25:44 ↗

Let's get back to the running backs. We talked about Smallwood. Here's some guys that I'm going to bring up. You tell me who you like the most. Obviously a thin position, right? A lot of what you're doing with running backs right now, especially if you're in the playoff hunt, you're probably not hunting for an RB1 or an RB2. You're looking for depth. You're looking for that emergency play. You're looking to handcuff your starters. Jason made the point this morning. He looked at Alfred Morris, and it was...

26:12 ↗

incomprehensible he's only owned in 16% of leagues because uh you know who's owned in 100% zeke and every zeke owner should have i mean it's just you you are you are fantasy stupid you're dancing with the devil if you have zeke and you don't have alf yeah because alfs look great and every opportunity he's had because that offensive line is great amazing so that's what you're doing so the only name that jumps have to me as a

26:42 ↗

Maybe I'll be able to start him in my playoff run if I need to. Maybe Kenneth Dixon. Oh, really? Because Kenneth Dixon's available in 75% of leagues. Sure. And he did out snap Terrence West and he had a productive fantasy week. This is not planning on it. But at least you have the, it's not just a handcuff. It's not just a backup. Dixon's had a good week. If they start to give him full workload two weeks from now, taking on New England or Philly.

27:10 ↗

Maybe he's the guy. Yeah. Now, you probably thought I was going to say James Starks, but Starks is owned in 60% of leagues, 70% in Yahoo. So I don't think he's somebody that we can hone in on as a target. I agree. I mean, when you look at ownership percentages, he's probably not available. But I would think Starks has, he already has the path. So if he is available and you needed a starter, Starks is the clear winner. All things being equal, he's definitely the winner. All right. So we got Starks. We've got Kenneth Dixon. Those two guys are great.

27:40 ↗

But now let's go a little deeper, look at some other running backs and say, you know, how do you order it between your Matt Aziatas, your Charles Sims, who is going to be able to be back. Two weeks. Yeah, very soon. Adrian Peterson. Hey. It's thin. Rex Bergen. It's thin this week. To me, it's Smallwood, Kenneth Dixon, and James Starks, if he's available.

28:06 ↗

And then it's handcuffs. And we should mention DeAngelo Williams is supposed to be back if you had dropped him, which was the play, was the smart play to just drop him because we weren't sure he was going to be back. It's reported. Now he should be back next week. So if you are the Levi-on Bell owner, I would scoop him up. I'd highly recommend that. Yeah, you've got another player out there that's, you know, available in over half of leagues that I think is a somewhat startable guy who.

28:35 ↗

is also a great handcuff, and that's Belal Powell. You know, he has basically every three weeks, he has a full starter fantasy caliber finish. And in the meantime, he puts up a couple of points. But if you're the Matt Forte owner, I would certainly look to him. What are the other handcuffs? What do you guys make of the Derek Henry news from today? The short yardage news. Mike Malarkey came out and said they've talked about using Henry more in short yarded situations. Is this a scary thing for DeMarco Murray owners?

29:05 ↗

for the playoff. It's, I wouldn't, I'm not going to go DefCon 3. Wait, is it, is it higher, worse or lower better? Higher is worse. All right. So I'm not going DefCon 2 on this, but it's, it's troublesome. It's definitely troublesome. And especially you have to sit and toil in that by week. Well, with this news coming out saying, hey, we're going to work on this, they have an entire week of practice, two weeks of practice to start working him into that role. If you're going to lose those to Marco Murray.

29:35 ↗

goal line touchdowns, right in your fantasy playoffs, that stinks. I have been as impressed by Derek Henry as I have been by any player in the NFL this year, rookie-wise. He has impressed me as much as Zeke. He has, you know, a minuscule opportunity by comparison. But when you watch him and what he's capable of doing in the NFL, he's electric. So he is a guy that... He's electric. Boogie, boogie, boogie.

30:04 ↗

You know, he's another guy that, I mean, if you're a DeMarco Murray owner, he should be, DeMarco's owned in 100% of leagues. I think Derek Henry should be owned in 100% of leagues now that he's healthy. He's back. It's tough to pick him up on a bi-week, but it's worth it if you're the DeMarco owner. Shane Vereen? No. No, come on. He needed to be brought up. The way that you said that there is exactly how you said it when he was healthy for the past two years, which is like, Shane Verine, the question mark?

30:32 ↗

And I'll say this. I want to throw out, I said that I was going to talk about him a little bit. But I do think that there is a clear handcuff right now for Lamar Miller. Now, Lamar Miller's ankle appears to be okay. And he's fine. And if Lamar Miller is on the field, the Kim Hunt is not going to be doing anything worthy of being fantasy relevant. But if Lamar Miller went down, it is not Alfred Blue.

30:56 ↗

I am very confident that Akeem Hunt is the guy that you want to own there. And so if Lamar went down, Akeem Hunt would be a startable fantasy asset. And so if you want to handcuff him, if you've got Lamar, that's the guy to do it. Akeem Hunt's really good at getting first downs that the referees decide aren't first down. Oh, man. He's great at that. Tightens. You guys want to move on? Yeah, let's move on. Let's talk about tight ends. Look, you might very well win your championship with tight ends and defense.

31:22 ↗

because you're probably streaming those positions. And so you having the advantage of discussing that beforehand, putting in these waiver wire claims. Yeah, I know who you're not going to win your championship with. That's Greg freaking Olson. I'm buying a Greg Olson signed jersey from pristine auction to burn. Oh, we're going to have a whole deal. You know, we are not. You might on your own. And you mock me for saying Greg Olson owners probably wish that Derek Anderson was the quarterback right now.

31:53 ↗

Come on, Derek. You know, it is such a difficult thing to trade for... You did both of the... I'm going to use you as a case study in sadness. No. You traded for the Denver defense and for Greg Olson. Yep. Two guys that... And I do not blame you at all. Those are great pickups. But once you did that, you had to start a D named Denver, and you had to start a tight-in named Olson. You couldn't play the matchups. You couldn't stream.

32:22 ↗

And so you see the pluses and minuses of both. Now, a lot of the time, that works out in your favor, right? You go get a great tight end, and that's an advantage. Yeah, Denver's... This case, it just didn't work out. Denver's been fine for me, but Greg Olson has just terrorized my team. Just, I mean... From the inside. From the inside out. He's a double agent. A parasite. Hashtag never more. All right, so Cameron Bray.

32:48 ↗

He's on this list. How will this keep happening? Because I want him and don't want him at the same time every week. I do want him. He's been very solid. When you've got a guy that makes this list every single week and he's worth picking up and he does enough this many times at a position where even the superstars lay an egg from time to time.

33:09 ↗

You know, Cameron Brate might have a bad game, but he is involved enough. He was four for 49 this last week. He had a touchdown that was called back. He's had, he's just, he's a legitimate red zone weapon for James Winston, and their schedule coming up. We've talked about Tampa Bay. Schedule is great. San Diego, New Orleans, Dallas, New Orleans. New Orleans, Dallas, New Orleans. We saw what Jordan Reed did to Dallas. We know what can happen in New Orleans games. This, this blows my mind that Cameron Brate is not owned.

33:38 ↗

in more leagues because if he's available and you're streaming the bar if he tight ends, get ready for those playoffs with Cameron Brate. Another guy who I think has just an excellent playoff schedule for the tight end position, it does not get better than C.J. Fedorowitz. Green Bay, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Cincinnati, all four of those teams.

34:01 ↗

are susceptible to the tight end. And C.J. Fedorowitz has been involved. He's available in the majority of leagues. You know, if you don't have a good tight end, if you're, you know, if you're streaming back and forth, I think you can kind of go, okay, I can just roll him out with these matchups and not have to every week be burning your waiver priority, burning fab, doing those things because the solid schedule throughout the entirety of the playoffs.

34:27 ↗

Okay. Any other names that you guys think are worth discussing? I was disappointed, obviously, with Will Ty. We hope that maybe he was more involved last week. He wasn't. Only two for 12. If you're the Jordan Reed owner, you must add Vernon Davis. I was going to say, as the Jordan Reed owner, I was considering him a must add, but I want to throw out this named here. I'm going to read you some scoring from our half point PPR league. 17.9, 7, 12.1, 8.

34:55 ↗

Those are the last four weeks. Is that Gresham? That's Vance McDonald's. Oh, okay. We talk about how Kaepernick's been playing great football, at least for fantasy purposes. Vance McDonald has been an extreme benefactor. His lowest yardage of the last four weeks is 46 yards, and he had a touchdown in that game. Vance McDonald has been turning it on here. It's directly proportional to good quarterback play. Yes. And by, just in case you're curious, I was referring to Colin Kaepernick.

35:25 ↗

over Blaine Gabbert. No, I do like that. Coming into this season, we were very high on Vance McDonald. He has the talent to do it.

35:33 ↗

The opportunity in the Chip Kelly offense is a good one. It's not a huge volume position for them. I mean, the most receptions he's had on the season is four. So that tempers my expectations. But he's a big play guy. But I mean, I agree. He's certainly a big play guy. Even with Gabbard, he had that 75-yard touchdown in week two. So he is a big play high upside guy.

35:57 ↗

For me, I'd rather have the big play high upside guy of a Kobe Fleener, who I'm sure is available in a lot of leagues than a Vance McDonald. And I would rather have a C.J. Fedorowitz, where, you know, he's got the chance of a six or seven reception game than Vance McDonald. But you can make the argument. It really is a matter of who are you going up against. Do you need that high, you know, high ceiling type of guy, or do you want the high floor?

36:23 ↗

All right, defenses to pick up this week. We're talking about streaming for victory here. I really, really like the Cowboys. Love the Cowboys defense against the Vikings this week. I think you have upside, right? Bradford throwing the ball away. Mistakes. You have Sim safety. I don't think the Vikings are going to be able to light up the Cowboys. You know, there are different thought processes with defenses.

36:52 ↗

They're probably my favorite defense off the waiver wire this week. What do you guys think? This is pretty much the hardest week of the season to stream a defense because the Cleveland Browns aren't playing. So you can't just pick up whoever's playing them. Also, you know, you've got the bears who are an offense to me that I would be willing to play against. But the 49ers, you know, their defense doesn't really get it done enough. They've been better.

37:20 ↗

Yeah, I'm not sure if I love that. I guess, you know, if I'm going to throw another one out there, maybe the Eagles, they're still owned in the majority of leagues, but they play the Bengals who obviously are hampered. I mean, losing GEO and losing AJ Green, we saw this last week. They were not able to move the ball the same. Jeremy Hill isn't even 100%. And I would give you the inverse as well. I think I'm playing the Bengals as of right now against the Eagles because I'm just not worried. The game's in Sensi, right?

37:49 ↗

Yeah. And I'm not worried that the Eagles are all going to all of a sudden just score 30 plus points. Right. Carson Wentz, I mean, he started over as a, or he started the season as a guy who doesn't turn the ball over. Since then, his touchdown interception ratio is pretty much flipped. All right. We're going to talk about some streaming quarterback options. Do you have any honorable mentioned quarterbacks before we get into the streamers? I just, I wanted to mention again, we're talking about him. James Winston.

38:17 ↗

Yahoo leagues are on top of it. He's owned in 79%. But in ESPN, he's available in 30% of leagues, a quarterback who could potentially you could ride him through the entire playoffs schedule. Full stream ahead. Jason, I don't know what your endurance levels are like with the onset depression, the one day depression. I'm about to go to sleep. I'm going to let you start.
