The Giants should have won this week, man. Brian Daibel is, he's not doing well. That is a stressed out man. Yeah. That is a man who has dealt with this for years. Oh, it's Sunday night. Oh, my goodness. Casey at the Giants in New York. Somehow a Giants game is a must watch. Right now, that game is going to be an ugly, unfun, unwatchable game. I think you're probably right about that. But that's what.

That's what'll make that one fun. Running backs, by the way, the top five scores already said golf, Wilson, May, Lamar, and Daniel Jones. Top five running backs this week. Johnny Taylor, Jason getting greedy. He got the number one performance of the week. Not enough. But could have had more. Actually, just enough. James. Oh, yeah, Jason won by like point one. Yeah. It was so scary at the end of those games. Because you were like, you have, you're playing against Jail and Jail and Hurtz is getting tush push after tush push. Yeah, but we're at the point where. like 0.1. Like a touch push is going to kill me. So you hung on to victory. James Cook was the second highest performer of the week. James Cook is given the middle finger to everybody that thought he couldn't score touchdowns at the same rate as last year. One of the better runs you will see. He's the running back one through two weeks. Oh my gosh, that run from James Cook. I mean like a triple jump cut 40. I don't remember how long it was. He should have been stopped.

for a one-yard loss, then he should have been stopped at the line of scrimmage, then he should have been stopped at about a two-yard gain. He broke all of those and then ran for whatever it was, like a 50-yard touchdown. A. Chan, Giovante, and Christian McCaffrey, they round out the top five. McCaffrey still just about 20 points, even with the Mac Jones start, where now the 49ers have won back-to-back games to start the year on the road with two different quarterbacks, no George Kittle, and McCaffrey. currently healthy and looking it. We'll say, so Mack Jones, it looked brutal to start. He, by the second half, looked competent and... 279 and 3. Yeah, he ends up as one of the better fantasy quarterbacks, surprisingly, and then he'll play Arizona and Jacksonville for the next two matchups, so I wouldn't be overly concerned about... CMC? Caffrey. Devon A. Chan, 10 targets, 8 for 92.

Wasn't great on the ground again, but catches so many bounces. Stepped out of bounds. Should have had another monster one. Javante Williams, 18 for 97 and a touchdown. The running back two so far. And six targets. The Javante stuff is incredible. He looked much better in week two. Now the Dallas Cowboys did just lose. It was their center. So a report just came out that the center will miss six to eight weeks. Yikes. With a high ankle sprain. So that will be. interesting to monitor to see how that affects Javante's resurgence. I have a Romandre Stevenson smirk on my face. Yeah, dude. 11 for 54 on the ground and then 5 for 88 through the air, including a fingertip in stride catch. He was. You know who that looked like on that catch? Travion Anderson. Yeah. It was a really amazing performance by Ramandre. And.

To contrast it, I mean, Trayvion barely saw the field. And they said he picked up three holding. He had three holding calls. The rookies, the mistakes for rookies, Travian Henderson with the holding calls, Caleb Johnson on the don't know the rules. What did he do? He never touched the ball. He didn't do anything. He doesn't touch. He can't blame him. So this should be in the next segment, but Caleb Johnson, shout out to my man. Woof! You want to talk about giving a game away. He is the kick returner, which is his only job. And he might want to dial in those rules if that's your job. The ball goes, it takes a wicked bounce. Yep. And goes over his shoulder. So he doesn't, he doesn't catch it. He misses that. He starts walking off the field. And then he turns around, watches the ball. I think he thought maybe it was going through the, like through the back end zone. If it hits the end zone, it's just automatically a touchback. But instead, he just walks off the field.

leaving the other team to go grab the ball in the end zone. Touchdown. Immediate touch. I mean, that is like you're going to see a healthy scratch. You know what I mean? You've got to punish a player who doesn't know the rules of the job he's doing as a rookie. The only other player more embarrassing this week was that left tackle for the Giants. Did you see? I mean, he had four penalties on the first drive. Two false starts, personal fouls. Unbelievable. Part of Brian Dable's stress. Bijon. Yes, that's right. Bijon. Yeah, we are so back. out of this world. So we wondered against Minnesota. After that first week, it looked like the carries might be split. They were using Bajon as more of a pass catcher against Tampa Bay because, and that was clearly game plan. That was, we're playing against the tough run line, you know, Vita Vaya there. This game, they come out and they just hand the ball to him the entire beginning of the first drive until penalties got in his way. Hey, Mike, I'll give you a moment here. Yeah! We're back, baby. Another pendulum swing here. Week one, Kenneth Walker looked like the worst riding back in football. Yeah. Who looks like the worst now? Pittsburgh does. Oh, they're the, yeah, they look like a bad. But I'm saying. Yeah, 13 for 105 in a touchdown and Charbonate was the inverse of week one. He was terrible. He had more snaps and touches. Yeah, it's, or same touches. I think it, unfortunately for now, it will just end up still being the timeshare of the, I mean.

It's what Walker was last week. They kept giving him touches, even though he was the one who was inefficient and really hurting the offense. Charbonnet was the one hurting the offense this time, but they still kept giving in the ball, putting him out there. So probably still a time share, but Kenneth Walker truly is, he's the one who has the juice. Tamir Gibbs, 12 for 94 and 1 in a blowout victory. Could have been a lot more. Sequin, 22 for 88 and 1. Chuba Hubbard. Chuba just backdoored his way in here. I mean, another receiving touchdown for Chuba. Is that two in a row? Yep. At the end of the game, he was 10 for 38. It was not going to be a good day. And then during that Carolina attempted comeback, which Arizona. They attempted to let them. Arizona really wanted Carolina to win the game. If you didn't watch the end of it, it was ridiculous. It was 27 to 3.

And then they went into a permanent pre-event defense. Like I'm not drawing any conclusions from pass catching from about the third quarter on for Carolina because it was like Bryce Young had a good day because it was just the Cardinals played 10 yards off the line of scrimmage. They didn't want to let anything get by them. They. Abandoned everything that made them have success in the beginning of the game. I hate that. It's so wild. That's not a dog mentality. No, it is not. That is. No. That's a meow defense. And you're like, hey, our defense, we're destroying them. We're way up. You know what we should do? Let's change everything. It's not like they were trying to give up deep stuff in the beginning of the game. Correct. Just play the game. And then they give up an on-site kick. And then Carolina gets three penalties and they have a chance to beat them. Ridiculous. Outrageous.

I think that was the biggest takeaway of the week is it appears that. The it's early and obviously DJ Moore still involved. He's he's great, but there was a big question coming into the season as to who is going to be the number one between those two guys. Maybe for you. Sure. For me there was. I know you were you were clearly on the Adunze side. I sometimes you don't want to overreact, but sometimes it's about how quick you can correctly react. It took it took one play of the season to know that.

Xavier Leggett is a turd and not good at football. Roma Dunesay, it took me too long, which is two games, but he is absolutely the one for that team. Devante Adams, 13 targets. Nice to see. Six for 106. This was the one game we saw the least of this weekend because the NFL decided to give us nine morning games. Stop it! No, wait. Is that right? Yeah, nine. Yeah, yeah. Nine morning games, and we have... We have eight televisions. We have eight TVs for the games NFL. How is that not enough? Yeah, that's, I mean, we had the middle game on Red Zone, so we saw all the Red Zone of that game, but we had to pick one, and Puka and Devante got it done. And the three game afternoon. Yeah. I mean, it's just, it's not as, it's very NFL. I don't, I don't get it's not as come down on NFL. Did you say NFL? You said NFL. Did I? You did. Which is awesome. That's cool. Hey, very NFL. I got my message across. Troy.

Franklin, Jason, go ahead. Hey, hey, baby. Yeah. Oh, man, it is so fun. Jason sing that eight times for 89 yards and a touchdown. Oh, man. It's so fun singing that every time he catches the ball, which was more than all the other pass catchers there. If you look at the targets between like. Corlin Sutton was the biggest disappointment of the week. Corlin Sutton also had more targets that are not on the official sheet because they're just having penalties kept happening. But he, yeah, Corlin Sutton was a. Big bummer. And then George Pickens, 5 for 68 in a touchdown, CD Lamb, 9 for 112, and the Dallas offense got it going with those guys. George Pickens, league leader in penalty yards gained. Dude, every deep shot, it's like NFL defenders just go, I can tackle him before the ball gets here. I don't understand why they don't give him chances at those deep shots. But the nice thing is they threw some regular routes to him, and he did very well. Tucker Kraft, we saw it on Thursday, number one score of the week at tight end.

Number two is an interesting conversation, though, because Zackertz, yet again, eight target six or 64, no more Austin Echler in this offense. Terry McLaren has not got it going. And, you know, Zacherts through two weeks looks like a very integral part yet again. He, after, I mean, I think he's difficult. He's probably the number, he's probably a top five tight in. He was, he was tight end number nine in week one with over 10 points. I mean, he has scored in both weeks. He. He's on pace for 110 targets. That's all I'm saying. Yeah, I don't know where I am with the Zachert stuff because, I mean, like his touchdown. I know where you are. Well. Denial. Well, Zacherts is, is Washington going to be getting throttled every single week? Because he, like his touchdown was pretty garbagey too.

of like near the end of the game. There are a lot of people that drafted Evan Ingram, and Evan Ingram does not look like a thing. Yeah, you can move over to Hertz from that. Zach Ertz is the tight in two so far through two weeks. Joanne Johnson, he had two of the ugliest. The Titan three through two weeks. Two of the ugliest drops you've ever seen and then one of the most beastly touchdown catches ever. Join Johnson, five for 49 and a touchdown on nine targets. Yeah, that's the thing to track for Joanne Johnson is the nine targets and.

20 targets through two games that's leading the entire position. He is, it wasn't just week one. Week two was also, we're using Juan like a wide receiver. So it's very, very encouraging for those of us that paid up to get him off of the wire. I completely agree. He looks like in this offense and what they're doing. Spencer Rattler was very competent. He was 25 for 34, 34 attempts in that offense. So it means a lot. Tell them more teams play fast. And they play from behind. Yeah, if you're. that team. The thing is about Josh Allen, you watch Josh Allen and you watch Lamar Jackson and both of their teams were up big. And in one case, they're basically saying, hey, we don't need you anymore, Josh Allen, let's run the ball, and then let's take you off the field. And in the other case, they're like, hey, Lamar, just go be insane. Just go keep throwing unbelievable passes every time. I mean, he's so good. He didn't, he didn't get his MVP last time. So we got to, yeah, we got to make sure. I mean, it, it's, it matters because I expect these teams to be up quite a bit. And so I would like the, the one that's going to keep pouring it on.

All right, so J.J. McCarthy, 11 for 21, three, was it, six sacks taken, two interceptions, three fumbles, I think. It was as disastrous. It was basically like if week one, the first half had just completed that way. You would have felt this way. So three, you've got the four halves of football, three of, one of them have been good. And three of them have been atrocious. Really one quarter. I mean, seven eighths of his play has been bad. And then he had an incredible quarter. However. We know he can't do that. And going into, you know, next week, they're at home against Cincinnati. So it feels like a matchup that you can try to go back out there again. Would you do it? No. No, I wouldn't do it because you don't need to. That's where I was, like everybody wanted to start JJ. I saw so many starts at questions where they wanted to start. Like there was.

You know, it's like Jordan Love, C.J. Stroud, JJ. Okay, JJ's a lock is what I'm hearing. I'm like, no, JJ should not be a lock because you should give it some time. And you didn't draft him in a position where he has to be your starter. Let's let it breathe a little bit. It was exciting. It's fun. He's like offensive player of the week and had a dynamic into that game. But it was also a bear's collapsing defense. And it was, let's just breathe a little bit. Let's see how he plays. I'd rather play. Daniel Jones. I'd rather play Kyler. They never got anything. Like Mason didn't get going. So I, which I think is a, like Mason has to have success for, for JJ McCarthy to have success. Yeah, Al, do you care if I share that? No, go for it. I mean, he said he had, Al had the same excitement. He rushed, he said, into starting JJ. And it ends up going into his lineup over Jared Gough. Yeah. Whoops. Yeah, that is. I mean, I was right there with you, man.

That's part of the, like I didn't see Jared Goff doing that. It seemed like they would just take their win. Kyler 220 and 1 had 7 for 32 on the ground. He was okay. He had one of the worst interceptions, just a boneheaded play. Now, that was, you might have thought that was Jason saying that. That was actually a sound bite that we got and we play it every week. Yeah. That Tyler plays football. Yeah, that's where we are now. Michael Pennock Jr. didn't do much. I mean, he. 135 yards. If you want to talk about a situation I would be worried about, it is Atlanta's passing game because they don't, they might not need it. They have a pass rush. They have a defense that played well in week one, played really well in week two. Michael Pinnock Jr., like we had this little three game trend at the end of the season. A lot of the puns that weren't even good enough for the show had to do with Drake London. And Michael Pinnock Jr., Drake London combination through two weeks.

It leaves a lot to be desired when you have Bijon running that way and the defense playing this way. You know, 21 attempts for 135 yards in a win, a bunch of field goal kicks. It's a little concerning. I'm not. I don't think it's, I mean, in week one, he was very good through for almost 300 yards. This was a real defensive slugfest. I don't expect that to be the norm for them. Well, Drake London, he did have the 15 targets in week one, but. Drake London had a bad game. A couple of drops, a fumble. 3.449. His yards per catch in week one was just 6.9. I'm just, I mean, defensive slugfest or not, I guess I'd be a little concerned. I could never see a game where Kirk Cousins threw for 135 passing yards in this offense. That was not going to happen. But this rookie is getting managed, is my point. Sure. So I actually do draw a conclusion from that one. Running backs, Derek Henry, 11 for 23 was invisible.

It happens. Chase Brown, maybe a bit of a red alert here, probably looking more like an RB2 at best without Joe Burrow as the head of the offense. Yeah, I think that that's probably a fair thing to say. We'll see how Browning, if he checks it down. That's what we need. We need Chase Brown to have more than three targets. I failed you here. Breeze Hall, 10 for 29. I mean, I don't know why I didn't just stay hating certain players. Fields and Breece. I mean, it's not like I've liked those guys before. Why did I like them? What delusion? What potion did I drink? Yeah. Well, I mean, when week one, Brees did look the part. He really, he really was explosive. And honestly, there was a run or two in this game where he still looked pretty quick. The Buffalo defense really shut down Justin Fields. The Jets.

Didn't look good. Coming up, though, it's another tough run defense against Tampa Bay. The utilization for Breece Hall was good, though. I mean, he had 60% of the snaps. He had even more percentage of the workload. So I'm not going to just write Breece Hall completely off because of one bad game. Somebody understandably frustrated with the Triple Jets picks from last week. Completely get it? We don't get it all right. But my favorite comment. of all the comments was we did it because we wanted those we wanted some extra social media clicks by picking the jets and I just want to put it out there we do not receive those we do not receive extra social media clicks for picking players that we hate well yeah Zach Charbon A 15 for 10 is that good ah yeah negative seven got two negative one negative one negative one negative one zero zero zero zero zero zero one can't wait for that to just

100 flip every single week. That's the problem. And you said that about Justin Fields, even when I picked him last week. You're like, yeah, he could just go back to Justin Fields next week. And he did. And Zach Charbonnet and Walker completely flipped. Yeah, I mean, this, the, the. The way that Charbonnet plays, this is why on Price picks, my prediction was that he would have less than 12 and a half as his longest rushing attempt. He had less than 12 and a half in the game. And I'm going to go out there since we mentioned it a couple times. We are listening to you and we are going to make the Friday segment even more fun. Like Wheel of Shame is a guaranteed always returning to Friday. Just so you know. And we'll probably do some other stuff. No, I'm going to spin the wheel five times.

for Russell Wilson. Or at least twice because he's double the yardage. Let's talk about a major, major, major problem. And his name is Isaiah Pacheco. He was five for 25 in week one. He was 10 for 22 in week two. Yes, it was the Chargers. Yes, it was Philadelphia. Well, next week's the Giants Front. Okay. And then it's the Baltimore front. Hey, but Jacksonville's in between there, but then it's Detroit. So are we two weeks in, are we panicking about a not top 40 running back? He was, I mean, I brought it up after last week. He was, he's unstartable. I mean, Pacheco, he doesn't concern me that much because, I mean, I wasn't starting him already. I don't think anybody should have been relying on Pacheco after the week one. And where you drafted him, hopefully you didn't need to. I think it's really disappointing.

based off of all the coach speak things happen. But all the word at training camp was Isaiah Pacheco is the one and he looks far closer to pre-injury form than, and I'm not saying he doesn't look good if he has space or anything, but he's in a full-time share and he is not producing. I would be putting him on the bench. I see a missing name on this list that I have to bring up. RJ Harvey. I mean, RJ Harvey was five carries for eight yards. We have back-to-back top 15 performances from J.K. Dobbins. We see Tyler Badegh on the field. You had the breakaway run in week one for Harvey, but he's got 11 touches in two weeks. We're like on the Trayvon-Hinderson plan here. Yeah, they are rookies. They are highly drafted rookies, so you need to hold on. But this is not moving away from them, but.

Let him sit on the bench and work their way into the actual rotation. Yeah, not there yet. No. It will happen, but you've got to have patience. Jordan Mason did not deliver the week that I think Mike was hoping for. It was right there. Nine for 30. Kevin? Yeah. Well, he'll be the starter for a while. Yeah. And, you know, we saw the bill of performance on Thursday. It was non-existent. And hilariously, I don't think Aaron Jones had a catch. No. So the like, hey, we'll go with Aaron Jones because he can catch the ball. That offense was just. Yeah, but Jordan Mason caught the ball a couple of times. Yeah. It's funny. Yeah. Sam Darnel put up five touchdowns against Atlanta last year. Remember that game? Jordan Addison had three of them.
