Because you don't want to slide. I don't know. I'm just asking the questions. Absolutely. You eat the meat ring and then you've got just a normal slider. I'm starving. I would also throw out sweet tart ropes. Oh, yes. I mean, we've talked about them on the spitballers, but it's not a joke. We eat them around the studio. We can't keep these things in stock. There's probably a bag of day that's going down right now. Yeah. And who's the problem. Not a sponsor should be a sponsor. Come on. YouTube. Ben's, Ben Sharpe says,

41:53 ↗

Whose dynasty outlook do you like more? Ron Dale Moore from the Arizona Cardinals were Elijah Moore who landed on the New York Jets. That's an easy Elijah Moore for me because I think that Elijah Moore is going to become the one. And I don't think that for Ron. What? Yeah. I think that. Do you think Elijah Moore will become the number one on his team that has Corey Davis.

42:20 ↗

And Denzo Mims. Denzo Mims has done nothing, proven nothing. They drafted a very high wide receiver. He's proven that he can play in the NFL. Absolutely. But he is, they just drafted a high level, high draft capital wide receiver to be a replacement coming in rookie year with their new. 5-9-185. Well, when I say big, I'm, you know, I'm not talking size. I'm saying like the draft capital is a big investment. But, I mean, okay, put it this way.

42:49 ↗

You just said Denzel Mims, right? That's the competition here. And Corey Davis. And Corey Davis, perennial wide receiver two for a team. Or D'Andre Hopkins. Like, Rondale Moore is not going to become the number one. Maybe three years from now, four years from now. I think Elijah Moore could by the end of this year develop as, you know, we see this too with when a rookie quarterback comes in with a rookie wide receiver. I always think back to the Andy Dalton, AJ Green.

43:18 ↗

You know, there's just, they develop that connection. They're in together as the rooks, and they get a head start together. So I would prefer Elijah Moore over Rondo. So I'm trying to track down the exact draft. Okay, so Denzel Mims, round two, pick 34. Oh, I'm sorry, Denzel Mims was round two pick 59. Elijah Moore was round two pick 34. Oh, eat it. So I was going to point out, I mean, the draft price between the two of them.

43:48 ↗

is not that different. I lean, man, I think I take Rondale in that situation. Really? Yeah. You have more trust in Cliff Kingsbury than I do. I trust that somebody else might be in charge sooner than later. Oh, that's a good point. We've got a tough schedule this year. I mean, look, long, long term, Kyler is the much better quarterback, so I understand that.

44:19 ↗

and Hopkins is older. So there's an argument to be made for the Rondale side. I guess I'm looking at it more of, I think that Elijah Moore will get off to a much quicker start to his career. This is off of Twitter from Chase, who says, I know it is no longer Dynasty Week, but I'm curious. How do you measure the value of a year in draft picks as in?

44:44 ↗

We could have just gone with this. It's a very specific question. Okay, let's go. It was a high-level philosophical question about draft picks, but also what is the difference between a 20-22 second and a 20-23 seconds? A lot. So that's what we're talking about, the philosophy of how far out a draft pick is. How much do you value that pick? Much, much less, I mean. You ever heard of credit cards? You never have to pay them back?

45:14 ↗

Free money. Yeah, I mean, when you get an entire year out of an asset, right, no matter what, whether it's a draft pick, a player, 2022, 2024, 24, we're just talking about an asset that you have for your roster. And you're adding 17 games to that asset for your team. Like, those things matter. Sometimes people are so caught up with the capital.

45:44 ↗

that they have on paper that never ends up scoring points for your roster to beat the other team you're going up against. I value having the here and now more than the long term. And that's not to say that there isn't value in the long term by any means. It's just to say that a 2021 second and a 22 second are drastically different values from one another.

46:13 ↗

And I will comment on it that more often than not we see these rookies gain value in average startup draft price. Even if they don't. Exactly. Even if they do nothing. It generally takes something catastrophic for a high NFL draft capital to drop in their startup price. Jared Judy sucked.

46:40 ↗

His value is still very high. It's very stable. It's probably going up now of like there's a lot of Twitter hype building, the possible Aaron Rogers going to his team. There's just, it's just theory and rumors right now. But that's where the market comes from. Yeah. No, it's, it's a good point. So not only do you have the potential to land a star in that first year, but then even afterwards, oftentimes you have more value that.

47:09 ↗

following year from the previous pick. From Instagram, Top Scott, Julio's future for Dynasty, keep or trade? Trade if you can. Yeah. I just think now is a really tough time to trade him. And that being said, what is your gut on all the rumors of whether Julio could get traded this year? I think it's going to happen. So I, I, it's after, I'm with, it's, it has to be after June 1st.

47:41 ↗

to maximize the contract situation. And if you're another team and the Falcons are like, we'll trade it to you, just got to wait a couple weeks. I think the deal is going to hold. No, absolutely not. We must have Julio Jones immediately. Right. So, you know, I will say this. I think he's going to have more value now than he will in two months if he's traded. But again, I brought this up during Dynasty Week.

48:07 ↗

The time to trade Julio, because he's going to be great this year. I don't think any of us are like, oh, he's over the hill. He looked crappy last year. He was awesome. Very hurt, though. So, sure, and this is a slight gamble. But if you wait towards the trade deadline and there are teams out there that are trying to make their push to make the playoffs or to put their own team over the top and win a championship this year,

48:33 ↗

They will sell out. They will sell their future. They'll trade you a high-level rookie that hasn't broken out this year and a one to just go get Julio to win it all this year. And so you might want to hold them until then. So it's either trade them now or hold them to the deadline. This one's off of Twitter from at Goodbye Irish says, who is this year's late round tight end? Who is this year's?

49:01 ↗

Late round tight end. And I believe they simply mean who is the late round tight end favored by the other guys on the fantasy footballers. Well, aren't we going fishing? Oh, like I didn't know if you were fully in on that. Yeah, so I do like Adam Troutman. Actually, you want to know who you, I mean, I know my answer for sure. The late, it's not Troutman. I love him as a sleeper.

49:26 ↗

I love him in Dynasty, and I'm excited to see what happens. More often than not, those players don't pan out, but when they do, it's a lot of fun. The late round tight end for this year that I am all about, that someone I've been all about in the past, was mocked for it, and then he had a great season. He's a little older, but I'm telling you right now.

49:47 ↗

Jared Kuk is going to freaking dominate this year with Justin Herbert. He is set up. I mean, there were, what, like 93 targets that Hunter Henry left and he didn't even play a full season. Herbert's great. If he counts, he's sitting, like I said, now stats subject to change, still multiple teams left, like George Kittle. So George Kittle will pass him. But if let's say George Kittle passes Jared Cook on my rankings and no one else, then he's sitting here at my tight-end nine.

50:17 ↗

Yeah. Like, I'm in. I mean, and then one spot or a couple spots behind him is Blake Jarwin, of course. Oh, of course. Yeah. This is Jarwin. What could have been for Blake Jarwin? I mean, look, if it could have been, then it should still be. I know. It's just much harder now because C.D. Lamb really broke out. Fair. But Michael Gallup was doing nothing. So maybe, maybe. And we'll get out of here on a fun one from Instagram acoustic roots.

50:45 ↗

If you could pick anywhere to hold a destination draft, where would you do it? So I think it would be different in most years. I might go more extravagant, more rare, more unique. But as of right now, because it's kind of been a, you know, it's been a year and a half of not.

51:07 ↗

Doing a lot of fun things. I'm going to Vegas. I'm just going, I'm going straight to Vegas. We're going to cut it up. We go sit at some tables. We're going to have a blast. Have a great draft. That's my, that's my 2021 destination draft choice. Now, if I can pick anywhere and they're just, they're going to figure out a way to get me there. I'm going on the International Space Station, baby. Oh, that's, that's upgrading it a bit. Imagine doing a fantasy draft from space.

51:38 ↗

I mean, you're done after that. Yeah. Like, it's the coolest draft of all time. What do you do as a follow-up? I don't know. You go to Vegas. There you go. We would like to thank Pristine Auction for sponsoring today's show, the best sports memorabilia site of all time. There's a couple things up for a great price right now, like a Baker-Mayfield signed official NFL game ball starting at just $40. A C.D. Lamb signed official game ball at $20.

52:07 ↗

I'm going mono-e-mono with someone over a Carson Palmer signed Arizona Cardinals jersey right now. Very nice. Good luck. And I need them to lay down and let me. If you're out there, footland. Stop it. Stop it. I'm trying to get a Carson Palmer jersey. But when you go to sign up at Pristine Auctions, make sure you use the code ballers that will connect, you know, you to us and give you a $10 credit. Yeah, it's a $10 credit. Why would you not do that? It's completely free. You only pay for the stuff that you win. That's going to do it for today's show.
