He is. He actually is a sneaky home play. If you're in a two-quarterback league, I think he's one of those guys that you don't usually have in there that you could consider starting this week even in a championship game. Robbie Anderson, at least seven targets, three games in a row. I started the week at the wide receiver position. Chris Herndon, he plays tight end. And he could be sneaky this week as well. I brought up the fact that I looked sideways at this as a potential almost upset.

172 passagesI think Sam Donald's finding himself a little bit and this game will be close. And I think that Jason doesn't like him, but I think Elijah McGuire is in play the past two weeks since he is the only guy left with Crowell Powell. I mean, it's rough up there for the New York Jets. But the past two weeks, Elijah McGuire has gotten 17 carries, 18 carries. And in both of those games, four.
targets. I mean, that is full on fantasy workhorse running back usage. Yes. I don't disagree with you, Mike. So he's running back too for me. The 10 and 4 Texans, wow. You know, they're threatening for that number one. The NFL is amazing. Well, for the buy. They're not going to get the last. Four weeks into the season. Yes. Actually, they have the buy right now, don't they? Vegas had, uh, they do. They have it over the Patriots. Yeah. Yeah. Um, four weeks into the season.
Vegas had the odds on favorites of what coaches are most likely to be fired. I think we talked about it even on the show. Hugh Jackson was still hired. My guess was clearly Hugh Jackson, and he wasn't even the odds on favorite. It was O'Brien, head coach of the by-week Houston, Texas. Yeah, 10 and 4. Eagles 7 and 7. This game is in Philadelphia. The Eagles are actually 1.5 point home favorites. They're playing for their playoff lives.
Wow. Who do you like in this game overall? Let's just share that first, because I actually think the Eagles win it. I think the Eagles win this game. Coming off the big win against the Rams, I think it's going to be hard for Deshaun Watson to move the ball in Philadelphia to the degree that he will be able to get the win. On the Eagle side, I like Mike's start of the week in Alshan Jeffrey. That is your start of the race. Sorry, I mean, who do you like to win the game? Oh, I'm just curious who you think is going to win. I'll take the Texans.
I lean the Texans as well. I'm rooting for the Eagles just to have that division be crazy. You just want to see the world burn. Some men want to see the world burn. With another Nick Foles championship. That's all I want. I am rooting for the Eagles until they're out because if Nick Fools brings the Eagles back and wins a championship, I want to know what you do as the Philadelphia Eagles. Are you fueled by the pain and anguish and tears of Carson Wentz?
I'm not fueled. He sustains your life. Intertained. So what a jerk. That would be really hard. I actually love Carson. How do you even feel? If you're Carson wins and that happens. Your team has won two championships. No. Carson wins is a good dude. And they don't. They don't win a title last year without Carson wins, but they don't. You're happy with the first one. You're not happy with this one. You're like, yeah. Because you might lose your job. You know how much money Nick Foles will get paid for and. They're going to trade him.
Nick Foles. Yeah. Yeah. Well, how can you? Wins has heard of you. The Texans, the Eagles, let's talk fantasy. Lamar Miller. We talked about him. He has a chance to play. You can't be excited about a road matchup against Philadelphia with a banged up Lamar Miller. Deontiformin could be active, but I'm staying away from all running backs on Houston. What do you guys think? I would still start Lamar Miller if he's in the game, even coming off of the ankle injury. I don't think it was a very serious injury.
You might temper expectations, but I would start Lamar. And Bill O'Brien is expecting Lamar to play. So I would. I'd play him. The defense is rough for Philadelphia. I mean, Hopkins is, if Hopkins is not a top five wide receiver this week, it'll be shocking. Yeah, no doubt about it. Any other pass catchers that you want to jump in on with Deshaun? No. And then how do you feel about Deshaun Watson? He's been a QB1 and three of the last four games, been sacked like crazy.
You know, not throwing the ball a ton, but, you know, with Hopkins, you always have the chance of a big game. Yeah, that's, it's all linked for Hopkins. Watson is tough when it comes to his particular tier for this weekend. So let me throw some names at you guys real quick. Deshawn Watson or Dak Prescott. Deshawn Watson. Deshawn Watson or Baker Mayfield. Baker. I've got Baker higher, but I believe.
that Baker's floor is lower. And that's about the tier. Baker's floor is not lower this week. Yeah, I think Baker's. Baker's floor is very high this week at home with a nine point favorite to me than Deshaun Watson on the road against Philadelphia. Because we would not play any of those guys over Big Ben this week. And I'm assuming. No, no, we wouldn't. Those guys are back to back. I got Prescott, Mayfield, Watson, 67, 8. I don't know where you guys have them, but they're all start worthy. Yeah, that's where I've got them.
Well, what does Nick Foles do to this Philly offense? He had Alshan Jeffrey mispractice, just an illness. He dominated last week, eight for 160. He's our wide receiver 15 this week. It's where you have to beat the Texans is through the air. And Josh Adams, their primary banger, as it would be. He's been beat up. I mean, Smallwood, some people were interested in him as a waiver pickup because of the two touchdowns, but it's all I think everyone's going to play.
is in terms of the Philadelphia backfield. So I'm staying away. And I think that Alshan, he's my start of the week. I think he's a great play. Golden Tate is interesting. What's your guys is, what's your, what's your interest in Golden Tate? Two weeks ago against Dallas, it was the absolute dud one for seven. But PPR leagues, he bounced back last week, five for 43. No, I'm not very interested in Golden Tate. Do you have them as a top 36 wide receiver?
Let me check. Golden Tate to me right now I do not have him as a top 36 wide receiver. I haven't met 40. So, okay. You know, I don't think you could, Foles hurts hurts a little bit, but you still have to start them. The targets were there. And it seemed to me that the primary receiving target was Alshan. I don't want to go three steps deep with Nick Foll's target count.
But nor do I think he'll get an opportunity to go three steps deep in the pocket very often because of this pass rush. I wouldn't be surprised at Dallas Goddard surprised this week as a dart throw tight end because you're going to have to deal with the pass rush one way or another. And it's not going to be, if they double team Zach Ertz. Texans are bad against the tight end too. Yeah, exactly. So I think Goddard is an interesting, sneaky, tricky play. Not playing Nick Foles. I...
I'm okay with it, but preferably more for daily. Winston or Foles? How about neither? Can we go with neither? I would go with Foles. They're back to the back of my rankings with Foles ahead, but I'm going to stick with the Andy's answer. Neither. Hey, it's the 11 and 3.3 Rams. They're taking on the 3 and 11 Cardinals. The Cardinals are home. Oh, Pallendrome. They're 14 point home under dogs, 44.5 point over under.
That doesn't leave the Cardinals with a whole lot of points in this one. Josh Rosen, David Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Ricky Seals Jones. I mean, hands off the Cardinals' offense if you don't have David Johnson. Am I right? Yeah. What's your hesitation? Just Larry. Okay. Larry at home. You're down. You got to throw.
And I mean, this could be his last home game. That's my hesitation. What do you else do you have to do as Arizona Cardinals then force feed a guy heading into retirement? Yeah, we're walking down narrative street. I get it. I can't get into the head of Larry Fitzgerald, but he's one of the best receivers of all time. And like you said, this is, this could be the Swan song. Seven for 82 last week. He will not go quietly. No, I, you know, I, I've got him as a wide receiver too. So he is, I guess I.
I was quick to forget the Cardinals because I tried to, but Larry Fitzgerald does an okay start here. He is. In week two, in Los Angeles, the Rams won 34 to nothing. Gurley had the three touchdowns. The thing that's hard about the Gurley play is knowing how bad the Cardinals defense is what Tevin Coleman did on like 11 carries last week. Cardinals are just so bad against the running back position. But, you know, that could be an argument for...
the fill-ins for Gurley to have success. Absolutely. We just don't, we've been given nothing from the coaching staff. John Kelly, C.J. Anderson, Justin Davis. Of who to look at. C.J. Anderson, quote, I know I'm going to do everything that I possibly can this week to be ready to play. Watch out. He might play. It's going to take more than a week, C.J. Should have been doing that all off season. You wouldn't be on your 14 this year.
Brandon Cooks, Robert Woods, you're going to start him. Jared Gough, Mike, he's your start of the week. No. He's Jason start of the week? Yes. Okay. Jared Garf. You're afraid of him. I am. If someone dressed up as Jared Garf for Halloween, you would shudder. He would terrify me. Yeah. Absolutely. Josh Reynolds, eight targets a game over the last month. You can flex them, yes. David Johnson, more of an RB2 this week against the... What do you guys think? Where do you have them?
David Johnson. He had a pretty good week last week. Yeah. David Johnson. Let me ask you this. Oh, my goodness. I just saw this PFF numbers on David Johnson. You see this? No. Forced to miss tackle on just 7.4% of his rushing attempts. Lowest rate for all running backs with 100 plus carries. Ooh, that's not good. Is this more of a, is this in his head with the offensive line and the offense where he's trying to do too much, therefore he's doing too little? 100%. If you think back to...
after Todd Gurley's incredible rookie year where he was okay and their offensive line was so trash. And you kept looking, I remember saying, look, he doesn't look good like himself. He wasn't breaking the tackles. He wasn't getting around the guys you'd expect him to get around. I remember talking about that in that year where Todd Gurley finished 17 at running back. And it was really just an offensive line issue. So the offensive line is not fixed for Arizona. If anything, it's worse and worse every single week. They are continuing to lose offensive linemen.
The expectation can't be too high with David Johnson, but future outlook. As you say, let me ask you a quiet, let's turn to next year for just a moment with David Johnson. You're taking Zeke over him. You're taking McCaffrey over. Yes. Are you taking Nick Chubb over David Johnson next year? Probably. That's going to be the tier. I don't think I would. I think I would take, there's obviously going to be a head coach and change. Joe Mixon or David Johnson? Joe Mixon. That one's for sure. Dalvin Cook or David Johnson.
Probably David. Probably Dalvin Cook for me. Or Dalvin Johnson. David Cook. Well, that would be nice. Yeah. You could combine the number. Imagine. Okay. All right. Any other people we want to talk about in that game? Yes. Just there's one other guy I want to talk about. Is he a mountain of a man? He is a mountain of a man. But he's not Mount Everett. Oh. He's CJ Anderson.
Stop talking about CJ Anderson. I'm just saying a staff writer for the, for, yes, look at him going. Staff writer for the Rams is, he's saying all indications point to head coach John McVay looking to Anderson as the first back off the bench behind Todd Gurley and then following up saying Todd Gurley might not play this week.
McVeigh saying you could see him playing a role as early as this week really been impressed just being around him in the initial 24 hours or whatever it's been. And don't forget. Don't forget. He comes. Are you playing C.G. Anderson against Brooks this week? I very well might. If Gurley, if we know that Gurley's out. This is in a Dynasty double flex like people. I don't want you to overreact. Dynasty double flex. But he, his success came with Kubiak on the zone running offense.
The same type of personnel that is used. This guy has done way too much C.J. Anderson research this week. He's entering the Gary Cuviac offense. Oh, yes. Come on, C.J. Redeem me. If C.J. Anderson this year could win me a championship. Oh, my gosh. I would complete. You'd be done. Your life would be over. You would just.
Into the miss. This is the greatest day of my life. This is the last moments. Would you order a C.J. Anderson fathead, Jason? I would have a C.J. Anderson everything. That has to come on two rolls. Oh, come on. Everything. I would wear a C.J. Anderson suit. I would go to pristine auction, get every team he's ever played for, which is a lot this season. You could just get a Mike Tolbert something. I mean. Paint over it.
Anderson. The 10 and 4 Bears take on the 4-10 49ers. We still got four games to get through, guys. We can do it. The Bears, the 49ers, the Bears are four-point favorites on the road. 49ers, a big win last week, 43-point over and under, and Nick Mullins and Company, George Kittle in company, I should really say. They're going to try to hold off the Bears. How do we expect this game to go? Where are the fantasy football values right now?
