Starts of the Week + Wk 14 Matchups, Jason’s Back!

Did you guys know Lamar Jackson had three fumbles last week? Don't care. Yeah. I mean, honestly, he turns ball over several times a game. If he just didn't do that, you'd have so many more fantasy points. It does make a difference. And last three games with Lamar Jackson, total the wide receivers for Baltimore in three games, 18 receptions for 200 yards and a touchdown. Oh, that's bad. All right. Three and O. Now, me just throw this out there. I like Mark Andrews.

I like Marks. Really? I love Marks. You're saying just a player, not necessarily for fantasy this week. I want to make sure we clear. I straight up mean just the player. Okay. But I feel like. So dynasty purposes. I would probably play Mark Andrews over Ian Thomas. Okay. So if that helps anybody in the earth. Well, because for dynasty purposes, I think he's a good player. I think the cream rises to the top and he's, he's just good. But you, let me put it this way. Head to head, Mark Andrews versus Hayden Hurst, the first round pick.

rookie on this same team going against him. You would rather have Mark Andrews. In Dynasty? Yeah, sure. Okay. And in like starting them. Yes, sure. Hayden Hurst has been doing. I know he got off to the slow start. More like Hayden Hurst. Oh, yeah. Get bodied. Botted. Botted in the Hurst. The Chiefs running backs real quick. Yeah, we got to talk about them and Tyreek Hill who, you know, something's got to give. Baltimore hasn't allowed 100-yard wide receiver this season. Does Tyreekill get back on, does he break that?

I think he can because he's at home. And every play he does is about 100 yards. Yeah, you're not benching Tyree Kill. It sucks. The timing of the matchup is very unfortunate, but you're still playing Patrick Holmes and you're still playing Tyree Kill. Spencer Ware. Thank goodness they're at home. Yes. Spencer Ware was fine for fantasy, but he didn't look like Spencer Ware the last time we saw him when he was the featured back for Kansas City. They went out. They brought.

The Charazard back, Charkandric West, Damian Williams, the threat of this turning into the threat from head coach, and you read. Threat is a strong word. Yeah, I've got real scared. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to make this a time share. Three person time share. No. But he said that that's in the cars. That's what he's hoping to do. So what is your level of confidence in Spencerware? Because I can't imagine. Supreme.

I'm going to play where against Baltimore in most situations. You'd have to end granted this playoff week. So people in the playoffs, maybe they've got a lot of great options. For some weird reason, I don't understand it. I don't get it, but it's pretty much been forever. Tire Kill is so much better on the road than at home, generally speaking for fantasy. We're talking to the tune of PPR points this year, 24 and a half versus 16. I think at home is where they're going to run the ball more. And it's not a great matchup, but I do think Spencer Ware is.

The firm leader. I'm not worried about the time share, and they're going to put up points. So, yeah, I like Spencer Ware going forward. I'm not scared off of his lack of blow-up performance in his first week in the role. All right, one more matchup then starts of the week. The nine and three Patriots take on the six and six dolphins in Miami. The dolphins are seven and a half point home underdogs, and the game is a 47.5 point over under.

And Josh Gordon didn't get a target until the second half last week. So there's just a confidence level Brady over the last few years. He's killed fantasy owners in the fantasy playoffs. So all that being said, it's more about who you have than it is about this general feeling. So who are you starting Brady over this week? Oh, that's a great question. Tom Brady, by the way. Or maybe who are you starting over Brady? Tom Brady has not been a quarterback won the last six weeks. That's bad.

And Tom Brady is not a quarterback one in my current rankings either. Nor mine. Right now he's 13 and just behind him is Mitch Trubisky. Which you might move ahead of. I will probably move him ahead of Tom Brady. I think the threshold for me will be Russell Wilson against Minnesota and Dak Prescott against Philadelphia. Will I, will those guys get bumped over Tom Brady?

You'll have to stay tuned for the rankings. Here's a player you can probably count on, James White. 102 targets in 12 games that is the most ever? What? At the running back position? What? RB 9 on the season, double digit touches in nine games this year. That is reliability by definition. Yeah, I mean, he's part of the reason why you can't, well, your issue of.

How can you trust? Gordon, Gronk, Edelman, Hogan, all that. And it's both positions. He affects the wide receivers. He affects the running backs. And he is, I think, one of the only trustworthy assets. The problem is he's not the trustworthy asset you want. What you want is Sony to be the trustworthy asset because you want him to have...

all the cares. You want Gordon to be the trustworthy asset because you want him to have the deep-bomb touchdowns. Instead, the trustworthy asset is the guy dinkin and dunk in getting you a few fantasy points here and there. He's much more valuable in PPR leagues. But, yeah, I mean, every Patriot is startable because every single one of them has a ginormous ceiling. Even James Devlin? Okay, not every. You can't play Devlin. No, I'm not playing Devlin.

You know, the Devlins in the details. The Devlins and the details. You know, I do agree. I worry big time with Patriots. You're lucky. You have the soundboard. I know. Patriots have, like you said, they've ruined people's fantasy playoffs the last few years. And, you know, it could start this week in what looks like a juicy matchup. Yeah. I'm just hoping my gronk boat doesn't turn into a submarine. Yeah. Yeah.

If you look at our consistency charts, if you're a Foot Clan member, you've got access to the consistency charts, take a look and you'll see that he has three, all season, three weeks that are not.
