On paper, it's a brutal schedule against the run. You've got to face the Denver defense against the run. You've got to face Jacksonville, the Rams, the Chargers twice. It's a brand new quarterback. How good is this team compared to the other teams in the division?

And then you just have regression in terms of those total carries. He's not getting 272 again. Do you believe, Mike, as the believer of Kareem Hunt, who I think is a great player, do you believe he's getting 272 carries? I do not. Okay. I have him at 220. And so he's our consensus 10 because Jason and I have him at 13 and 12. Mike, you've got him at 6. I get it. Every year you kind of have to plant your flag on a situation. And for me,

There are players I would rather take with more guaranteed workloads and less probability of aggression than Kareem Hunt. That is why he was difficult for me to rank. I had to take a stand with him, and that stand put him at the back. Now, look, it's hard to take him anything beyond an RB1, and he's probably, he's right in that category. That's where we got him. It's just, I don't see him as a top three guy.

I don't put him in the Camara category. Yeah, for me, I mean, you know, you say I've got him at 12, which is also rather low. And I don't view him in any negative light. I actually would love to have Cream Hunt. I think this is a deeper pool of legitimate, you know, tier one, or, you know, not fantasy tier one, but just as far as.

volume running backs with talent who could catch the ball. You know, I've got a couple other guys that might be a little bit surprising just barely above Craven Hunt like Christian McCaffrey and Jerich McKinnon. Seyquan Barclay is one that I have ahead too that people think we're crazy to put them up there. Really? Oh, yeah. See, I think that one is not nearly as hot as having McKinnon. I think MacKinnon would be. Dalvin Cook. Oh, I think. And look, I love Dalvin Cook, but I'm saying I think it's.

It's a little hot takeier to have those guys above Cream Hunt. I agree. I agree with that. But it doesn't mean you're wrong. Look, we're talking about what did we labor with in this ranking process? Cream Hunt was difficult to rank. Okay, so here is another. I'll kick off the next one, and I'll stick with the running back position.

The Green Bay Packers' running back situation as a whole is one of the most difficult, but I wanted to highlight and focus on Ty Montgomery, the most forgotten man out there right now. What is he going to be this year? Yeah, you said you're sticking to the running back position and we don't even know if you're sticking to the running back position. That's the point is that you guys, and by you guys, I'm not speaking of.

The two of you, I'm speaking of everybody, is completely forgetting about Ty Montgomery, is saying they're not even sure he's a running back. Last year, coming into the season, who were the three running backs that the Green Bay Packers had as they're starting running backs? What was their running back room? Well, coming into the season, after the draft? Montgomery was the starter, Jamal Williams, Aaron Jones. Who are the running backs right now for the Green Bay Packers? Aaron Jones.

And Jamal Williams. So you have omitted Time Montgomery, who the Green Bay Packers themselves have continually said is going to be very involved. Now, when he was healthy, the first three weeks of the season, when the Green Bay Packers were winning games, do you remember that Ty Montgomery was a top five running back? He was getting 125% of the carries. Certainly he was way to involved and that number will come down. But.

For these reasons, this discussion is where I have a hard time taking Time Montgomery and throwing him away. When all three running backs were there, he was the guy that they went with. Granted, they were rookies. They got a little bit more experience, so will they be more involved? Certainly. You can't give Time Montgomery the workload. But how it splits up is a real question, and I believe with complete certainty, that there is going to be a very valuable...

running back from the Green Bay Packers for fantasy football. And most people are putting Jamal Williams and Aaron Jones ahead of Time Montgomery. They don't know what to do with Time Montgomery. They're getting rid of him. He is to me a wild card player where I could easily see him at the end of the year being a top 24 running back, a very valuable guy and being drafted at the end of them. You know, it's just weird that all of a sudden.

even though he was clearly the best back was the most versatile back. They lost Jordy Nelson and he is a great receiver. And it's like you don't put them with wide receivers. And now we don't put them with running back. You might, you know, we might all get a clear picture of what they're going to do as we inch closer. You know, when we get into training camp.

The clarity may come with these guys. I actually have Todd Montgomery scoring more fantasy points than Jamal Williams and Aaron Jones. So I understand Jason's perspective there. I believe it. This is not a situation where just because he was injured, although that is one of the problems with Ty Montgomery has been durability. Just because he was injured, these teams don't throw these players away. He is versatile. He is talented. Jamal Williams struggled.

with 3.6 yards per carry. I think the versatility of Time Montgomery, reliability in the eyes of Aaron Rogers, at a minimum makes him relevant. Yeah, I mean, week 14, when Aaron Rogers came back, a must win game against Carolina and they lost. I wouldn't doubt it if they went, man, I wish we had Time Montgomery during this game. Yeah, possibly. It's all about the draft price, which I think you were right, Andy. By the time draft season rolls around, I think we will have the clear picture of it.

There's players out there doing best ball drafts on draft and you've got to plant your flag. I have mine firmly planted on Aaron Jones and Jamal Williams splitting it with Jones being the having more of the timeshare in terms of carries. But he was actually bad as far as efficiency of working with targets and catching the ball while Jamal Williams was actually great, which is.

interesting because you would have. Yeah, coming out of college. In the draft process, that was flipped around. So that could just be an outlier year for Aaron Jones in the receiving game. But for me, if I'm taking a guy right now, I will take Aaron Jones. Don't forget about time. Right. Once the draft season comes along, Time Montgomery might be free. And you just surprise, surprise week one. He might be free in dynasty leagues today. And that would be another potential low.

He had 100, I apologize, just in college, you need to give the backstory for Kenyon Drake. He only had 233 carries in college. His most utilized season was only 92 carries in one season. He was not drafted to be a workhorse. So that's the background. Last year, he ended up with 133 attempts. Weeks 1 through 6. He totaled 4 carries, 4 3 yards. He had 5 targets.

I had five carries in those weeks. The first four games without Jay Ajay, 32 carries, 175 yards, now very efficient, but 32 carries in four games, that's not going to get it done for fantasy football. And that time he had 14 targets. Then Damien Williams gets hurt. And he finishes the season with a stat sheet.

filling 91 carries, 444 yards, and two touchdowns, 28 targets. He averaged 18 carries and six targets in the games without Damien Williams.
