probably an exception to the handcuff thing. And not to mention, again, that's another thing I always say about handcuffs. It's not a hand cup if you're throwing like an eighth, ninth round pick where Sims generally goes. Yeah. That I consider like a real actual pick. I didn't actually look at the specific Sims. Sims is a guy I try to get in almost all my MFL tens. Oh, yeah. He's a pass catching back at over 500 on the ground, 500 through the air last year. He's great. Yeah, DeWale's not going to accidentally win you a week as long as Love Bell is healthy. But, but.

Is Lev Bell healthy now? Will he be healthy then? That's why I kind of, we just talked about, you know, not taking somebody else's handcuffs. If it's my RB5 and an NFL 10 and people are letting Williams slip to the 11th and 12th round, I will take him then because not to mention the other running backs that you're looking at there are just a bunch of guys anyways and, you know, who knows if they're ever going to do anything? Like, I'll take him over Darren Sproulers, you know. Pat Mayo talked a lot about DeAngelo Williams and having some standalone value in terms of picking him up in the, what?

He even said like seven-term. Mayo was all in on just holding him as a potential lottery check. But not having standalone value without. Correct. Right. But we know the Steelers just funnel to that RB1. Like even in the playoffs when both of those guys were hurts, they were throwing a bunch of touch. Fitz Toussaint? Oh, that fumble. Oh, man. Thanks. Massachusetts. What's your take on Mike? Like Star Wars? I'm actually really a ton-ton. I know. What's your take on Mike Wallace in Baltimore? He has him as a potential sleeper as he's a big target, and we all know how much Flacco loves to sling the ball. I'm in a PPR league, but I'm thinking in terms of touchdowns. I feel like as late as he's going, he's definitely got a lot of upside, but I hear nothing about him. Are people snoozing while I'm drooling? Yes.

Jason's looking at me, so I guess I'd answer the question. You're correct. This Raven's offense is probably the hardest one to project right now, because they are about four deep at tight end.

four deep at running back and about seven deep at receiver. I don't really know how it's going to shake out, but it would not shock me at all if Mike Wallace ends up being one of the starting receivers there. And that he ends up having, like in best ball, it's great because we know that he will have lid popping weeks and you don't have to deal with the zeros that you're probably going to get. I don't think Mike Wallace is bad.

I mean, he's not as good as his contract ever, like, led people to believe. But at the same time, he was such a poor fit with Ryan Tannahill. And then was an even, probably an even worse fit with Teddy Bridgewater. I think it's a good fit there in Baltimore. I think he probably could end up starting. Kamar Aiken's the one guy in this group, though, that I feel, like, secure about. And I know that's not answering the question, but I just wanted to say about tomorrow. Well, because I think they already said that he's the favorite for the number two job, which I don't even think that they have, like, a secure number one yet. But.

They're talking about him playing the slot. So he's the one I feel the most comfortable bridge projecting. But yeah, it wouldn't shock me at all if Mike Wallace ends up putting sleeper weeks out there. So with Mike Wallace last year, what did you see from Mike Wallace? Did he lose a step or was it, or was it Bridgewater? Why did Wallace stink so incredibly bad last year? Yeah, well, I think that it's a poor fit. It was a low volume pass offense. But at the same time, I think he's lost a step.

Which for him, like, he's still one of the fastest receivers in a league, even though he's lost a step. But sometimes when guys are over-reliant on that trump card trait, when they start to lose it a little bit. And the thing about him that, like, this is a long tangent that I won't go down. But, like, he's a little bit different from most deep threats where, like, he's not the type of guy that's going to win a ball in traffic or track the ball well. Like, he needs to just be thrown open with a lot of anticipation in the deep ball, which I think Flacco has, which is good. But at the same time, yeah, he's not going to be the guy that wins a contested catch.

needs to just streak open. Gotcha. All right. Last question we have here in the mailbag. Mike from north of the wall says, hey guys, just one. I know, another Game of Thrones name. Hey, guys, just wondering what your thoughts are on Derek Carr. He can keep him for a 10th rounder or he can keep Tyler Lockett, Alan Hearns, or Doriel Green Beckham. I'm guessing for the same round. I would guess so. Is that the insinuation? Or he's also keeping Langford for an eighth and Kelsey for a ninth. It's not a two quarterback, right?

No, and it's a four point per passing touchdown and a half point PPR. I wouldn't be touching Carr with that. I would absolutely not. I talked about this maybe a couple weeks ago, but when we all thought Derek Carr was the next coming of the great quarterback, he was playing against bottom half defenses. As soon as he started facing top half defenses, his numbers fell apart. I know there's the variable of the Amari Kupi Kupi.

The Amari Cooper injury is factored into that. But I think Carr is an okay quarterback. So I would not be keeping him for the 10th. I would be throwing the chip onto Lockett or Hurst. I'd be trying to draft Carr way after the 10th. Yeah, Sneaky bad, the second half of the season, like you mentioned. Like sneaky bad. But, yeah, I would, I never take, I never keep quarterbacks in Keeper League. Like, because, again,

car in the 10th, you could get Kirk Cousins in the 13th. They're probably going to get similar production. Of those receivers, though, I'm really kind of getting more intrigued by Tyler Lockett. He's a guy that I'm going down. I'm going to be charting him. He's the first guy I have on the agenda to chart once I get off this trip and go back into real life. I want you to fax me that paperwork immediately. We'll buy a fax machine. Elvis Dumerville. Do you have a...

A fax machine? That was a tremendous reference. Oh, wow. I just like the idea of getting a Tyler Lockett fax coming across. These numbers look good. I'm buying. I'm buying. I'm buying. I can, like, email you. A bunch of dads. Anyways. But he's a guy really intrigued with. I think I would keep him out of these guys. Because I want to believe in Doral Green Beckham's upside. But at the same time, like, I don't even know if Mike Malarkey likes that guy. Yeah, okay. So quick Green Beckham take. No, I like it. Sure. Where the.

It feels like, maybe I'm wrong, but it feels like the dynasty community loves Green Beckham. I see him go in the very, very high rounds of people are like, I'm buying in. The upside is great. I'm like, I don't know. I mean, I would never spend that pick on him. It's not like I hate him, and I think the potential is there, but it feels like the dynasty community as a whole loves Green Beckham. Yeah, and I would put myself into that group, like in terms of just.

the raw ability like he was the best player or not the best player but the best receiver in that 2015 class just based on pure ability there were obviously off field questions he missed a year um you know due to things yeah so we know so we know and he gets a little undersold for being like he's just a go route runner that just you know because i got that a lot when i was tweeting about him and that's definitely not true like he runs a pretty good variety of routes and overall has some better technique than people give him credit for but

With that all being said, he's on the Titans, which we know they want to run the ball a lot. It's a low-volume pass offense. Like, theoretically, this should be a second year breakout for him where he gets like 130 targets, but I just don't know if that's going to happen on this team. A lot of people there. Kindle Wright will be back. They brought in Rashad Matthews. Walker got paid, didn't he? Yeah, so it's like, you got to spread it around. It was really, I mean, when I tried to stream Green Beckham one time last year.

They completed, Tennessee completed two passes to wide receivers in, I think, the second half. Was that a Mettenberger week? No, it was a Marioita week. Oh, wow. It was a primetime game, too. Yeah, I was. And I was like, and I'd kind of throw myself, I'm like, I'm just going to stream him. I threw it out on the podcast. And I thought he looked good, but he got.
