We did see Kirk Cousins go, but Jordan Reed and Tyler Eifert, both guys that we look at as late-round values sleepers, late-round values. This isn't late enough for me, probably. But Reed and Eifert both go, and I'm on the clock. My team right now, Saquan Barclay and Ronald Jones are the running backs, Hilton, Gordon, Edelman.

at wide receiver. Don't take my guy. And Rob Grancowski. Now, I'm having a tough time deciding between running back and wide receiver at this point. Some running backs I would consider. Whatever you do, don't take a wide receiver. I would consider Isaiah Crowell. I would consider Tariq Cohen in a half-point league. Somebody I think has a lot of potential this year. Those are the guys that I'm staring down at the running back position at wide receiver.

I see Corey Davis and he's just sitting there staring at me saying, hey, do you actually believe in me? Yeah. Do you actually believe in me, Andy? Because you said you do, and my ADP is the second pick of the second round. And now you're here at the eighth pick of the seventh round. And I'm going to take him. Cory Davis, come on down. Fantastic. Mike celebrates us. So this is a pro tip for those out there. If you are doing a live draft and you are ever trying to get into the head of... Which you did not. Well,

Maybe. Could not be confirmed or to know it? Yeah, maybe because I wanted you to not draft a running back. So I wasn't even listening to you, Mike. Mm-hmm. Well, here's the thing. I give any credit enough to know that you had four wide receivers and were being sarcastic. But if you go with the whatever you do.

don't do this, it doesn't matter what you say. It really doesn't. Because then they start overthinking, well, are they going reverse psychology on me? Or are they going double reverse psychology on me? Oh, it puts people on tilt. It makes people tilt. I am not joking. No, it's, it really is true. I've been in that situation where people are like, whatever you do, don't blank. And then Mike, just draft some AJ P. Ryan and move on. See, that doesn't work.

You have to go whatever you do, Mike. Don't draft a tie. Who are you picking? We're in the back of the seventh round. So at this point, I am considering this an extreme value. I have some unknown running backs. And this running back, it is very known what he can do. He is very long in the tooth. I do not by any credence to this nonsense Doug Martin hype.

I didn't want anything to do with him last year. Wow. But Marshawn Lynch in the back of the 7th. I would have even taken Marshaun Lynch in the 6th. I strongly considered him over Marvin Jones. Now, see, I do buy some of the Doug Martin thing. I do not. You always want to buy into Doug Martin. That is correct. I love the back of the 7th round getting any starting running back. And then you're getting a guy. Why? Okay. This is what's important about these shows.

Why Marshaun Lynch over a guaranteed starter in Isaiah Carwell? They're both on teams that, you know, we're unsure of what the offense is going to be. The Crowell was just paid. Doug Martin was just paid. It wasn't Lynch. Why not the both? It was Doug Martin. And Doug Martin's 29 years old. Marshal Lynch is 34. Because Marshal Lynch still showed that he is sensational. I apologize. He's 32. He was great last year when they actually gave him the opportunity.

And there's still a very solid offensive line in the interior. There are a great run blocking line. John Grudeau, at least by all accounts, wants to run the ball. And while Isaiah Crowell is going to provide value, and I think he is absolutely worth a draft. I actually believe in Marshall Lynch. I'm not just drafting a starting running back who should get touches. I'm drafting a guy that I think has seven to eight touchdown potential.

8 to 900 yards on the ground in the 7th round, to provide an actual stable force to my running back position. So I'm extremely happy. All right. Hogan, Garson, Garoppolo, Cohen, Funches, and Burkhead. We're the next off the board. Yeah, so my team now at this point is fully balanced. I have, well, not fully balanced, but I've very close with my wide receivers and running backs.

I do prefer to leave my draft with more running backs than I do wide receivers. I'm going to take a look over at the tight end position. The best guys available in ADP are Jack Doyle, Kittle, Howard. After that run, I just have little to no interest in drafting any of these guys. Or even playing against Jason and I with Burton and Goronkowski. I mean, I would probably just resign. Fair enough, except...

One of the guys who I still have is a tight end one is on the board and will be on the board for quite some time. And that is Vance McDonald. I've always been doing the no pants Vance dance. You can make the face. No, I will make the face and you will not stop me. It's one thing to say, hey, he's a sleeper. It's another thing to say, let's just lock him in. Yes. Because you could dump him in two weeks. Oh, yeah, I certainly could. But at least you're not paying the price. But I'm going to draft him late.

The reports out of Pittsburgh are already very positive in featuring him. I know it's super small sample size, but go through this list of tight ends. Can any of them in a playoff game be a 12 target, 10 reception 100 plus yard guy? And I think the answer to that is a firm no. I think Charles Clay is a better pick. Wow. Charles Clay? I think Charles Clay. Mr. Necessary. I think he's a much better pick than Vance McDonald.

Well, I mean a much better thing. Oh, yeah, put that on the board. That's easy. Waterbed. That's extremely easy. Charles Clay will do nothing. The ceiling is with your opinion, Mike. The ceiling is with Vance McDonald, but the probability has to be on, has to be on Clay's side. Charles Clay is technically going to line up as both outside wide receivers, the slot wide receiver, and the tight end on one play.

Yeah, Charles, make your pick, Mike. You're dragging your feet. I certainly am I talking through the process. Oh, we, well, we got to move on. I think the people want more process from, from, no. Just for you? No, they don't. No, they don't. All right. So at this point, eighth round, I'm starting to take some, some upside shots, which at the wide receiver position, Will Fuller, if you want to buy into what Watson was doing.

Manny Sanders bounce back, and Robbie Anderson. Those are the three guys that I am looking at at the wide receiver position. And at running back, this is the time if you want to believe in Marlon Mack or Aaron Jones is actually the other running back. A lot of Naim Hines talk today. A lot of Jordan Wilkins talk today. Not surprised considering what Marlon Mack is, but go ahead and take him.

And so they talk about the backups. Yeah, fair. And the whispers from the bushes that I have heard out of Green Bay concerning Aaron Jones are it could be a full time share to start. But by the end of the season, you will wish that you had Aaron Jones on your roster. And that's exactly how I felt coming into draft season. I don't personally think that. But the people that I trust the most from Green Bay do share that opinion.

I mean, I don't hope that happens because I think to Montgomery should get the crack, but my opinion doesn't matter as to the outcome and the opinions that do. I hear the same things, Mike. So Mike took Aaron Jones. I went with Isaiah Crowell for the same reason that Mike took Marshall and Lynch the round before. I need to solidify a roster that, much like Mike, Mike, you had Penny and Geist. I have Barkley and Jones, and we both needed a...

A bruiser that we could count on if we needed a week and we needed a starter. You went Lynch. I went Crowell. Fuller, Montgomery, Jamal Williams. So you had Montgomery and Jamal Williams and Aaron Jones all going the eighth round, which tells you, as of today, nobody knows what the heck's going to happen at the Green Bay backfield when three running backs go in the same round.

And then Emmanuel Sanders went. I'm sure, Mike, you're hoping he'd slide back around. I was hoping, yes. And Jason, you wait. Did you end up just skipping your pick? Oh, yeah, you did. You took Smash Jack Maxen. Yes, Smash Maxen. I am a believer in Marlon Mack. I think in the eighth round, back of the eight round. There's zero risk, and I have the chance to get the starting running back for the Andrew Luck led Colts. There's a lot of things that need to fall into place there. Like Andrew Luck playing? That was one of them, yes, absolutely. But in the back of the eighth round,

I mean, that's value. I absolutely can't pass up. Then it comes to roster construction. I'm looking for a wide receiver for sure. It's still too early for me to grab a quarterback. My running backs I feel confident with. And my wide receivers are good. AJ Green, Adam, Thiel, and J.J., Green, Adam, Thiel, and Juju, I'm very happy. So when I look at the guys that were on the board at wide receiver, I see a lot of guys where it's like, I'm pretty confident they're going to do some stuff.

You know, Jamison Crowder's out there, Calvin Benjamin, but I want the chance. You don't want a guy this is going to do some stuff. Exactly. I want the chance when I'm drafting my fourth wide receiver and back for something special to happen. And, you know, while I put the chance at less than 50%, if your quarterback is Aaron Rogers, then there is a chance that Randall Cobb, after Jordan Nelson leaves town, ends up with 8, 9, 10 touchdowns and is actively involved in the passing game. I'm going to take him here. All right.

After Randall Cobb, which I think is a good pick here. In the ninth round, great value. Legerrett Blunt, we saw our first defense go off the board, Marquis Goodwin, Devante Parker. And here I took very similar philosophy. I actually took Andrew Luck. All in. With the eighth pick in the ninth round, I'm a T.Y. Hilton owner in this draft. And at this point, with my confidence in the ability to stream a quarterback, I'm staring down Andrew Luck or I'm staring down Matthew Stafford here, the two quarterbacks that I think can give me top five production.

If they're healthy. I win Andrew Luck simply 100% because I have T.Y. Hilton and I want the stack on this lineup. If luck doesn't pan out, if he's not going to play, I'm going to pivot. I'm going to go take. I don't know. James Winston or Dak Prescott or Pat Mahomes or Matt Ryan or fill in the gap with somebody else that's going to be sitting there on waivers is the one quarterback league. And so I took Andrew Luck. I want the highest upside with this pick.

I like it. You'll win the votes on the names. The big names awards. Honestly, I do like the pick. I think your logic holds up. I don't have any problems. It was the same logic you just had. So that's good that it held up. There you go. So I'm on the clock. And if you can rewind and check the names I mentioned before I selected Aaron Jones. And one of those was wide receiver Robbie Anderson. I considered him with Randall Cop. I fully expect.

regression to happen to Robbie Anderson, but the ceiling is there at the back of the ninth round, and my wide receivers are very sturdy. I mean, they are not going to tip over. They are fully balanced, fully symmetrical with Odell Beckham, Keenan Allen, Larry Fitz, and Marvin Jones. I can take that upside of Robbie Anderson. Maybe I'll be able to flip him around later on in the season.

All right, you're back on the clock, Mike, after Anderson went the Rams, Benjamin, Foreman, Big Ben, and Rivers both went. So, Mike, if you were thinking about quarterback, you don't get Big Ben or Rivers. Yeah, it's a little bit disappointing that Big Ben went there on the turn because he, I'm in that quarterback range now with three picks and tight end kicker and defense allocated to, or five picks. Three of those are tight end kicker defense, and I need a tight end.

Wait, did I just double up on the tight end? Whatever. So the quarterbacks. You still need a tight in. Kicker in defense. Thank you. And a quarterback. The quarterback's available, Matthew Stafford. This is why we wait. Ladies and gentlemen, Matthew Stafford, Matt Ryan, I'm not taking Derek Carr. Pat Mahomes, Mariotta, Dac, James, Alex Smith, Case Keenham. There are just so many delightful options here. And I, I'm going to.

surprise myself a little bit because I don't like him nearly. Send in the car. No. You will not mind meld me into drafting. Whatever you do, don't draft Derek Carr. Whatever you do, don't draft any Oakland Raider quarterbacks. Oh, crap. Yeah, what do you do? Wait, so does that mean you guys don't want me? Send in the car. Send in the car.

I don't like him as much as you guys do because I don't think the ceiling is top five. But Joe Flacco. But he is, dang it, get out of my head. But he is absolutely a steady eddy with 4K yards, mid-20s in the touchdowns. And that's Maddie Stafford. Poop on you, Mike. All right at this point. Poop on you. Oh, are you still quarterbackless? Yeah. Yeah. You're darn right. I'm going to be the last one of the three of us and he'll be fine for it. Yeah. I'm going to go with Nick Chubb.
