 65 in 2018 with MBS.

49:53 ↗

And then last year, Alan Lazard ended up in that role by the end, wide receiver 68. They don't pass the ball a ton. They can win on the ground when they want to. It is probably, I'm going to lean on Jason's side there where you can always throw another Aaron Rogers weapon into a game because you might get that Raiders game from week five or whatever it was. You might get Rogers throwing five or six touchdowns.

50:17 ↗

But it's not something you can bank on anymore, unfortunately. And you just... Correct. You have to move forward. All right. Sternberger. Sternberger could be a winner. Just throwing the name out. Maybe. Didn't they? I mean, they moved up for like a blocking tight end. Or not moved up, but they grabbed one in the third round. Yeah. Yeah. I'm just saying they didn't get any receiving help. And Sternberger is a good receiver. Okay. And they lost Jimmy Graham. Yeah.

50:44 ↗

They lost him. You just said they lost Jimmy Graham. That's where they're receiving court. I mean, the targets are going to go to Sternberg. And he's better than Jimmy Grant. You know who had a few picks? The Minnesota Vikings. Just a few. Hundreds. Thanks, Stefan Diggs. Justin Jefferson, their first pick overall, hoping not to repeat the mistakes of Treadwell past.

51:10 ↗

The 22nd pick, Justin Jefferson out of LSU, we saw him in the national title game, go absolutely wild. I think it's a great fit. Obviously, with Diggs leaving town, Jefferson has the opportunity to come in right away and make a rookie impact. You know, you can pick two or three receivers that you think have odds on favorite opportunities to put up fantasy numbers in year one. Jefferson's one for me. Yeah.

51:34 ↗

Absolutely. His situation is great. He is a winner. And then you can certainly say that Kirk Cousins is a winner grabbing a high quality wide receiver in the first round to replace Stigs. You like Jefferson, right, Mike? Yeah, I like Justin Jefferson a lot. All right, I'm laughing because I'm scrolling down to the Bears here. And I'm looking at this Bears draft. And I am looking at the winners and losers box. And I am seeing Clancy.

52:02 ↗

Clancy Barone. You're the big winner. Who's Clancy Barone? Well, Mike, I'm glad you asked. Clancy Barone is the most lucrative tight-ins coach in the National Football League. The Bears have drafted another tight-in. They had, what, a very limited amount of picks, seven picks in this draft. Not very limited, but two seconds, three-fifths, two-sevenths.

52:29 ↗

They used their first overall pick on my favorite tight end of the tight-in class, Colquette out of Notre Dame. But I believe that means they have 10 tight-ins on that roster, Mike. That is correct. We got Colquette, Jimmy Graham, Beatrice Harris, Ben Broniker, Adam Sheen is still there. Oh, JP Holtz, Jasper Horstead. And then, like, there's still a few more that I'm not going to name. Does Clancy need an assistant is what I want to know? Does he need a little bit of help?

52:59 ↗

Do we need two tight-in coaches in Chicago? What are they doing? What are they doing? That's a stay true to their board type of move to me. They realize that they need help at tight-end and they are taking what is referred to as the shotgun approach. Well, if we were to go out and get 10 tight-ins, two of them got to be good, right? Yeah, I mean, between the fact that rookie tight-ins don't generally contribute for fantasy and the fact that Colquemez has to beat out nine others.

53:28 ↗

I wouldn't be banking on a lot of... I mean, David Montgomery is a winner. Yes. David Montgomery is going to be my most annoying accidental recommendation of the year because I don't want to recommend him because of how difficult... It was the definition of tough sledding last year for David Montgomery. But he's the guy and he was a high draft capital pick. They don't have Jordan Howard. They don't have...

53:57 ↗

a competitive other option to David Montgomery. He can catch the football, and Nick Foles might be leading this offense. So there's not very, there will not be many running backs in the, who, what, fifth, six round that are going to carry the ball 200 plus times. And he's one of them. It's a jagged little pill. And you're just going to choke it down. Get some sugar. You can help the medicine go down because.

54:25 ↗

He's going to get touches, man. Yeah. He'll almost certainly outperform where the expectation is he's going to be drafted this. Oh, my gosh. Are we going to consider him as a sleeper in the UDK? I don't know that he would be sleeper. I'm just watching your faces right now. I don't like it. I don't want it. But there's always players. Can I get you in the value train? Maybe. We'll see. This is my coping mechanism for losing mixing because in that league, because I lost mixing, I ended up with Montgomery.
