The hosts feast on yum-yum garbage
Late fantasy production sends the desk to the garbage button. Mike needed Jayden Daniels garbage, another host wanted Deebo Samuel garbage, and both receive it. The hosts call it the stinkiest garbage, dive headfirst into the dumpster, and gobble nasty brown banana peels. Direct video shows normal host shots rather than a literal dumpster or graphic.

FootClan Friday awards COL 43 Well
The show restates its in-season Friday ritual of giving a $100 FantasyChamps gift card to a JoinTheFoot supporter and names COL 43 Well as the week's winner.
moment
Jason's fair trade is merely not egregious
Jason's League of Record roster has Michael Pittman benched behind Keon Coleman and Cedric Tillman. An unidentified host offers Travis Hunter and Nick Chubb for Coleman plus a third-round pick. Jason says the third is way too much, announces that he will reject the offer, but still calls it fair. Al laughs at the contradiction and agrees when asked; Jason then defines fair as simply not egregious. Video stays on the three-host desk without an Al cutaway.
moment
Mike ranks Tyquan Thornton with his heart
Mike gives Tyquan Thornton a 42-yard touchdown and a guaranteed ten points, then admits a touchdown guarantee is a heart decision rather than an analytical ranking. He adds that Thornton will catch a pass on the first drive. Direct video shows a normal Eagles-Chiefs matchup lower third, not a guarantee graphic.
moment
Kyle receives and returns a live Chiefs lookup
The hosts ask Kyle, if he is listening, when the Chiefs were last home underdogs in the Patrick Mahomes era. The desk says he is looking it up, and a few minutes later reports the answer: not since 2022. Direct video remains on the three hosts and shows no research graphic or Kyle inset.
moment
Jalen Carter keeps joining the wrong defense
During Falcons-Vikings analysis, a host says Jalen Carter will return and that the Eagles are difficult to run on. The desk catches the wrong matchup, hears 'I am a fool,' and jokes that Carter might have been traded before the speaker admits putting Philadelphia in Minnesota's place. After promising to remember which teams are playing, the later Tampa-Houston segment gives Tampa Bay both Vita Vea and Jalen Carter. Direct checks show ordinary matchup graphics, not corrective or trade graphics.
moment
Remote Kyle sleeps through East Coast prime time
Wondering how East Coast viewers handle a 10 p.m. Monday kickoff, the Arizona desk confirms remote Kyle is on microphone in Georgia. Kyle says he goes to sleep and watches the game in the morning before the hosts wake up. They tease him as a big football fan, then call him a very responsible father. Video remains on the three studio hosts with no remote inset.
moment
Mike and Jason wear the Faceoff clown wigs
Fantasy Faceoff defines its current crown-or-clown result: correct picks get a crown, incorrect picks get the look Mike and Jason have this week, and only a lone loser spins the Wheel. Direct video shows Mike and Jason put on and retain bright rainbow clown wigs while Andy remains bareheaded after a tie. A necktie and bow tie are discussed but never produced; no crown or Wheel spin appears.
moment
The Falcon's live count turns a king into a clown
One of the hosts now wearing a clown wig says the Falcon had reported three Ashton Jeanty receptions during the game, making the host believe he was a Faceoff king. Jeanty actually finished with two, so the Falcon's count was wrong and the wigged host lost. The transcript does not identify which of the two wig wearers tells the story, and video supplies no Falcon cutaway.
moment
Mike's Faceoff analysis is simply 'Russ stinks'
For his next Fantasy Faceoff pick, Mike takes Russell Wilson under 217.5 passing yards. After Andy and Jason's statistical reasoning is invoked, Mike presents his own data: 'Russ stinks,' repeating that as the basis for the under. The pick later loses and sends Mike to the following episode's Groundhog Day Wheel punishment.
summary
Episode notes
Andy, Jason, and Mike are named and visibly present throughout, with no missing host or Jay Griz. The opening briefly shows three human producers beneath the Deucers Alley sign, but no seat identity is inferred. A late Deebo Samuel touchdown and Jayden Daniels production turn garbage time into a feast: the hosts hit the garbage cue, call it the stinkiest garbage, dive headfirst into the dumpster, and gobble nasty brown banana peels. FootClan Friday then awards the recurring $100 FantasyChamps gift card to COL 43 Well. Jason's League of Record lineup puts Michael Pittman on the bench behind Keon Coleman and Cedric Tillman. An unidentified host has offered Travis Hunter and Nick Chubb for Coleman plus a third-round pick; Jason says he has not rejected it yet but will, calls it fair, then admits that by fair he means merely not egregious after Al laughs at the contradiction. Direct video stays on the ordinary host desk, with no Al cutaway. Mike gives Tyquan Thornton a 42-yard touchdown and guaranteed ten points, while explicitly separating that heart decision from analytical rankings and adding a first-drive catch. Kyle is assigned a live research question about Patrick Mahomes-era home-underdog games; the answer returns that Kansas City had not been a home dog since 2022, reinforcing the producer booth's research function. The Atlanta-Minnesota discussion then imports Jalen Carter and the Eagles into the matchup, triggers 'I am a fool,' and is followed by a promise to remember which teams are playing. Minutes later, Tampa Bay is described as having Vita Vea and Jalen Carter, turning the mistaken defender into an episode callback. Both checked sequences are normal matchup shots, not correction graphics. The late Monday doubleheader sends the desk to remote Kyle in Georgia. He says he simply sleeps through a 10 p.m. Eastern start and watches before the Arizona hosts wake up, earning sarcastic 'big football fan' treatment and sincere recognition as a responsible father. Video shows no remote inset. Fantasy Faceoff supplies the visible finale. The rules promise a crown for a correct projection, a clown look for an incorrect one, and a Wheel spin only for a lone loser. Direct video shows Mike and Jason put on bright rainbow clown wigs while Andy remains bareheaded after a tie; the proposed tie or bow tie never appears, and no crown or Wheel spin is shown. One wigged host had believed he was king because the Falcon reported three Ashton Jeanty catches, but the official two makes the Falcon wrong and leaves the host in clown hair. Mike's next pick is Russell Wilson under 217.5 passing yards, justified against the others' statistics with only 'Russ stinks.' The later Groundhog Day Wheel punishment grows directly from that failed choice. Routine matchup advice is omitted.
If you're going to be approaching Monday and you're not 100% sure that he's going to play, would you wait on him and then just play mayor if Brock doesn't go? I'd be willing to do that. I am willing to do that, yeah. Mayor had four targets, four receptions for 38, which is obviously as we've established a great line for a tight end. And he did that while Brock Bowers was very involved, obviously. So if Bowers is out, I think it's worth going with mayor. Yeah, you know, just you watched the game last night. You said Jordan Love chucked it deep. He was 9.4 in a temp last night. That's how good Gino was in terms of downfield targets. He was at 10.6. Herbert, it was awesome to see in week one. He's Jason started the week on the road here in week who also got talked up on the dynopod this week. I'd play Herb over DAC for sure this week. I'd play him. Him and Fields, I would probably play Fields, but I think either one's fine. You can flip a coin. What do you think?
I've got Herbert one spot ahead of Fields, but Fields is my quarterback seven on the week. So both are good plays. To me, Justin Herbert is a great quarterback, and Justin Fields is not. And they both can have great fantasy output, so I would rather play Herbert. All right. We have Najee Harris. Maybe it gets more involved. Amarian Hampton, where are you with him after one week? I'm very encouraged by his utilization, 80% of snaps, 17 opportunities. We knew going in last week that Kansas City was going to be a very, very difficult matchup. And I don't see the Raiders as a pushover, but they're certainly not like an unstoppable defense by any means. I have Hampton at 17 right now in my weekly rankings. Feels appropriate. Kenan Allen's my start of the week at wide receiver. Quentin Johnston can be played in this game.
Ladd-McConkie as well. I think this is going to be the, you know, Kyle will be asleep, but I think this is going to be the game you look forward to. Oh, yeah. And I think it's going to be a lot of fun. The fact that it's in Las Vegas after that week one performance by the Raiders where, you know, I saw some things I really like. I hope Bowers can play to make this. Yes. Because I think they're going to really, really need him. Who scores more fantasy points in this game? Really think about it. Omanhampton or Ashton Gentie. Because Gentie is going to be higher in everybody's rankings. You obviously drafted higher.
But the touchdown opportunities and the passing work seemed like they both favor Omari and Hampton. The passing work? The receiving work. I mean, not like dropping back to pass. But I mean, Ashton Genti caught two passes last week. So did Hampton. Hampton wasn't his route participation better? Maybe. He was too. I mean, they were both extremely, you know, they're on the field all the time. And granted, I will say that the one caveat to that. They could be working Najee more and more in. For all we know, come week four, Amaran Hampton's going to be down at, you know, 55% of snaps. Thank you. So what is the answer? I would still go Gentie. I think Hampton scored more points. Okay. I'm having a hard time. I will go with my rankings. I've got Gentie up ahead of Hampton. So it should be fun. There's a lot of fantasy relevant players in this game. And it's, you know, pretty close line. What's the level with, uh,
for Q huge of what type of names are you willing to play him over? Yeah, let's... A hot waiver ad. Kayshawn Booty or Quentin Johnston. I'd play, I'd play Quentin. I think they're both. They both have some question marks, so I will go upside of Quentin. Jaylon Waddle or Quentin Johnston. Quentin Johnston. Keon Coleman. Michael Pittman or Quentin Johnston. This week, if... CERTAN is active. I'll go huge. All right. That'll do it for the matchups, but we still have the face off. Fantasy faceoff. Presented by prize picks. What do we call this? Getting our feet wet. Is that what this is? Yeah, we're just warm enough. Getting our wigs on. We had. Testing the water. Every week we build a lineup based on the prize picks projections. And if you get that pick correct, you get to put on a crown. If it's incorrect, you look like Mike and Jason this week.
And if one of you stands alone as the loser will spin the wheel of shame, which did not happen this week. I feel like a winner. I was not a winner. I took D.K. Metcalfe. We should get a tie. Oh, that's a good idea. Yeah. Anybody got a spare tie laying around? I don't think we do. I forgot mine today. This is good. Will a bow tie count? pre sure you put a bow on both both time yeah yeah i i tied so i am not in the clown outfit speaking of ashen ginty's two receptions yeah you knew that number intimately i knew that number intimately because throughout the end about the second half of the game uh the falcon let us know that he had three and so i i was a i was a king
Except for he didn't. Except he was wrong and he finished the game with two. James Connor's rushing projection last week was 69 and a half yards. He only ended up with 39 yards in that. It was really disappointing. So you're in a clown wig now. So our week two picks, I'm going to go Jackson, Smith, and Jigba. There are a few players that I was more impressed with in week one and their utilization where they were on the field and how they looked. More than 61.5 receiving yards. 61.5 is shockingly low. Yeah. Well, I'm taking more. Yeah, I totally agree. He had 83% of his teams receiving yards last week. Oh, and I think on the show, I exclaimed like, yeah, because he had it's a 50% target share. It was 59. Oh, yeah. So I apologize for my inaccuracy. All right. My.
My pick this week, I think, is pretty fun. I love Zach Charbonnet. I think he's going to be involved. I think he's perfect for this offense. This is an interesting one. But the projection is 12 and a half yards for his longest rushing attempt. So his breakaway run, will he hit 13 yards or more? I am going to say no. I'm taking less than 12.5 rushing yards. And here's why. Well, first of all, last week, his longest was seven. But look at last year. Last year, he only did it three times. 13 of 17 games, he did not have one single rush attempt that was more than 12 and a half yards. And in those three games, those just so happened to be the three games where he had over 80% of snaps and was basically alone. So he's going to split 50-50 here this week with Walker. And so he's just not that type of a breakaway runner.
All right, Mike, your projection here. All right. So I'm going with Russell Wilson. His projection is 217 and a half passing yards. And I am taking the less. And I see a reason here in a bullet point reason. Like Andy, Jason, they laid out some real good statistical. Oh, 96% of Zach Charbonnet's carries went for fewer than 15 yards last year. Bottom fifth percent. There is data here. Yeah, check this out. Russ stinks. That's data. That's your reasoning? Yeah. Less than 217.5 passing yards due to... Because he stinks. Stinking. All right. That was Fantasy Faceoff presented by prize picks. Check out Max discounts on the app now like Travis Kelsey at more than 0.5 receiving yards for the September 14th game. Use the code footballers and get $50 instantly in lineups when you play $5. That's going to do it. Y'all look dumb and them wigs. Let's hope to get that turned around. Some crowns next week.
