I am Matt Jones. It could change. Yeah, I agree with that. If you have to start one of these guys, I think Matt Jones has already shown that he's probably going to be the larger share. More explosive, highest potential for a big game. If you need a rumbling eight points, then Alfred Morris is the way to go. So who would you rather start? Darren Sproles or Matt Jones? Matt Jones.

Yes, I agree with that. Especially with the DeMarco. You know, you took DeMarco out the field, that argument becomes PPR dependent probably. Anybody else that we need to mention there before we talk Browns Chargers? Nope. Very high on Philip Rivers this week. I think he's a great start. We put an article up on the site about Travis Benjamin in his current pace, the amount of snaps, the amount of catches on targets. It seems like it's a mirage. Are you starting Travis Benjamin, though?

I'm not going to start Travis Benjamin. I believe that he could be a viable flex option and do all right. I'm just not going to start him because I think when I look at all the players in that tier at flex, I would rather have other guys. I mean, you know, he's being talked about with like a Stevie Johnson. And I would much rather have the known factor of, I believe the offense is going to produce a lot more on other teams.

than the Travis Benjamin. And Travis Benjamin, I think, started last year in the first couple games with like three or four touchdowns, just like this year. And it said in that article we post, the rest of the year pretty much was completely worthless, which is why coming into this year, you didn't know who Travis Benjamin was. Yeah, I don't play him. I bench him. But let's say this. If he has another okay week, then maybe I'll start buying it. I'm just still not.

Yeah, I mean, it's tough with a production that is so touchdown dependent and big play dependent. So to answer that, though, Travis Benjamin or Michael Crabtree? Crabtree, for sure. Have you heard the numbers on Crabtree about his targets inside the 10-yard line? Nope. Ten. That's a lot. How many touchdowns? I don't know. Actually, he only had that one game as one touchdown. But how, this could just be a mirage, but how many targets inside the 10 does Amari Cooper have?

Well, Cooper scores from about 60 yards away. Just saying, zero is the answer. That's interesting. No, that's, I mean, at a minimum, Carr trust Crabtree. Crabtree performed well in preseason, and he's performed well so far, target numbers wise. If Carrs succeeds and he continues to ascend as a quarterback, both guys are going to benefit from it. And a lot of the times, that means Crabtree is going to be the value to you, whether it's in DFS formats or in as a spot start for biweeks. You know, Crabtree's probably a guy you can roll out there in the right matchup. So Travis Benjamin or Pierre Garcin. Carson.

Garstown, for sure. Brandon Cooks. Coox. Ruben Randall? Rubes Randall. Where do I get down? Michael Floyd? Benjamin. Benjamin. Richard Matthews? Richard Matthews. I'll play Matthews. All right. The Browns are 14th against the past. They're dead last against the run. I think this means good things for Melvin Gordon. It sure does. I like Melvin Gordon a lot. And I like Woodhead a lot. Yeah.

Last week, we were pretty high on the San Diego run D. And if you aren't aware, if you just look at the box score and you see that, oh, they didn't really have a good game. That was not indicative. What happened in the game flows, both of them come fourth quarter, neither one of them played another snap because they were just down so much. They took their running backs out. What that says to me is that these running backs health...

is important to them. They see them as valuable cogs in the offense. So don't get down from last week and think Melvin Gordon and Danny Woodhead aren't good options because they didn't put up points last week. It's a fallacy. Yeah, I love Gordon this week and we'll talk to Meanie about it as well. Nice. All right. The Vikings face the Broncos? Breaking news. The bad news Broncos? No, no, no. Breaking news. I'm so glad you did not trade him to me this week, Andy. Well, what difference is amazing? It makes no difference. This is why I traded from Mike Evans. It looks like T.J. Eldon's getting a start in my lineup this week. Mike, I don't know if that's good or bad for you. We'll see. That's great. The Vikings face the Broncos. Now, the Broncos are about seven-point favorites. Manning dubbed them the bad news Broncos this week. Because, you know, has his 3-0 team ever seemed so kind of?

unsure of itself or the world seemed unsure of it. You know, Manning is moving to the shotgun. They're learning this offense, but their defense is so good. They're the number one pasty, the sixth run. I don't think that changes. Von Miller's outstanding. So from a offensive perspective, let's talk about the impact that that kind of a defense will have in Denver against the Vikings because I wouldn't expect that we're starting anybody except for maybe, you know, obviously AP.

Yeah, you start Peterson, but you... Do you temper expectation for us? Yeah, absolutely. The Denver run defense is going to be a gigantic problem for the Vikings. I mean, yeah, Adrian Peterson, he can bust one off at any time. But I just, with that pass defense, being able to shut guys down, the Minnesota passing game is just, is non-existent right now. Teddy Bridgewater has a...

large disappointment in fantasy. And Charles Johnson is banged up. Not that we have seen really any Charles Johnson sightings, but it's just, if that is shut down by the corners of Denver, which I think that those guys can do it, like Talib, that's trouble for Adrian Peterson this week. You know, their Rundi has actually been, the Denver.

defense as a whole has been excellent because of their incredible pasty and because of their past rush. However, they have given up, you know, several touchdowns so far this year. And I think that the reason for that is because you just can't pass on them. You have to run. And so this could be, you know, I'm not tempering too much of the expectations on AP.

because he's going to get the workload, just like we saw against San Diego, where they had a good pasty, and they used the rush like crazy. Yeah, I have no problem with AP, and Jason makes a good point. They're sixth against the run statistically, but fantasy-wise, they're actually 21st against opposing running backs, because running backs have scored three touchdowns on them in the year, and, you know, the last couple weeks has been mid-20s for running back production. So not that you're sitting AP, but... No, no, no, no, there's no one I'm...

I'm sitting him for. So what do we do with CJ Mr. Anderson? I was about to make a prediction about C.J. Anderson. Mr. Anderson. I think Anderson has a over 100-yard game this week. Oh, I love it. I love it. Yeah, I think it's time for that offense to find its rhythm. And the passing offense, the ability to do to.

to play action pass is very important for Manning. And I think Anderson just needs to be healthy for more than about four snaps in a row to let them find a rhythm and do what they need to do. Now, we'll see if he can run it out of the shotgun. We'll see if he has the burst that he needs to have. Hillman will spell him a little bit. But I'm expecting good things against the Vikings D that ranks 24th against the run. I love it. All right. And in Denver. So the Packers are facing off against the 49ers. I don't see a way.

that the 49ers can win this game. I can't conceive it based on what we've seen the last few weeks. The ineptitude on the offensive side of the ball for San Francisco and the fact that they'll need to score points. The overrun on this game is 48, which I think is the highest. That being said, that's got to be very packer heavy. Yeah. Oh, how the 49ers fans are.

Want that DeLorean to go back to week one. Week one was a great time to be in San Francisco. Yeah, not so much anymore. You know, you can't start a wide receiver for the 49ers, can you? No way. You can, now you're going to see Reggie Bush come back. We talked about this yesterday. I mean, if anything, it hurts Hyde a little bit. You're not starting Reggie Bush. No. You're not starting Vernon Davis. No.

But I don't even think Vernon Davis will play. He's pretty injured right now. Still missing practice. And you're not starting Colin Kaepernick. Well, Colin Kaepernick can run on them. We saw that with Russell Wilson. So the one thing I will say is that they're going to be down. They're going to have to be in throwing situations. And Kaepernick's probably going to run for 60 or 70 yards this game. So it gives you a decent base. 47 to 7 last week. But. And how many? 47 to 7. How many?

I mean, I'm just saying his fantasy success, we've seen it go both directions on the blowouts. Pittsburgh, they were being blown out. He had garbage time. Last week, they're being blown out. No garbage time. Very, very bad game for Kaepernick. I think he had six total points, and that was with a touchdown. Right. But do we buy into the history of success that Colin Kaepernick has had against the Packer franchise? No? No. No, I don't either. Okay. I don't, I've never been a big, like, you know,

fan of those type of statistics over years. Like it just, they just seem odd to me, you know, at least in baseball, when those type of things happen, you're going into a stadium that's built a certain way with a certain dimension. I mean, you're playing on the same field, different people on the team. I don't know. These things just, when the streak happens, they tend to continue. Give me a bunch of other, give me a bunch of other quarterback options personally. Yeah, I agree. I'm just, I'm throwing it out. James Jones is a wide receiver. High-end wide receiver two. Yeah, I'll go low one.

I wonder if he's just at home giggling now. James Jones is the place that he was in last year versus now. Randall Cobb, three, four more touchdowns. I gave him two this week. Did you really? I really did. I stated him two touchdowns. Look, if Rogers is going to throw for four, they got to go somewhere. There they do. So anything else about this game you want to jump out and scream? All right, the Rams are facing Arizona. Arizona is at home. The over-under than this game is lower. It's a 42-point over-under. Mike, you've been very open with the fact that you think Palmer stays hot. Yes, Palmer. Despite the fairly solid Rams defense. Well, they've been okay. I think that especially the running. If you can run on the Rams, which teams have been able to do, and a big difference for the Cardinals,

is they've been able to run this year. I'm not sure if it's just the passing game is open to run or if it's just the line is finally getting it together. But if the Cardinals can run and then you can play action pass, they're going to be unstoppable. Okay, so Ellington is set to start. The Rams have been giving up running yards, but not passing. They've been very good against the pass. They've been not so good against a run. So my question here is Ellington starts.

CJ 2Ks looked good. Who do you start and do you have confidence in either? That's where I'm going. This might not be a good. I don't start any Arizona card on running back if I have a better option, which I mean is a stupid thing to say, but I think I'll have a better option is the point. Let's say you are with the Ellington owner and you handcuffed with CJ2K. Who do you play? This week, if Ellington starts, I play Ellington. But I don't want to play either. But you probably don't have. If you had to choose, yeah.

So far, the Rams have not given up more than one touchdown in a game through the air and more than 250 yards total in a game. And they played Big Ben. Granted, he went out in the fourth, actually in the, I think, mid in the third, but he hadn't done anything of note on them beforehand. So they played Russell Wilson. So I'm not sure that I love the Cardinals from a fantasy perspective, other than their defense. I would love to play the Arizona Cardinals fantasy defense this week.

Mike has got the Cardinals D. I'm like agreeing with you. A guaranteed two touchdown. The Cowboys are facing off against the Saints. We got to get through these two matchups here.
