Fantasy footballers top 10. Let's go ahead and answer a question from our listeners. Mailbag. I changed it up. All right. Do you guys want to read this one? This was an email that came in from Jordan S. Sure, I'll read it. Jordan S says, we keep... Yeah, I guess we have to shorten that a little bit. Says we keep eight with no round penalty to start. His league is two quarterbacks, three running backs.

three wide receivers, a tight-in, and two flex. So he's in a hardcore league. I think that's... Oh, yeah, okay. That's what he plays every week. Yeah, that's quite the depth of roster. Standard-ish scoring. Quarterbacks get a little bit more five points per touchdown and 0.1 per completion. He says people in his league are quarterback-heavy most keep three, so it's hard to improve there. So here is his dilemma. He's planning on keeping Foles Kaepernick, Levi-on-Bell.

Lashon McCoy, Latavius Murray, Jordan Matthews, and Mike Evans. You couldn't find the rest of the email, could you? I could not. There it is. So his options for his last spot that he needs to keep, assuming we keep those seven in order, are Devante Freeman, Eric Decker, Doug Martin, Alan Robinson, Percy Harvin, Golden Tate, Terrence West, Andre Williams. Who do I keep? Well, let's start by just eliminating some of these obvious ones, right?

We're not keeping Doug Martin or Percy Harvin or Andre Williams. Anybody else you want to just cross off there very easily? Probably want to cross off Alan Robinson as well. I agree. I know. I like Alan Robinson, but you got to cross them up. For me, it's Terrence West, by the way. That's the answer to the question. I think Terrence West offers most upside, most dynasty potential in that backfield. Devante Freeman's interesting, for sure.

But that's the only other interesting guy for me. For me, I'll go ahead. I think I will throw this out there, and this isn't my pick. But I actually think Eric Decker is a little bit interesting given his...

current lineup. He starts three wide receivers, three running backs, and two flex. So you could say running backs are even more important, and you'd be right. But more than likely most teams, because there's not enough running backs to be able to fill those roster spots out. Most teams are probably playing five wide receivers, you know, because they've got to have three running backs plus receivers. And if you're playing five wide receivers, I think Eric Decker could be good. But my pick...

would be Devante Freeman as of now, not knowing what's going on in the draft. I just like his, you know, right now he's the number one. Right now, Terence West isn't. But I do think those are your two best options. I will say this about Devante Freeman being number one. He's the number one of putting a number two on the field. Wow. If you catch my drift. I do not think Devante Freeman is the guy that the Falcons are going to add somebody.

If you look back on when Freeman was given an opportunity, he left it all over the floor. Now, I am intrigued by Terrence West. I'm also intrigued by Eric Decker and Golden Tate. I think I can narrow my list down to those three guys. I would lean towards Terrence West because I think in that system, once Alex Max is back, what people don't remember about the Cleveland Browns,

They could run the ball. They almost made the playoffs because they could run the ball. What, are we dead? No, we're still good. Okay. They almost made the playoffs on the strength of a running game that completely collapsed when Alex Mack collapsed his femur. Right? Yeah. That was a really sad day for me. Yes, as the Ben Tate guy. So, and I think Terrence West is the guy over the crow. And...

Terence West, he's a young player who has, he's shown that he has, he has some talent. He also has the ability to have his coach not dress him for a game for some reason. I would say the danger in Terrence West is the Browns seem to have no idea what they're doing. Eric Decker, I like because he's in that new system where he, and he's got.

He's got Brandon Marshall lining up outside of him. Eric Decker is no longer the number one. He's the number two, which I think speaks highly to Decker's game. Sounds like Taryn West. Taryn West is our pick. Yeah, that's what I was going to say. Well, hold on. Who's your pick? I'm breaking it down, man. The guy sent us an email. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But Golden Tate has also shown that he's a very good wide receiver.

So who's your pick? Well, I got booted off the take. I just pick somebody. It's not just pick somebody. You got to explain why. He has to pick somebody. Why can't you? I want him to know why I'm picking a guy. Okay. So if you had, if gun to your head right now, who do you take?

Terrence West. All right. Here's what I do, gun to my head. Gun to my head, I think I take Eric Decker, and you guys have swayed me to Terrence West and Terrence West, and I do not keep Nick Foles. I know you're in a quarterback league. Oh, I see what you're saying. Nick Foles is not in my top 24. That's an interesting take. So, all right, that's it for today's show.
